Weekly market view

Markets tested their all time highs last week due to domestic political cues but thereafter showed a continuous losing streak last week closing in red as weak IIP & Inflation data further weighed market sentiments. Nifty future on weekly charts violated the trend line acting as resistance and fell sharply towards lower side. For the coming week, if selling pressure continues then 6120 may act as crucial support for the index. On daily charts, lower lows are seen since last four sessions indicating certain pull back and 6320 is seen as key resistance level for it. However, RBI monetary policy and Fed Reserve monetary stimulus are the key events to affect the markets.
