NICU HEADNURSING

General Objective: After three days of duty in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit the head nurse should be able to display enough confidence and ideal attitudes in delegating tasks to his/her subordinates (staff nurses). She/he should also be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge to motivate his/her subordinates in giving and ensuring quality nursing care.
