The Origins of Freemasonry

1 – The Traditional View about the Origins of Freemasonry

The story goes that Freemasonry came into existence on June 24, 1717. On that day the
Mother or Grand Lodge of Freemasonry was inaugurated. Actually, it was a confirma-
tion of something that had existed for a long time. According to the minutes, a fusion
was decided between two forms: the guild of the itinerant masons, the cathedral buil-
ders of old, and the magical fellowship of Rosicrucians. That explains why in the
world of Freemasonry two distinct streams met each other under one roof: the ope-
rative one, originating from the old stonemasons, and the speculative one who ‘symbo-
lically’ represented the trade. In the beginning, when a fusion was not yet in sight, the
“Free Masons” consisted of stonemasons only. At a later stage honorary or ‘adopted’
members were accepted who, because of their high standing and intellectual level,
were seen as an enrichement of the guild. As from the middle of the seventeenth cen-
tury the adopted members were quickly gaining the ascendency and some time later
the operatives had become extinct.

The philosophical baggage of the adopted members did not appear out of the blue.
Preparations were long, that speaks for itself. How exactly is a topic of discussion and
I hope to set things straight in this article. Of course, I have chosen for a structural
approach. How otherwise could I be understood? But that does not mean that all
people involved were conscious of their place and function in the great and secular
work. There is a blueprint. There is a plan that stirs the masses. Afterwards, the plan

can be analysed, but it is not something that is spelled out like a commander does for
his generals. In the same way, the ‘Endlösung’ (Final Solution) of the extermination
camps has not been explicitly formulated beforehand. The idea rose simultaneously in
the minds of the Nazi bonzes. Here we touch the field of meta-history, which implies
that an inexplicable component always remains, an enigma that withdraws itself from
direct observation.

2 – Not just a fellowship

After the foundation of the Grand Lodge or Mother Lodge, the organization swiftly
spread out to the continent and then continued its course towards the United States and
Canada. Nowadays it has become a worldwide organization. It branched off into
multiple parts, official and unofficial, but those branches nevertheless kept their bonds
with the supervisory agent by means of a system explained in “The Varnish of Demo-
cracy”. In France alone there are nowadays at least nine official branches (obediences),
like “La Grande Loge féminine de Memphis-Misraïm” (the Grand Feminin Lodge of
Misraim-Memphis), which Lodge is only accessible to women. In its brochure is writ-
ten that each form of patronizing is excluded. Yet there is no mention of the fact that
this patronizing takes place via prominent members who receive their instructions from
elsewhere and on high, which are brought on the table as ‘spontaneous’ discussion
points, with a view to form the opinions. Opposing views are encouraged provided that
the main topic is respected. In this way the multifarious body of Freemasonry manages
to attain the desired uniformity. Take note, it is the direction of the discussions that
matters and not their substance, which follows the parade like a rattling trailer. Up to
the highest level these discussions attest to a terrible banality. Pseudo philosophy,
pseudo mysticism and loose talk define the quality of most group discussions. Jean
Marquès-Rivière, once an eminent member, writes in his introduction about the spiri-
tual treason of Freemasonry, and that its archives only show indecisiveness, cowardice
and opportunism. The power of Freemasonry, so he tells, is based on a chain of treason
and the non-existant secret. And with stinging mockery: “She has nothing to hide
because she owns nothing.” But that hatred against Christianity and the established
power? To which I answer: That is no secret because such a thing cannot be owned,
but it owns you. It is this overriding power that withdraws Freemasonry from the ever
present coarseness and gives it that surprising continuity throughout the ages.

The hatred of Christ as a divine person itself, manifests itself in the drive to annihilate
Christianity, a perversity that has always existed but, as concerns Freemasonry, it can
be traced back to the Vicenza Colloquia of 1546. In the classical work of 1799 by
Father Augustin Barruel (Memoirs Illustrating the History of Jacobinism), that deals
with the causes of the French Revolution – which was prepared in the secret of the
Lodges – it is written at the beginning of the first chapter:
«« About the middle of this century in which we live at present [the 18th century],
there appeared three men leagued in the most inveterate hatred against Chris-
tianity. These were Voltaire, D’Alembert, and Frederick II, King of Prussia.
Voltaire hated religion because he was jealous of its Author, and of all those
whom it had rendered illustrious; D’Alembert because his cold heart was
incapable of affection; Frederick because he had never seen it but through the
medium of its enemies. To these three a fourth must be added, named Diderot;
hating religion because he doated on ‘nature’; enthusiastically wedded to the
chaos of his own ideas, he chose rather to build his system on chimeras and form
mysteries of his own, than to submit to the God of the Gospel.
Numerous were the adepts afterwards drawn into this conspiracy, generally
stupid admirers or secondary agents. Voltaire the chief, D’Alembert the most
-4-

subtle agent, Frederick the protector and often the adviser, Diderot l’enfant perdu
(the forlorn hope).
The first, Mary Francis Arouet de Voltaire, (…) sought an asylum in England;
he there found men whom he mistook for philosophers, because they were all
impious, just like himself; in seeking their company, their sophisms stirred up his
hatred against Jesus Christ. If we may believe Condorcet, from then on he swore
the overthrow of religion, and he kept word: from then on it did not tire him
to repeat over and over again that “twelve men were sufficient to establish
Christianity, and I will prove that one may suffice to overthrow it.” »»

