Peritol Cyproheptadine is a first-generation antihistamine with additional anticholinergic, antiserotonergic, appetite stimulant, and local anesthetic properties. Cyproheptadine - after oral ingestion, peak plasma levels occur after 13 hours. Its half-life is approximately 8 hours.
