Synopsis
Its year 2013, Santa Claus is not coming to town this year. Kids nowadays are not into Christmas and they dont believe in Santa Claus anymore. In disappointment, Santa Claus started to get drunk with alcohol. Hes upset that no ones is excited for him and nothing he can do to change to facts. Even the reindeer are lying there starving because Santa Claus doesnt feed them. So, he decided sent all his elves to do the jobs. Since the reindeers have no energy to send them to the town, so they have to borrow the brooms from the witches and ride the brooms to the town. Elves get on to the bus and prepare to depart to the humans world. At the midnight of the Christmas Eve, a Christmas portal is opened for them to enter and transport to the humans world. When they are in the unknown dimension in between the Christmas land and the humans world. Four young little elves, Celili, Bororo, Viriri, and Munini is playing around with a bag of gifts written Paris on it. Suddenly, one of the little elf slipped and dropped off the bus to the unknown space and dragged another 3 elves down. The old elf, Yoyo saw them and immediately run and grabbed one of their hand, but the old elf fall with them due to the bus is too bumpy. Since they were grabbing the magical bag of gift that stamped Paris, so they eventually teleported to Paris. At the first glance of eyes, they have already standing on the tip of the Eiffel tower. suggest that they should work together and deliver all the gifts together to the kids that lived in Paris. Since they are separated from the large group of elves, an emergent group was formed between five elves. It is said that the magical bag that kept the gifts have a magic power that directed them to each of the house. So they informally form a group that allocate them with different roles and jobs to do. Keyoyo the old elves who know the direction guided them to each and every single houses where Munini would be the one who bring the magical bag of gifts around. Vinini and Celili are the one that throw the gift up to the chimney and Bororo will be the one catching it and throwing in the chimney. After delivering gifts to few houses, one letter fell down randomly from the sky and stabbed on Bororos head. He opened the letter and find o ut they only had limited time left and they had to send the presents to all the houses before sunrise in order to return to the portal. Things started to get chaotic and they are all frightened because of the letter. The elder elf warned them not to fear as he knows many friends around that can help them to accomplish their mission. Munini thinks that they should listen to him and get back to the portal immediately and forget about the mission. Since this is a emergent group and role are form informally, theres a possibility that two different type of leadership styles might be formed and conflicts happened, in this case, democratic versus autocratic. Everyone decided to follow the elder elf Keyoyo because he is wiser and the more experienced one/

So Munini got mad and took one of the present and decide to send the gift by himself. He jumped into the chimney and ignored the rest of the group which made all of them worried. Suddenly, they heard screams coming out from the house and believed that Munini was in trouble. All of them jumped into the house through the chimney with the help of a rope and they saw Munini was chased by a cat. Without a word, the elder elf jumped down and yelled at the cat to distract it. When the cat changed its target, the rest of the group tried to save him by swinging the rope to Munini. When Munini was saved, the elder ran to the chimney to grab the rope and all of them were saved in the end. Munini felt sorry about what happened and wanted to apologize but the group forgave him. At this point, the bonds between the group grew stronger and more effective in completing their mission.We can see from here, a small group eventually begin to build trust and being supportive to each other after encounter series of event. The elder elf summoned some of his friends such as The Tooth Fairy and Sandman to help them and eventually they finished delivering all the presents before dawn. When they deliver the last present, a portal opened beside them indicating their accomplishment in the mission. In the end, they felt so happy because they manage to finish their jobs as elves and jumped into the portal happily and reunite with the rest of the elves. When Christmas has ended, the elf received a good news where Santa Claus had stop drinking and will be resuming his job as Santa Claus because once again, the

children of the world believed in Santa Claus again after receiving their presents. All the elves were so happy and so do the reindeers because Santa Claus is back and they can continue their job to serve the great Santa Claus again and they live happily ever after. - The End -