In high tones the obediences will deny any kind of patronizing.1) No important in-
stitution – think of a large political party or leading news agency, in fact also obedi-
ences – will concede that there exists a ‘power’ behind the power that compromises the
heralded independence. Most observers will be unsuspecting, some will conjecture that
something is badly wrong, but only a few will see behind the scenes. Be aware, not
always the ones at the ‘visible’ top will be steering things. The great ideas, which
shape decisions, can also be instilled by silent persuaders that feed the dialectic pro-
cess, defined by Marx as “thesis versus antithesis onwards to synthesis”. In accordance
with this principle, left and right, socialism and liberalism, are organized contradic-
tions – only the wanted contradictions are being allowed. They all work to the common
goal that Freemasonry has set in mind, which explains the odd fact that the great
decisions, like the immigration policy and abortion, were supported by all the large
political parties or otherwise got their halfhearted opposition. Time and again we see
one political space and this across national borders, while this should not always have
been the case. That the press plays an independent role in the social fabric of our
society is a fanciful myth. It is and remains the same dish, though often served diffe-
rently and under a different name. It is an orchestrated psychological game that kneads
the minds. We can safely say that there is a party standing above the parties. Far from
democratic. A disgrace. A develish plot! Do not imagine that the Magistrature and the
university system are impervious to it.

It is a public secret that many members of

these two groups are Freemason. On the
website of one of the important Belgian
obediences, “Le Droit Humain” (The Hu-
man Right), it is said in no uncertain terms:
“The Masonic approach does not cease at
the Temple Gate. The promotion of the
Freemasonic ideas outside the Temple is a
personal commitment (…) which requires a
certain discretion about the origin of those
ideas.” Such is not by free choice, because
terrifying rituals convey the message to the
Masonic Brother that he has to fear con-
sequences if he goes against the dictates of
the Lodge. The Postulant is greeted with
words of freedom and cheerfulness, but the
rituals he has to go through, speak a diffe-

1) In France, we are talking 2007, “La Grande Loge Nationale Française” is officially the
only one recognized by the “Great United Lodge of England”. This French Lodge states
that it keeps no contact whatsoever with the other French obediences and that it forbids its
members to visit the lodges of other obediences. This smoke curtain tries to obfuscate the
manipulative power of Freemasonry, because what applies to the common member, does
not apply to the elite.
-5-

rent language. For instance, he is brought blindfolded into the Temple, darkened as
with a haunted house, and he is being pricked with the point of a sharp object; and
when finally the blindfold is taken off, he distinguishes the contours of a lifeless body
being threatened by Lodge Brothers. A Freemason is supposed to promote the views of
his association in his professional life, but at the same time he has to keep silent about
their origin! As concerns the Magistrature, the expert Andries Van Den Abeele says in
“The Children of Hiram” (1991) :
«« Is it acceptable to see that Magistrates, of whom we might expect a much
greater discretion and independence than all other citizens, are part of an
association that not only lets prevail the secret of its membership, but at the
same time forges a very strong fraternal bond by means of ceremonies and
wordings of oath that cannot fail to have an impact? »» (p. 107)

How ‘Political Correctness’ came into being

The technique to steer the public opinion by means of group discussions was
adopted from the practice in the Lodges and this was taken full advantage off by
the Communists. Its modern version is represented by the Jürgen Habermas
System. Habermas was born in 1929 and is one of those sociologists and philo-
sophers who has had a major impact on our present way of thinking. A follower
of the neo-Marxist school, also called the Frankfurt School, his ideas about
‘Communicative Action’ have entered the educational scene, the media, the
churches and politics. His approach gave the instrument to introduce ‘Cultural
Marxism’ to the general society. In the Habermas-system, opinions and convic-
tions are exchanged between participants and discussed through argumentation
which - in theory - happens without any authority claims, coercion, fear or
censorship. The only admissible coercion would be the better argument. A
highly valued part of the system is the group discussion. For dozens of years it
was used in schools and church communities, and then, at the turn of the cen-
tury, it entered the scientific community. The Habermas System is a cunning
stroke for there is not much inventiveness going on in such group discussions;
conformism sets the tone. The discussion leader advances ready-made themes.
Out of fear to digress from the group, everyone yields to the common opinion,
which bears on the sociological phenomenon of ‘Political Correctness’.

The ‘great secret’ might be an artful fabrication, yet Freemasonry is not devoid of
secrecy. The hugger-muggery about its members list is a thorny question. Freemasonry
recruits its members from people who hold imporant positions in society or have the
potential to succeed in life. Its members come from conflicting political parties and
from a variety of nationwide and international institutes that pretend to promote an
unbiased approach, as portrayed by blindfolded Lady Justice. That goes a long way to
explain why our democracy has been utterly corrupted. If the political factions are not
real, but just a thin varnish, an illusion, and the impartiality of the supervisory bodies a
fraud, where is the democracy? Yes, where is the Constitutional State? On the one
hand democray is based on political factions. On the other hand it needs impartial
supervision to guarantee that the system works as it was meant to be. This theme is
touched on by the Belgian reporter Jan Puype. This is what he has to say about the
secret membership list of organized Freemasonry:
«« When do you finally abolish the interdict to publish the membership list? As
long as this rule prevails, your club, as to me, is not a private chat, but a secretive
gathering that comes up with devious schemes. Our society is in dire need of
transparency. Here the wearer knows where the shoe pinches, the more so because
you often recrute from men who serve the Common Good, who earn their living
at the dispense of the taxpayer. Just think of all those magistrates, politicians,
-6-

professors, teachers and other officials. Put off the mask for all to see! (…) I am
sure that those allegations by the ‘evil outside world’ will fade away once that
happens. (…) As long as this does not happen (…) the myth of the Masonic plot
continues. »» 2)

