Bears Training Program

The 2008 training philosophy for the Cross Country program will involve strict standards for participation. Students will be expected to enter the season prepared to train hard and cultivate a desire to do well in competition. Potsdam's training regimen is based on the scientific methods of exercise research as well as the intuitive sense that everyone is an individual. Emphasis for Potsdam's Cross Country team is on having "Bear Pride" and peaking for individual potential.
