INTRODUCTION The educational institutions live always the case of expansion or contraction, these institutions represent state of change,

in the modern era undergoing accelerated global changes, and these changes might have direct or an indirect impact on the organization. Therein lies the challenge in front of these leaders of these institutions to do more changes in the institution to adopt directed exterior changes or the necessary changes in the organization or its survival and durability, and also for its growth and prosperity. Change management is the leader's task and targets in the organization, and then the leader take the lead to initiate the change, their progress on that depends on how mastering the skills of managing the change. The educational institutions do not work to play their role, because of the response to the needs of the environment and social development, including educational institutions, and that the task according to its role in the educational system. The core and the essence of the leadership is to influence others, and change their behaviour, directions and actions or achieving the organizational goals. The real leader is the one that have the power and impact on the individuals spontaneously and voluntary. And so the leaders trends to the change are the important factors in the change management factors, they are the main actors/people whom carry out the policy of the institution and the organization, and also the change started the plan from the administrative leadership and implemented on the organization, so it's very important to be strongly supported if it needs to succeed. There are numbers of effects on the individual interests in the change process, specically if it will related interest associated administrative roles or powers, authorities and salaries, will lead to resistance and violence so as to make change.

The change means change in the organizational structures which will give the powers to execute leaders in the organization, and then re-distribution of competence and communication channels, this developed or exclude certain organizational units, and the consequent change in the elements of the organization in general. Leading change in this area is the leadership that helps to reconsider novel on individuals and their missions and their gadgets, and working to renew their commitment and seek to rebuild systems and general rules that contribute to the achievement of their goals. The educational system in any country in the world is a cornerstone for building the society, this system intended to prepare educated generation able and capable to build his country, armed with the values and culture of the society where is living, and here refers leaders, educators responsibility to achieve the goals of the educational system through the knowledge of the goals and philosophy of the community, and the educational leaders are the engines that stimulate and push the rest of the educational institutions to work to achieve these goals, so the objectives of the education and its policies stem from society's values and ideals, these values change with time change to keep pace with global developments, in order to build a society closely related to its inherited civilization, and at the same time there is no stranger to his world in which where is live, for a new human civilization that he can contributes to build it wherever he will be. And as including the educational institutions in the increase in quantitative terms, this increase and quantitative growth if not accompanied and matched by quantitative growth, and if not accompanied by evolution in the perception ofjob knowledge and usefulness and benefit in building the personality of the learner, so for the learner to prepare a changing society that does not work and does not achieve the goals of the education, and thus will not achieve the goals of rehabilitation a good citizen, and this is the responsibility of the human element factor in education to be a motivation for the development of positive educational change. The modern element is characterized by rapidly change, and becomes inevitable change in educational institutions , so as these institutions to be able to play their role in rendering the services to the society and the importance of change process through action constant preparedness and readiness to understand life variables, and thus highlights the role of the leadership change in the educational institutions to take on the leading role in the events of the educational changes that come with the modern changes, so it works to achieve the desired results of its operations, so the pressures on the educational institution being responsible for the development and modernization of the society. The educational system is the essential foundation which is main source that all world countries depend on it to develop and modernize their societies, which puts the educational systems

and their leaders in front of a big challenge to keep up with the changes that happen, but these changes. The educational system in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia like the other educational systems in the world, seeks to full its role in leading the society development and community modernization, hence the urgent need to detect the role of the educational leader in the development of educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, since the educational leaders bear responsibility the outputs of the education system, it's their responsibility for the development , modernization to keep pace with the development of life, community and education. And as such the problem of the study focused on the following question; What the extent of the contribution of the educational leader in change management in educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia? Qbiectivgs Q1 thg sjgy; This study seeks to achieve the following objectives:-identify the extent of the contribution of the educational leader in the management of change in educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. -Detect the statistical differences function points of the study sample of educational leaders in the Ministry Educatlon& Higher Education on the extent of the contribution of educational leader according to the variables of sex, experience and job title. -To highlight and analyze the impact of the educational leader in the educational practices in the private sector and assess the most influential one and how it could affect the performance and productivity. -To identify specific concepts and issues within the scope of Saudi educational culture and it impact on education system for further analysis.

The ;ugy Questions: This study seeks the answer to the following questions: -What the extent of the contribution of the educational leader in change management in educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the prospective of educational leaders in the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Education? Are there any signicant differences in the extent to which educational leader in change management in educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Attributed to variables of gender, experience and job title? lhe Importance of the Study The significance of the study is as follows:-what would be classied as intellectual literature and previous studies in the

eld of change management in educational institutions? -Its contribution to identify the extent to which the contribution of educational leader in the educational institutions in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. -Boot the standards that will help educational institutions in the selection of qualified leaders to lead and manage the change. -Researchers can take advantage of its ndings and recommendations by METHODQLQQI; Generally, the methodology literature argues that the choice of the research methods is determined by the research problem. The decision process of the research methodology include five important stages: a- The research philosophy to be adopted, b- The inductive or deductive approach that follows from the research problem and the research philosophy, c- The research strategy and the data analysis method, d- The time horizon applied to the research, and e- The data collection method.

Methodological choices can also be affected by the existing practice in a particular field of knowledge, e.g. which methods other researchers found most useful and effective in answering a question in the educational leader role in the educational system process. Up to seven months will then be spent with writing up the results found and complete the research.
