Inspiration findet die Collection Villa Borghese im französischen

Stil Louis Seize (XVI) und dem deutschen und französischen
Klassisizismus. Zentrales Thema ist die Einfachheit der Antike,
die besonders in den typischen Ornamenten -dem Zopf und den
senkrechten Kannelierungen- zum Ausdruck kommt.

The inspiration for the Collection Villa Borghese is to be found

in the French style of Louis XVI as well as German and French
classicism. The central theme is the simplicity of antiquity which
is especially expressed in the typical ornaments of the braid and
the vertical fluting.
