It's a candid and in-depth exploration into the possibilities that may be achieved by tapping into the collective consciousness of an organ or tissue using imagery and dialogue. While the class includes lecture, demonstration and hands-on practice, an integral component is the sharing of experiences among participants as they practice and assimilate their encounters while communicating with another person's brain. Course Highlights: - Receive detailed instruction in neuroanatomy, physiology and biochemical processes of neurological function - Be guided into imagery and dialogue with specific brain and spinal cord parts and their dysfunctional units - Attempt, upon dialogue initiation, to obtain information from those central nervous system parts and functional units that relate to the individual's present health and vitality, stresses, past injuries or physiological conditions that may be suboptimal Prerequisite: SER1 or CASR Required Advance Reading: Netter's Atlas of Human Neuroscience. A continental breakfast will be served until 9:00 a.m., at which time the workshop will begin. Subsequent class hours are 9:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. daily. Directions: From the Bay Bridge, Hwy 80. Exit at Freemont (toward right). Freemont veers left then cross Market St. Go left on Pine. Van Ness is 15 Blocks. The hotel charges $25.00 per day for overnight parking for Registered Guests. The parking charge for conference attendees is $12.00 per day. Transportation: There are three types of transportation. A taxi will cost approximately $30.00 to $40.00, one way. The Super Shuttle is $16.00 one way, per person. The shuttle can be obtained from the 2nd level above the baggage claim