3 – The Venetian College

We have now arrived at our real subject. We may safely say that, as a counterweight to
Christianity, Freemasonry in spirit and works, has always existed. In this article, we
restrict ourselves to a recognizable form that can be traced to the present constellation.
The early beginnings start with a certain Paolo Ricci, born around the year 1500 in
Palermo, better known as Camillo Renato after he had left the Church. He is known
also as Lisia Fileno or Fileno Lunardi. He was one of the most extreme church refor-
mers of his time. He followed the anti-trinitarian philosophy, which in one way or
another denies the divinity of Christ. He was also an Anabaptist. A Sicilian lodge is
named after him. It gives the devil his due. A reformer sounds rather innocent, but –
and this is not well known – he was also an alchemist and the mentor of Leo Sozini
(1525-62), otherwise known as Lælius Socinus, who in 1546 instituted the sect of the
“Brothers of the Cross of the Rose”.3) In that year the infamous alchemistic convent
took place, commonly known as the “Vicenza Colloquia” or the College of Venice.
We may assume it was Camillo Renato who came up with the idea.

The purpose of this convent was to mobilize the powers against Catholicism. It was a
terrifying year for the conspirators, when during the so-called Schmalkaldic War, the
Lutherans received beating upon beating. A plan of action was called for! They swore
to subvert and finally destroy the Roman Church, which was basically an attack on
Christianity itself. For Renato and Sozini the Reformation Movement started at the
right time. They did not espouse its cause, but it served their goals. Leo’s nephew,
Faustus Socinus (in short Fausto), would take over the reins. The inscription on
Fausto’s grave read: “Tota jacet Ba-
bylon destruxit tecta Lutherus, muros
Calvinus, sed fundamenta Socinus”, or:
“Luther tore down the entire roof of
Babylon (the Roman Catholic Church),
Calvin demolished its walls, but Socinus
robbed it of its foundation stone.” That
foundation stone is Christ. The Catholic
Church confesses, in unison with the
churches of the Reformation, that its
foundation is Christ and this the epitaph
points at. (Nowadays the epitaph has
changed.) That is what it is all about!
They swore to destroy the Roman
Church by means of false doctrines and
secretive means. To that end, they had to

3) The “Brothers of the Cross of the Rose” greeted each other with ‘ave frater’, that was
answered by ‘rosæ crucis’, the rose being a symbol of hermeneutical or secret knowing and
the cross of the religion that had to be crushed. The perfect initiates, who knew the Alche-
mistic secret of changing lead into gold, answered instead ‘aureæ crucis’ (gold cross). The
Socinians carried a gold crucifix with, in its centre, a rose, which had quite a number of
meanings attached to it. Luther too used such a symbol consisting of a crucifix with in its
centre a rose. This was published for the first time in 1520 together with one of his sermons.
It could be that in the forties Camillo Renato, who was in touch with the reformers of his
time, borrowed it from Luther in a slightly different design and gave it a different meaning.
-7-

set up an organization whose members would conceal they belonged to it. To the out-
side world they would say that they supported the Unitarian thought, which is an allu-
sion to the denial of the Holy Trinity, but the philosophy of the inner circle also
embraced the magnum opus (great work) of the unification of all the Christian sects in
alliance with all the pagan cults, mystery religions, esoteric cults and gnostic sytems.
In his criticism of the Ebionites, Epiphanius of Salamis (†420) befittingly says: “They
want to have just the Christians’ title – but most certainly nót their behaviour, opinion
and knowledge, and the consensus as to faith of the Gospels and Apostles!” The birth
of the alma mater of religions, known today as Freemasonry, can be accredited to that
ill-fated meeting in Venice, that served as the crowning of a movement that existed for
a very long time. Soon after hearing of the conspiracy, the Republic of Venice seized
upon Gulio Ghirlanda di Trévise and Francisco di Ruego and they were strangled,
which are the names also of two Italian Lodges who venerate these persons as great
martyrs. The other participants of the convent managed to escape.

4 - A new political élan

Freemasonry does not like to be reminded of its certificate of birth. Their link with the
tragic meeting of Venice must be obscured to prevent their true objectives coming out
in the open. Who likes to be reminded of his failures? Amongst themselves, the Free-
masons ascribe the beginning of their movement to the year 1597 when Satan in
person anointed Fausto as the ‘Rosæ Crucis Magister Imperator’ – a ridiculous title.
Thomas Vaughan, who was the fourth successor to Fausto, is rightly seen as the foun-
der of Freemasonry in its modern form. The eights successor was Reverend Jean Désa-
guliers, who was born into a Huguenot family. He is known to have organized the
inauguration of the Mother Lodge in 1717. Yet it was Vaughan’s idea to infiltrate the
Guild of the mason craftsmen or cathedral builders with a view to transform them. As
from the 1640s, he proceeded to the systematic infiltration of the Guilds, which already
had accepted a number of Rosicrucians. Vaughan was the one who in that period, and
aided by his worthy brother Elias Ashmole, designed the first rituals for ‘accepted Ma-
sons’. Because they did not practice the craft, Vaughan suggested new rituals that in
some way were compatible to those of the craftsmen. He designed those rituals over a
four-year period as from 1646. The execrable legend of Hiram Abiff became part of it.
It determines the protocol of elevation to the third Masonic degree, in that time the
highest degree. This legend was taken from a Jewish Targum in a compilation by
Jonathan ben Uziel, a member of the Sanhedrin that convicted our Lord and Saviour.
Ashmole had Christian parents, not Jewish as is often stated. Though Ashmole disco-
vered the legend, Vaughan composed the ritual. In 1649, the third or Master degree
was the final level in a system borrowed from Rosicrucianism.4) In a later stage, Free-
masonry decided to institute additional degrees.

