Dear Sir,

Requesting For Reducing The Housing Loan

The above matter refer.

I Subramaniam A/L Mathupaiyan IC NO. 610526-05-5347 hereby ask for reducing

our housing loan that we pay every month. I would like to decrease the amount that we
pay due to some problems that I have.

Since last year, I was paid RM 1400.00 every month and the amount was increased to
RM1574. 00 on April. So, I am pleased to inform you that I was had some problems to
repay the loan. I can’t be able to pay the amount properly last two months. I have to
borrowed the money from my relations to repay the loan.

Besides, I also had three children who are studying in primary and secondary schools.
By paying the housing loan I cannot afford to pay their tuition fees. Due to this problem
I can’t send my children to any other tuition and their studies were affected. As a father I
also cannot be able to pay the transportation fees for my children.Furthermore, I also
have to cancelled my childrens insurance by paying the housing loan.

In the other hand, I also had a difficulty to pay the water and electrical bill in my
home. Besides I also had apply for internet connection for my children studies. Every
month I have to pay RM 500.00 for the bills settlement.Sometimes it can be cost more
than RM500.00.We also cannot be able to save some money for our future.

Although I am working in Singapore, my but salary was not enough for my family
monthly expenditure. Recently, we had a new problems in my house which became the
main cause of reducing housing loan. My mother was a kidney failure patient. Hence, she
has to go for dialysis every week. It will cost RM170.00 per day. My mother is going to
from last month. She has to go 3 days for dialysis in a week. So, overall it cost RM.
2100.00 per month.
Finally, I hope that you will know how much difficulty I have to passing through to
repay our loan which is RM 225,000.00. I also hope that you will consider uor
requesting and reducing our housing loan as far as possible.

our housing loan that we pay every month. I would like to decrease the amount that we
pay due to some problems that I have.

Since last two year, I was paid RM 1140.00 every month. So, I am pleased to inform you
that I was had some problems to repay the loan. I can’t be able to pay the amount
properly last two months. I have to borrowed the money from my relations to repay the
loan.

Besides, I also does not have enough salary for my family and my expenditure.
Moreover, I was bought a new Perdua Viva on January. I also have to repay the car
loan every month. It will cost about RM 580.00 per month. I can’t able pay the loan
every month properly.

Finally, I hope that you will understand my situation and how much difficulty I have to
pass through to repay my loan. I also hope that you will reduce our housing loan as fast
as possible.
