the HPCL. Finally, I found most of the employees are influenced by non pay related factors like
performance, culture, emotional values and teamwork to get engaged with work and they want to
retain with company.

Description: The objective of this study is to understand the various factors that influencing the
employee development with the change happening in organizational level by both internal and
external environment. I found the most influencing factors are organizational design, technology,
and work procedure where an experienced employee can cope up with rapid change happens
within or outside the firm where as the employee has to develop with remaining factors are
organization & team structure when change happens to sustain in these changing circumstances.
