PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION FEE The registration fees to attend this conference are as follows: $550 All Other Healthcare Providers $675 Physicians $875 Pharmaceutical and Other Health Care Industry Attendees This fee includes: All scientific sessions Continental breakfasts Welcome Reception for registered participants on Tuesday Conference Dinner for registered participants on Thursday Symposiums Continuing education credit Early Registration Special! Register by May 23, 2014 and receive $100 off your registration fee. ACCOMPANYING GUEST FEE The fee for each accompanying guest over the age of 12 is $200. Accompanying guests may join conference registrants for the following food functions: Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening Conference Dinner on Thursday evening Continental breakfasts and breaks as part of the main conference from Monday through Friday Nametags will be issued and required at these conference food functions. Full payment must accompany each conference registration. REGISTRATION DEADLINE The registration deadline is July 7, 2014. After this date, you must contact Brenda Ram, CMP, CCMEP at 402-559-9250 to check conference space availability. Please note, conference materials cannot be guaranteed unless pre-registered by July 7, 2014. CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be submitted in writing either by mail, email, or fax to the UNMC Center for Continuing Education by May 23, 2014. A refund of the registration fee, less a $300 processing fee, will be retained for cancellations after this date. No refunds will be issued after this date. CONFERENCE MATERIALS The conference materials will be available via an online app for all paid conference attendees. The Conference Directors welcome submission of abstracts for the 2014 Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference. Abstracts must be submitted online at unmc.edu/ panpacificlymphoma, by April 11, 2014. Authors will receive final notification of abstract acceptance via email by April 30, 2014. All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters at the conference. Time will be dedicated during the continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks for poster viewing.
Travel Stipends
The Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference will provide a limited number of $1000 stipends to fellows-in-training, junior faculty* members and/or nurses who are accepted as poster presenters. To be considered for a travel stipend, a letter from the department chair, chief of staff, or director verifying status must be submitted by facsimile to Brenda Ram at 402-5595915 by April 11, 2014 along with the submitted abstract. The stipends will be awarded in the following manner: the conference registration will be waived two (2) nights lodging plus tax at The Fairmont Orchid, will be paid directly by the Pan Pacific Lymphoma Conference No funds will be distributed to the stipend recipients who must stay at The Fairmont Orchid in order to accept this stipend.
*Junior faculty is defined as a faculty member of three years or less.
