Open Session
Present: Celia Cisneros, President Susie White, Vice President Gayle Klein, Secretary Ellen Marchand, Treasurer Sandra Robinson, Director Daniel Cambon, Director Victoria Galvan, Property Manager

Meeting Open to Unit Owners (sign-in sheet attached). Call to Order: Cisneros calls the meeting to Order at 6: 17 p.m. White verifies a quorum is present.
Announcements

by Cisneros: The next Open Board Meeting will be on September 19,2013 at 6:30 p.m. Closed session will follow, regarding personal, legal and Privacy Act issues. Condo Unit 8B is for sale.

Minutes: Minutes for the July 18,2013 Open Meeting are read by Klein. A Motion is made by Cisneros to approve the Minutes with corrections. Motion is seconded by Robinson, and unanimously approved. Insurance Presentation: Kris Richter, Insurance Agent from Farmers Insurance Group, gives us a presentation regarding Insurance coverage for the Barrington. After his presentation, there was a discussion: When asked about coverage for our balcony and hand railings, Richter states that we would be grandfathered under the current Ordinance rules; however, it is not advised inasmuch as we are aware of the potential problems. Syma asks if she would be covered by Barrington's insurance if she falls on the sidewalk where it is not level. Richter says it would be ~uestiOi iJ:blE.inasmuch as they are marked with bright yellow paint. c e-v U e.d-.

President's Report (attached) Cisneros gave a Report regarding ongoing maintenance, construction, and other issues. Treasurer's Report: Marchand gives the Treasurer's Report with bank balances as of July 31, 2013: Operating Acct. Deposit Acct. Reserve Acct. TOTAL $ 34,004.69 $ 31,602,61 $172,987.92 $238,595.22

Management's Report A time clock has been installed in the office for maintenance personnel to use. On 8/22/13 the City will be out to research putting in a speed bump and/or a paint divider line in front of the Barringtonproperty~o.., '!\jot' We. I h

President's Issues for Discussion:

Insurance renewal.
Parking Lot B - rebuild fence around trash area and relocate the storage shed. Rebuild and enlarge all trash bin fences (as has been done in Parking Lot A). Need bids for tree pruning. Limbs over buildings are a priority. Visitor's Parking Spaces - to remove or not.

Floor Open to Owners. Adjourn Open Meeting Session: A Motion was made by White and seconded by Robinson to close the Open Meeting at 7:29 p.m. and it is unanimously agreed. v-> ~
