EVOCATION

1.Organization The teacher greets the pupils and creates the atmosphere. The pupils greet him back. 2.Warm up and preparation The teacher presents to pupils some worksheets with new words, and asks them to read and translate the words. The pupils read and translate the words. The teacher checks the homework: The pupils had to read and translate the text My aunts house. The pupils read and translate the text. REALISATION OF MEANING New Material presentation The teacher directs the pupils to the exercise number 3. And asks them to complete the sentences. The pupils complete the sentences in their copybooks. Grammar Presentation. The teacher explains the expressions There areThere is, how they are employed in sentences. Grammar practice: The teacher asks the pupils to say what there is/there are on the table. The pupils answer what there is/ there are. Example: There is a book on the table.

The teacher asks the pupils what there is not/there are not on the table. Example: There are not copybooks on the table. The teacher asks the pupils to make question concerning what may be in teachers bag. The pupils make sentences. Example: Is there a pen in your bag? Are there copybooks in your bag? II. Prepositions of place. The teacher gives for each pupil a slip with images that represents the use of prepositions for places. The teacher explains how are used the prepositions. The pupils must translate and feel in sentences this prepositions.

III. REFLEXION The teacher presents some pictures, and asks the pupils to say what they see in the pictures. The pupils answer using the words There are, there isand the prepositions of place. IV.EXTENSION The teacher directs the pupils to the exercise number 8, and asks the pupils to write the correct form of the verb to be. The pupils make the exercise on a sheet of paper. IV.