5 – The Convent of Seven

Vaughan complied with his plan of action to the instructions given by the Convent of
Seven that took place in the Schwertfegerstrasse in Magdeburg, town that in 1547
happened to be the bastion of last resort during the Schmalkaldic War; from then on
the tide turned. During the meeting, the perfect initiates, among whom the Moravian
Brother Comenius, decided that their movement, known hitherto as the “Socinians” or
“Brothers of the Cross of the Rose”, would make its public appearance in 1717. It was
also decided to change their name into “Rosicrucians”, and they dreamt up an absurd
legend of Christian Rosenkreuz, the so-called founder of the movement. This legend
was published in 1615 by Johann Valentin Andreæ, the 3rd successor to Fausto, in a
book called “Fama Fraternitatis Rosæ Crucis”. The story tells that the light of
Rosenkreuz was going to shine after 120 years. Added to 1597, the year of Fausto’s
‘Exaltation’, this brings us to 1717 when Freemasonry was inaugurated. There is still
another meaning attached to it. This legendary figure, said to have been born in 1378,
would have died at the age of 106, which brings us to 1604, the year of Fausto’s death
(1378 + 106 + 120). 1617 was choosen for the gathering because together with the day
of the reunion, October 31st, it commemorated the event when Luther nailed his 95
theses to the chapel at Wittenberg, which was exactly hundred years earlier, an act
seen as the birth certificate of the great and universal reformation movement.
Understandably, Lutherans do not like to admit this connection, which is not of their
choosing. For the Socinians, however, Luther was the initiator of the destruction of the
Church of Christ on earth, even thoug considered a dilettante whose work they were
called to bring to an end. In the meantime Luther has been cast aside. Now Mohammed
is the order of the day. Don’t be fooled. Why would not Christians be hated if their
Master underwent te same fate? 4)

An eternal war against God

At a certain point during the Hiram ceremonial the coffin is opened and then the
Master of Ceremony shouts with a loud voice: “Mac Benac!” MACBENAC stands
for Movebor Adversus Christum Bellum Eternum Nam Antichristus Consurrexit,
or “I will promote an eternal war against Christ, because here the Antichrist has
risen”. HIRAM means Hic Iacet Rex Adventurus Mundi: “In this coffin sleeps
the future king of this world”. Commonly those who practice the ceremonial
have no idea of the real background, but it contains, even to the casual observer,
sufficient elements to turn away from it.

6 – Amsterdam becomes the Head Office of the Rosicrucians

In 1654 Thomas Vaughan took charge of the Rosicrucian movement. The sands of
time were running out in England with Royalist uprisings breaking out in 1655. Life
was starting to become difficult for Vaughan’s protector Cromwell, who was a Rosi-
crucian as well. The following year, Vaughan moved the head office from London to
Amsterdam, which he deemed more appropriate for taking care of the Socinians /
Rosicrucians on the run. It should be mentioned that William III had become ‘Child of
State’ under ‘Raadspensionaris’ Johan De Witt, his father having died before he was
born in 1650. In a secret agreement, called the Act of Seclusion, De Witt promised
Cromwell in 1654 that the House of Orange would be dispensed off forever, a promise

4) After the successful infiltration and transformation of the Masonic Guilds by the
Rosicrucian Movement, it lost its raison d’être. It ceased to exist after Johan Wolff’s death
in 1780, its last head. The groups that emerged later under the name of Rosicrucians, are
not Socinian. These kind of things complicate the study of our subject, but that is precisely
the intent of the whole scheme.
-9-

that 13 years later was passed by law in the Dutch States, called the Everlasting Edict.
De Witt was the protector of the Socinians, and it is in that vein that Spinoza’s ano-
nymous publication from 1670 can be explained, the Tractatus Theologico Politicus,
that was issued under the auspices of De Witt, a book that, after an initial favorable
reception, led to a storm of protest.5) In it, Spinoza propagated typical Socinian ideas
by means of which he put forth his most systematic critique of Judaism and organized
religion in general. He rejected the belief that there were such things as prophecy and
the supernatural. He argued that God acts solely by the physical laws of his own
‘nature’, which means that God and nature are the same. “Deus sive Natura” writes
Spinoza. Besides, he categorically rejected that God could have any purpose in mind.
In consideration of these facts, it is no more
than logical that Vaughan choose Amsterdam
to be the new seat of the movement. At the
start of the Glorious Revolution, in 1689,
when William III became king of England, the
seat moved back to London again.

