AT&T VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER ROBERT HOLLIDAY RETIRES AFTER 30 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY
Thomas DeVito, Vice President and General Manager New York/New Jersey to Lead AT&T Operations throughout New York State
BUFFALO, N.Y., NOVEMBER 26, 2013 AT&T* today announced that industry veteran Robert Holliday is retiring as Vice President and General Manager of AT&T Mobility in upstate New York. In this role, Mr. Holliday has been responsible for overseeing the sales and operations for 460 employees, 47 AT&T-owned retail locations and 390 national retail partner and authorized dealer locations in the Empire State. Bob is an inspiration to everyone he interacts with and will leave a long and lasting legacy through the leaders he has developed during his career at AT&T, said Steve Hodges, Regional President, AT&T Northeast, Bobs devotion to serving customers and his passion for our business and our employees will be greatly missed. On behalf of all whove had the pleasure of working with Bob, we wish him the best in his retirement. In addition to his work for AT&T, Mr. Holliday sits on the Board of Directors for the New York State Wireless Association (NYSWA) where he serves as Treasurer, and Vice Chair of the Marketing, Membership and Communications committee. He has also served as Chairman and Board Member for the Better Business Bureau of Upstate New York. As part of his strong dedication to community, Mr. Holliday currently serves as Executive Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Greater Niagara Frontier Council. An Eagle Scout, Mr. Holliday was recently recognized as the 2013 Scouter Citizen of the Year for his

contributions in scouting. Mr. Holliday is also a three-time recipient of the Presidents Volunteer Service Award presented annually by the Presidents Council on Service and Civic Participation.

Mr. Holliday also serves on the Board for the Buffalo Urban League and will be recognized this month with the Leagues Presidents Exemplary Service Award for his efforts in promoting diversity in the workplace and community. Recently, the National Federation for Just Communities in Western New York announced Mr. Holliday and AT&T will receive the NFJC Community Leader Award at the organizations annual recognition event in January.

Additionally, Mr. Holliday has served on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Buffalo; served as a Board Member and most recently as the Chairman of the Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) Lifeline Foundation Board of Directors.

A 30-year industry veteran, Holliday joined AT&T in 1991 and has held various Sales and Operations leadership positions in Chicago, San Diego, Dallas, New York City, Philadelphia, and New Jersey before taking over sales and operations in Upstate New York in 2005. In the wake of Mr. Hollidays departure, responsibility for AT&Ts sales and operations in the entire state of New York will be consolidated under the leadership of Thomas DeVito. In his expanded role, Mr. DeVito, who previously held responsibility for AT&Ts greater New York City area, will now oversee all aspects of wireless operations including sales, marketing, customer care, and finance throughout the state of New York and New Jersey. Tom has been a proven sales leader in New York City and New Jersey and brings with him tremendous talent, and experience in nearly every aspect of the business, from network operations to retail management, Hodges added, Toms expertise and successful track record in the metropolitan New York and New Jersey region make him the perfect choice to lead operations throughout the rest of the Empire State. During his more than 20 year career with AT&T, Mr. DeVito also ran AT&Ts wireless operations in the Philadelphia market. Additionally he has held other executive positions including Vice President of

supply management, real estate and facilities for the companys corporate offices in Redmond, Washington and Finance Director for the Southeast region. Currently a Board Member for Junior Achievement of New York, Inc., Mr. DeVito has supported many local community organizations during his career including United Way and Philadelphia Cares. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University he holds a bachelors in Business Administration. Mr. DeVito will continue to be based in Bedminster, New Jersey.
