The PD-Smart is a versatile, partial discharge analyzer for use on all types of in-service equipment including transformers, rotating machines, cables and switchgear. The PD-Smart has on-line and off-line testing capabilities and is designed to work with Doble couplers or your existing, pre-installed couplers. Partial discharge activity is one of the leading indicators of insulation health and should be measured as part of a thorough asset management program. With highly advanced technology using multiple channel- and synchronous- measurements, information can be extracted and derived through the well-known Star Diagram for easier interpretation and analysis.

Accuracy and Standards - The Doble PD-Smart has high measurement accuracy and sample rate and is fully compatible with IEC 60270, VDE 0434, ANSI and various IEEE standards. Smart User Interface. The user interface represents over 40 years of Lemke knowledge in design of measurement equipment. You can customize the layout of the dashboard, making PD testing will therefore be easier and faster. Advanced noise suppression tools - The PD-Smart has a variety of noise suppression techniques that include windowing, gating, frequency band shifting and an adjustable internal digital filter. Well-known and advanced Lemke Noise Gating Technology - The PD-Smart provides one separate channel for real hardware gating. The elimination of external noises happens via an external antenna. Rugged and easily transportable - The PD-Smart is selfcontained in a rugged polyurethane case and is especially designed for day-to-day field use. It is easy to transport to various testing locations.
