Permanent Staffing TCR will provide candidates who are directly employed work for a single employer and are paid directly by that employer. Contract Staffing TCR will provide candidates on a Project to Project basis on Deployment, where the candidates are on the payroll of TCR and working at the client site and return to TCR after the contract period. Contract to Hire - TCR Engineers will work at clients work location. In this case client can hire the resource on permanent basis after six months of contract.

Stage - 1 Send RFP Sign Terms & Conditions Clarify Job Description Search Scanning the Database/Headhunt CV Screening Take approval from candidate Send Shortlist to the client.

Stage - 2 Client shortlist the profiles Arrange Interview Candidate appears for interview/s In case profiles are not short listed, speak to the client Send more profiles according to specification.

Stage - 3 Arrange the final Interview Candidate is selected Do Reference check of the candidate(whether the client wants it or not Candidate accepts the offer

Stage - 4 Candidate joins Billing is done & sent to the client Collect the Professional fee within 15 days of invoicing Collection done Assignment is closed, build relationship with client for repeat business

Permanent Staffing Managerial Level 5 to 10 years 10% of CTC

Service Fee
Permanent Staffing Head of Departments 10 years & above 12% of CTC

Contract Staffing Depends upon the requirement

Replacement Policy In the event of candidate leaving the organization before three months from the date of joining, TCR will be responsible to provide a replacement.