7 – The Polish Connection

Many of those people who found refuge in Amsterdam, came from Poland. In that
hospitable country, for a long time a bastion of Socinianism, the sect was regarded
with ever greater suspicion. What’s more, the great war between Sweden and Poland
loomed, to be known as ‘The Swedish Deluge’, a war with clear undertones of a reli-
gious conflict.6) Because of it a quarter of the Polish population died! In utter distress,
king Casimire took a solemn vow at the military camp of Warsaw to expel the Soci-
nians from Poland, who were regarded as the cause of the mischief that had befallen
the country. The Senate passed it by law on July 20, 1658. Some time later Casimire
abdicated and became a regular monk in a monastery in France. For this reason the
Socinians scattered all over Europe with a strong preference for Holland, though a
number of them also fled to other regions like North America and Canada. There they
are known today as the ‘Unitarians’, who are still a cast of the original mold.

How did the Socinians in earlier times arrive in Poland? Following the repressive
measures by the Patriarch of Venice after the Vicenza Colloquia, the participants
sought refuge elsewhere. Lælius Socinus went to Zurich and at a later stage Faustus
Socinus alias Fausto went to Lyons. At the time, Fausto was too young to participate in
the Colloquia. Although the leaders of the Protestant movement were not unfavourably
disposed towards the Socinians, disagreements developed. Italy, France and Switzer-
land were becoming hazardous territory for the radical reformists. Even Protestant
Germany proved no safe haven. As early as 1551, on one of his many travels, Lælius

5) In the long run Tractatus Theologico Politicus proved of decisive influence for the
direction of Biblical exegesus that denies the divine authority of Holy Scripture, a form in
vogue today and known as Modern Biblical Criticism. Spinoza’s contemporary was the priest
Richard Simon, who outlived him by 35 years. They were both Socinians. In fact, Simon was
fond to call himself a Spinozist. He defended the Tractatus and poured scorn on everyone
who criticized it. Simon’s epoch making book “Histoire critique du Nouveau Testament” was
written in the vein of the Tractatus and was to be published one year after Spinoza’s death, in
1678. By a decree of the Royal Council of France, the whole edition of 1,300 books was seized
and destroyed, but one copy survived and was soon reprinted in Amsterdam.
6) Count Louis De Geer (†1652) from Amsterdam is honoured in Sweden as a great
historical figure. He participated in the Satanic Convent of Seven and helped to prepare
the war between Sweden and Poland from his position as industrial magnate and confident
of Axel Oxenstiern (†1654). His house in Amsterdam, called ‘with the heads’, is situated at
the Keizersgracht 123 and still exists. The six heads on the outer façade are an eulogy to
paganism, and represent Apollo, Ceres, Mars, Minerva, Bacchus and Diana.
- 10 -

Socinus visited Poland, which looked like a proper alternative. Queen Mother Bona
Sforza (1494-1557), who originally came from Italy, supported the sect. Kraków, then
the capital of the country, had an Italian circle where the renaissance ideals were
enthousiastically embraced, which created the right conditions for Socinus and his
following. Six years later Lælius visited Poland again. He was received with honours
after having presented letters of introduction from Calvin. At his accession to the
throne in 1573, King Henryc (Herni le Vallois) felt obliged to promise by solemn oath
that he would support religious liberty by means of the so-called Henrycian Articles,
formulated after the example of the previous Pax Dissidentium. This made Poland the
most liberal country in the world. No wonder Fausto decided to take up residence in
Poland. We are now writing 1580.

Fausto was, like his uncle, courtly in manners, with a profound culture, and he easily
made friends. He rarely expressed his deepest convictions and he was a good listener.
His method of inquiry was like that of his uncle Lælius, who in the form of letters
asked for opinions of prominent teachers rather than writing his own thoughts. Only
afterwards he took a position that slightly differed with his interlocutor. With this
approach he gained ascendancy during the Polish Antitrinitarian Synods of 1584 and
1588. Towards the end of the 16th century he had acquired a leading position in that
movement. Not long afterwards the
Polish Brethren started to call them-
selves Socinians. That was a master-
stroke designed to protect the inner
circle, because the Polish Brethren,
at least most of them, were kept in
the dark as concerns the sinister
aims of real Socinianism. In 1600
he was invited to Raków where he
attained a commanding position
while providing the printing press
with a stream of manuscripts. Until
1638, when the State ordered the
abolishment of the facilities at Ra-
ków, together with its school and
church, more than 500 titles appea-
red on this printing press, dubbed
the Sarmatian Athens. They were
dissiminated in Polish, Latin, Dutch
and German. The treatises were
praised by people like John Locke,
John Stuart Mill, and Isaac Newton.

8 – A Harmful Poison
Holland was known for its tole-
rance. This remained its hallmark Johan de Witt, the Councillor Pensionary
ever since, but not a tolerance with-
out bounds. In the very year Casimire vowed to chase away the Socinians, the Dutch
States General issued a prohibition against the printing of Socinian literature, with the
aim “to restrain this harmful poison”. The events that took place in Poland were in
Europe the talk of the town and more edicts followed, for the authorities feared an
influx of the Socinians. As in those days government and religion were interwoven,
Socinianism was recognized as a direct attack on the State. The edicts were not felt as
an incontrovertible impediment by Vaughan, who managed to take up residence in
Amsterdam, thanks to friends in high places. He received important backing from the
- 11 -

anti-orangist De Witt, but also from the officially appointed physician who had to take
care of the ‘Child of State’ (William III). This man was invited by Vaughan to enter
his association under the guise that who treats sickness, rules the emperor. This
followed the Socinian principle to indirectly influence the affairs of the state, for a per-
sonal physician can easily become the confident of his patient. This physician was Hel-
vetius, the Latin form of Schweitzer. In the beginning of 1667 Vaughan gave him a
demonstration of the realism of Magical Alchemy (a kind of witchcraft). In his turn,
Helvetius succeeded to prevail upon Spinoza. Helvetius became the head of the
Rosicrusian movement until 1709. That throws a completely different light on the
events involving William III during his life time! He died in 1702 as a consequence of
a fall from his horse. Richard Simon became the successor of Helvetius; after Simon it
was Désaguliers, already mentioned. Spinoza and the French priest Simon are seen as
the fathers of the Modern Biblical Criticism. Very remarkable. This happens to be the
hobbyhorse of Freemasonry. Modern Biblical Criticism is aimed at the desacralisation
of the Bible. Now everything falls into place.

