1) President: responsibilities- setting agendas, create opportunities of encouragement, arrange-plan-conduct monthly meetings, coordinate between different cadres of the party and encourage them to meet their social objectives. Is responsible for the partys overall performance in elections and image of the party. 2) Vice president: To be an alternate for the president, in the absence of the president, fulfil the duties of the president .be the best support to the president. 3) Secretary: To co-ordinate with the president to arrange the meetings and maintain Minutes of the meetings, assist the president in all the projects and routine functioning of the party. 4) Jt.Secretary: To be the alternate secretary in the absence of the secretary, and handle the party functioning along with assisting the secretary and the vice president and the president as well. 5) Treasurer: Maintain book of accounts, arrange finance to support various projects or activities of party, assist the party cadres for sourcing of funds thru industries and other sources. ALL OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS ARETO BE DECIDED BY THE PARTY HIGH COMMAND, ACCORDING TO THEIR PRIORTIES.

The below mentioned Working committee members are a team of individual who have chosen to individually take upon themselves these responsibilities and work as a team to fulfil the social objectives of services to citizens. Working committee: voluntary service positions 1. New membership development will work and assist with executive team and the others to engage more and more individuals groups or professionals towards the party ideology. 2. Public Relations & Media Management.- party on various occasions conducts various programmes for public welfare or awareness, this position will ensure proper public propaganda ,systematic approach to build and highlight party ideology. 3. Yuva sampark pratinidhi. - Will be one point-one stop approach for the youth team, to ask for any support in their activities and daily coordination of events. 4. Medical help and awareness Team.- This team will be responsible to provide assistance to any and every body, to all the citizens with regards to medical issues VIZ: interacting with medical individuals, at local or at Mumbai or thane hospitals and other medical organisations. 5. Police station Team maintain cordial relations with the police staff and advise the citizens on legal help or local liaison with the police authorities 6. Land Revenue help assist-advise and attend to the local issues of the citizens pertaining to local land revenue officials viz tehsildar, sdm, collector. 7. Event management this team will be responsible to assist and arrange for all the necessary help required to conduct an event 8. All local self-government elected members all the elected members of bva on the local self government bodies. 9. Advisors experienced guns of the party who would like to be of help. 10. Election surveyors - members of the common team who would be engaged in information gathering.
