If your school does not issue the documents in English, please submit official transcript in the original language and English translation from a translation company. Never send your only original document. All submitted documents become property of SF State University and cannot be photocopied or returned. h. $60 service fee (non-refundable). Please pay with a personal check, money order, or cashier's check payable to SF STATE. This fee must be paid with a separate check from the ALI fees. SF State gives conditional eligibility letters for undergraduate and graduate majors. Conditional eligibility letters cannot be given for impacted (overcrowded) majors. For more information about impacted majors, visit: http://www.sfsu.edu/future/apply/international2. html#impacted Most students apply to SF State when they are closer to meeting their TOEFL and department requirements.