9 – The realism of Magical Alchemy

Realism in philosophy implies the acceptance of things which lie beyond the obser-
vable universe and therefore beyond normal consciousness. That ‘something’ with its
separate existence goes beyond our powers of direct observation and, by manner of
speaking, hides itself within the order of creation, hence within nature itself. From that
standpoint there is a kind of alchemy, popularly called Magical Alchemy, that goes be-
yond our human capabilities and rational knowing. Most practitioners did not consider
themselves a magician, but as men who sought to harness the powers of nature. In their
search for the philosophers’ stone (lapis philosophorum), the ordinary alchemist
believed that the transmutation of metals, through which lead changes into gold, was
within his power. After a long period of vexing trials the alchemist – provided he was
considered a worthy candidate – was invited to become a highest initiate. He was told
that there are two kinds of operation, one that could be exercised by human agents and
one that needs an outside agent to do the work for him. The dabblers, not worthy of
admission to the little cenacle, were seen to imitate and corrupt the ‘admirable wis-
dom’ of the magi. In the long run, the many futile attempts to practice alchemy were
useful in gaining knowledge of science proper, though the philosophers’ stone itself re-
mained, as always, a mirage.)

The Dominican monk Albertus Magnus (1206-1280), one of the great thinkers of his
time, goes to the heart of the matter. In his “De Mineralibus” he supports the idea that
indeed a transmutation of some kind exists by means of natural processes which, how-
ever, is not accessible in the human domain. His contemporary, the Franciscan brother
Roger Bacon, also called Doctor Mirabilis or wonderful teacher, agrees. In his “Scienia
Experimentalis” he proposes that experimentalism is an excellent tool against the
fraudulent magic of the Anti-Christ. What he is trying to say is: yes, magic is possible,
but forbidden.

Alchemy did not originate in Europa. It took on a recongisable form through a gathe-
ring of cultures and influences in the world town Alexandria, but it did not become
part of the mediaeval society here in the West. The art and science of alchemy was
brought to the West by the movement of Arab works translated into Latin, which star-
ted around the middle of the 12th century. As from the 14th century alchemical works
start to abound in spite of the fact that the authorities expressed their disapproval. The
initiates knew very well that there also existed some form of science: the occult, a craft
forbidden by that cursed institution of the Holy Roman Church. That ‘magical’
alchemy was obtained through the adoration of Satan and his works was only known to
- 12 -

the small circle of ‘perfect initiates’. Nonetheless, the authorities in different countries
had reason to suspect that alchemy was not an innocent pastime. Transmutation was
considered a capital offence. Anyone attempting to trade 100% pure gold risked being
arrested, for they had no technical means, then, to purify gold to such an extent. For
privately alloying of precious metals – often used for coins, the details of which were
kept secret – the penalty was death. Alloying, therefore, offered no solution. Vaughan
recounts how he was found to have made his gold by magical means, being betrayed
by its extreme purity, and he had to leave it with the gold merchant in order to prevent
further trouble. Nevertheless, through bribery the movement must have succeeded in
exchanging considerable volumes. That way the young movement obtained the neces-
sary funds for its activities. When, at a later stage, they got funds via their bank hol-
dings and industrial and commercial interests, there was no need for it anymore.

The Ordinances Against Socinianisme

An example of an edict against Socianism is the proclamation of the States of
Holland, which ends as follows: «« Thus, in order to restrain this harmful poison
and in order to prevent as much as possible that anybody shall be misled by this,
we have judged it our duty to declare the said books to be as we deemed afore-
said, and to condemn them as blasphemous books, pernicious to the soul, full of
unfounded and dangerous propositions and abominations, detrimental to the
True Religion and divine Worship. Therefore we herewith as yet prohibit each
and everyone to print, to spread or to sell these or similar books on auctions or
otherwise, under penalty of the Edicts of the Country and especially that of Sep-
tember 19th 1653 which has been issued to this end. We order anyone whom it
may concern, to comply with this [edict], and that this [edict] will be published
and posted up everywhere where it should be and is customary in similar mat-
ters. Given under the Seal of [the] Judiciary stamped below on July 19th 1674 »»

10 – Amazing Works of Deception

I do not believe in transmutation, but I do believe in devilish tricks. Lucifer has this
power to deceive those who deserve it. Take my word, it is not easy to be ‘deserving’.
One needs tenaciousness on the road to perdition. It is beyond a shadow of doubt that
all the perfect initiates were fully dedicated to being possessed by the Devil, and that
they wanted to be and indeed were possessed. We should take to heart the admonition
of the Apostle Paul:
«« Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put
on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the
devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the world-rulers of this very darkness, against the spirits
of wickedness in the heavenly spheres. »» (Eph. 6:10-122)

