MONICA MALAVASI
Degree in Physical Sciences and PhD in
Theoretical Physics, Monica has pursued her
academic career in Italy and in Europe She
worked as a Lecturer of Mathematical
Analysis in Verona University. She published
many scientific articles and collaborated with
research institutes in Italy and Europe in the
field of chaos in dynamic systems. Founding
partner of Formazione Network, she has
collaborated with many consultancy firms.
She consulted and trained in the areas of
quality, business processes, organisation and
human resource management.

DANIELA ANDERLUZZI
PhD in Molecular Biology at Edinburgh
University, Daniela is Master Practitioner
in NLP, she has achieved accreditation as
an ACTP Coach with the International
Coaching Federation in London. Daniela
has 20 years work experience in a big
multinational Pharma company. She was
project leader of R&D projects, then
specialized in organisational and personal
development. She worked as OD
consultant, was responsible for leadership
development, and coached teams and
leaders in the effective delivery of
business objectives.
