Room rental rates shown above to apply in addition to food minimums. If food minimums are not met, the difference will be added as additional room rental. Minimums may be subject to an increase on certain high-demand dates. 6. While the hotel reserves the right to monitor the noise level of all events with entertainment, all live bands, discos, and djs must conclude playing music no later than 10:00 p.m. for all function rooms/areas except for the main ballroom which may continue for the duration of your event. 7. The hotel will provide the physical set-up of all tables, chairs, dance floor & standard staging (if applicable), and 1 podium(lectern) & wired microphone. The hotel will also provide the following: tablecloths & napkins, chinaware, glassware, centerpieces, table number stands, full chair covers. 8. Entertainers must provide their own sound systems (amplifiers, mixers, microphones, microphone stands, etc.). The hotel may provide these items from an outside vendor if needed at an additional charge. At no time may an outside vendor plug in their equipment to the house/room sound system. 9. Rehearsal requirement: a rehearsal date/time may be scheduled with your Convention Sales Manager no earlier than one week prior to the date of the event. There is no charge to use the designated area and you may have use of the area for 1 hour, you may gather at the designated location and rehearse under the guidance of your own minister or coordinator. The Catering/Banquet Staff will not be present for your rehearsal. Please note, however, that the hotel reserves the right to sell the location and re-locate your rehearsal to another area. No physical set-up is provided. 10. Due to licensing requirements and for quality control, all food and beverage served at hotel must be supplied and prepared by hotel. Due to board of health regulations, absolutely no food items may not be removed/taken out from any function room, during or after the event. all left over food will be disposed of by the hotel staff.