It seems incredible that Lucifer has been given the power to transmutate base metals
into gold, but it is not unbiblical. The second letter to the Thessalonians reads (2:6-12):
«« And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own
time. For the Mystery of Lawlessness is already at work; only He, [the Church
undefiled, salt of the earth], who now restrains, will do so until He is taken out
of the way [by means of the doctrinal corruption, that is the Abomination of
Desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet]. Then [Lucifer’s underling], the
lawless one, will be revealed, whom the Lord will slay with the [creative]
breath of His mouth [in the utterance also of oracles of truth], and destroy by
the brightness of His coming. The coming of the lawless one is according to
- 13 -

the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and living wonders, and with all
unrighteous deception among those who perish, since they did not receive the
love of the Truth that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send
them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be
condemned who did not believe the Truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. »»

11 – A Reorientation was called for

As from the foundation of the Mother-Lodge in 1717, Freemasonry experienced a pro-
digeal growth. In the major cities of Europe and later in North America, often several
departments arose. The growth was phenomenal and the departments did not always
follow the ‘first principles’. The obediences were getting off track, a situation that had
to be corrected. In the second half of the eigteenth century a different organizational
approach was called for, as new members were insufficiently aware of ‘the great
secret’. In all countries separate cores (inner circles) had to be established within the
distinctive obediences and lodges. Freemasonry operates by means of concentric
circles with each circle directing the next, without an outer circle realizing what the
real objectives are within, for the objectives proclaimed outwardly serve not to inform,
but to mislead. The core circle is of course the smallest and has been described as an
organization within the organization.

We should be aware that this special approach only partially explains the effectiveness
of the “mystery of iniquity”. (2 Th. 2:7) It is a spiritual battle that hides behind the
visible organizational form. It is like a fraternity bonded together by mutual under-
standing and empathy, of people who have a tendency to be like minded. Perhaps they
do not know each other and are separated in space and time, but if they met it would be
as if they had known each other, the same as brothers do. When considering exalted
words with, as it were, a willpower to raise high in the conscious and motivated mind,
I come to think of the expression from George Steiner who typifies the word as “force
and medium of creation”. And how remarkable when he says further on: “We must
come to grasp what Nietzsche meant when he proclaimed that the lie - and not the
truth - is divine”.7) A dominion of insinuation and lie with a tremendous mobility and
thus a huge capacity to invent plans, emerging in many minds simultaneously and
spontaneously, seemingly without connection. This falsehood is also capable of attac-
king individuals or peoples from amazingly disparate angles as if a plan had been
forged in secret. Surely in secret, but not necessarily known by its participants. Those
who focus on conspiracies, tend to overstate their degree of organization and sophis-
tication. Sure, secret societies exist, if only through the concealment of their plans, and
Freemasonry is one of them. It is wrongly assumed that the ‘great’ conspiracy will be
broken if exposed to the light, as if it were an eccentric movement that no ordinary
citizen really wants. On the surface, they may be right. However, the inherent motility
of worldly affairs eludes them. Every aspect concerns dark movement and change –
inside, outside, everywhere, with a premeditated result by the puppeteer. 7)

William Guy Carr, a Naval Officer from Canada, has discussed the orientation of Free-
masonry in his book, posthumously published in 1966: “Satan, Prince of this World”.8)
William Carr defines the ongoing battle in no uncertain terms:
«« Satanism is the manual of action which on this earth puts the Luciferian
conspiracy into effect. The Old Testament, trimmed down to its greatest
simplicity, is no more than the history of Satanism [and God’s plan through the
people of Israel to exorcise it]. It tells us how Satanism has been directed since the
Fall of our first parents up to the Advent of Christ who came to set us free from

7) “A Reader” by George Steiner – Penguin Books, England # 1984 (pp. 17, 402).
- 14 -

the bonds of Satanism that tied the human race more securely from generation to
generation. The Holy Scripture refers to Satan 67 times and to Christ only 63.
But what concerns us particularly is the fact that the Holy Scripture tells us, and
demonstrates it too, that Satan is Prince of this World [though on its way to
perdition]. (John 12:31; 14:30; 16:2) Because Satan is ‘the’ opponent of God and
His human creatures, he must, as Prince of this World, be related to the World
Revolutionary Movement. »» (p. 36). 8)

12 – Adam Weishaupt put the continuing conspiracy into effect

Important work for adapting Freemasonry to the demands of the times was done by
Adam Weishaupt (1748-1830), the so-called father of the Order of the Illuminati. He
was a Jesuit who had turned his life, dedicated to God, to the opposite. Already at the
age of 28 he was appointed professor of canon law in Ingoldstadt, somewhere situated
between Nuremberg and Munich. William Carr says about him in his book:
«« My studies and research satisfied me that Weishaupt only ‘revised’ and
‘modernized’ the Protocols of the Luciferian Conspiracy in order to enable the
Synagogue of Satan to take full advantage of the progress being made in applied
science, and the rapidly changing social, political, economic, and religious
conditions. He didn’t originate Illuminism! Illuminati simply means Holders
of the Light just as the word protocols means: “Original written draft of a
plan designed to achieve a definite stated purpose”. I repeat: Illuminism
(Enlightenment) has existed since that Cain defected from God. »» (p. 42)

