Team building is essential to any company because the more you trust your co-workers the more efficient you are going to be in every aspect of your work. For this article, the author basically describes the purpose of having so many different kinds of insurance for employees, and how non-cash payments are used to attract and hold talented employees in the company. It talks about the influence of different insurances, such as medical insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and retirement insurance. In this article, it also illustrate how these area is

divided for specific usage, such as 400 sq. ft. for President, 150 sq. ft. for Managers, and 125 sq. ft. for Programmers.

Chron gave me a list of benefits that many companies should have in order to attract the best employees. Many of them were basic benefits that most jobs provide, and I used this list to create the basic benefits list. The article written by Lisa Snowden-McCray that was posted on Redbeacon.com is very relevant to this presentation. In the article there are 10 ways to attract new employees by remodeling your office. Since remodeling Compusystems office space is one our suggested solutions this article gave a few very good ideas. Although a lot of these perks are specific to individual companies, I used it to get a feel for what exciting benefits are out there. These companies reward their employees which is a huge incentive to stay, so I used some of these ideas as reasons a Compusystems employee may want to stay working there. Additionally, it provides some information about the cost to remodel for different parts in office area, for example each 4-foot-by-8-foot panel costs an average of $9.80 to reprint drywall, $300 for a toilet. Types of Employee Benefits talks about how a paid vocation and fringe benefit influence the productivity and behavior of employees. It also mentions benefits of issuing insurance for employees. Benefits and services may vary depend on the employee's position or seniority, but most employees of a company will generally share the same basic benefits package. Walker, Jennifer. This website talks about how within some companies you have multiple teams forming which can in turn hurt the overall team. It can create distrust when you have multiple teams because they can have different ideas. You want to build a team that has cohesion all the way through it. Having many different cliques is not a good idea.
