Thesis: Beginning in the early 1940s to 1976, the Chinese Communist Partys conducts made

them responsible for the casualties of millions of people and the economic deterioration of China; consequently, the Chinese Communist Party failed to uphold the Chinese peoples basic rights to security and nutrion.

For my NHD project, I will be creating a website.