Although Adam Weishaupt despised the Jesuits, he wanted to use their order for his
own ends, but he failed to do so. William Carr continues:
«« My studies have convinced me that Illuminism [Enlightenment], under the
name Perfectionism, was practiced within the Jesuit Order long before Weishaupt
defected from God and became a Luciferian. (…) As the Jesuit Order was the
greatest teaching order during the 17th and 18th centuries, the Synagogue of Satan,
quite naturally, infiltrated its agentur into the order, just as they infiltrate into
every [important] level of society. Their agentur hid their true identity. They were
clever enough not to be openly critical of the curriculum of the Jesuits. They
simply advised those who set up the curriculum not to teach too much about
the existence of the Luciferian conspiracy or tell the students how and why it
is directed. (…) Regarding this aspect of the conspiracy, which we call “The
conspiracy of silence”, I wish to remind that even the Popes have blamed the
rapid development of Satanism upon the manner in which [many] priests have
neglected to inform their parishioners on this all important matter. (…) While
Weishaupt remained unsuspected, he was ‘happy’ as a Jesuit. He wore a cloak
that hid perfectly his diabolical activities. But when the Jesuits were disbanded
by Papal Bull in 1773,9) he showed his true colours and directed the Illuminati’s
hatred against all members of the Jesuit Order. This hatred has been continued
by Illuminists against the Jesuits ever since. »» (pp. 42 en 59)

The conspiracy, headed by Weishaupt, has been described in great detail by Professor
John Robison in “Proofs of a Conspiracy against all the Religions and Governments of

8) William Carr defends the principle that Freemasonry was a venerable organization at
its inception in 1717 and that it was only later infiltrated by evil minded persons. He states
on page 50 of his book: “Very few historians seem to realize that early in the 1700’s (…) the
so-called Internationalists had infiltrated into America. The works of those historians who
do mention this fact have been suppressed. There is documentary evidence which proves
these subversives were active as early as 1746.” It has now been clearly demonstrated
that Freemasonry was corrupt as from its beginnings, albeit under different names. If
‘infiltration’ is used when discussing the 18th century, a better term would be ‘realignment’.
- 15 -

Europe”, which became an immediate bestseller. From the introduction of Robison’s

book, I take the following that was included in the reprint of 1967: 9)

Augustin Barruel’s basic idea was that of a conspiracy with the aim of overthrowing
Christianity, or more to the point, any and all forms of political and social organiza-
tions consistent with the moral teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. In the excel-
lent introduction to Barruel’s book,10) Christian Lagrave explains:
«« At first the English public opinion was favorably disposed towards the
[French] Revolution, for the whole ‘establishment’ was enamoured by the
Masonic and Orangistic ideas, but when the spectacle of the Jacobin atrocities
pervaded, the enthousiasm waned. “Reflections on the Revolution in France”,
written by Edmund Burke, who was a member of the House of Commons,
defended in very clear terms and with excellent arguments an anti-revolutionary
point of view. Because of its large distribution, the book made a substantial
contribution to informing the English Nation of the true facts of what happened. It
was first published in 1790 and got eleven editions in less than a year. The work
was of prime importance because each new edition, until 1792, included the latest
developments. It was much in demand, was reviewed a number of times and it
appeared in five languages.
Burke received Barruel. Lord Clifford enabled him to continue his work and
Barruel, who had few contacts with the French immigrants, was in close contact
with Conservative English circles like the “Anti-Jacobin Review” and the “British
Critic”. »»

Robison wanted to warn England and other kingdoms that the forces that had over-
thrown the French monarchy were still active across the continent. He traced the
history of the foundation of the Illuminati by Weishaupt and the dissolution of that
order in 1785 by order of the royal and ecclesiastical authorities of Bavaria, but this

9) Jesuit missions in Latin America were very controversial in Europe, especially in Spain
and Portugal, where they were seen as interfering with the proper colonial enterprises of
the royal governments. It is partly because the Jesuits, such as Antonio Ruiz de Montoya,
protected the natives, whom Spanish and Portuguese colonizers wanted to enslave, that the
Society of Jesus was suppressed in 1773.
10) A reprint of Abbé Barruel’s book appeared in 2005 at Editions de Chiré (86190 Chiré-en-
Montreuil, France): “Mémoires pour servir à l’Histoire du Jacobinisme”, (revus et corrigés
par l’auteur en 1818). It is important to depart from the revised version because the writer
had still insufficiently checked the names and dates at its first edition.
- 16 -

proved to be without the desired effect. The Illuminati went underground all over
Europe, reforming existing Masonic lodges or establishing their own as a cover for
their activities. In Paris, Louis Philip, the Duke of Orléans (1747-1793), nicknamed
Philippe Égalité (Philip Equality), secretly led the Illuminist Front through the use of
his immense fortune through the Freemasonic Grand Orient Lodge of which he was a
member. He scandalously conspired against the ruling House of Bourbon in the hope
of ascending the throne. Robison held on to the belief, and rightly so, that a number of
continental lodges were hotbeds of revolutionary conspiracies. The claim in our day
that the English and Scottish lodges were broadly apolitical and actively engaged in
warding off the Illuminati is simply not true and is yet another of those nasty lies.

William Carr delves into the plan of action (pp. 50-52):

«« The most prominent Satanists, or Luciferians, who worked with Weishaupt,
were the famous German author Zwack, Baron Knigge, Baron Bassus from
Sandersdorf, the Marquis Constanza, and Nicolai. In order to hide their identity
and real purpose, Weishaupt and his lieutenants used code names. Weishaupt was
Spartacus; Zwack was Cato; Baron Knigge was Philo; Bassus was Hannibal; The
Marquis Constanza was Diomedes; and Nicolai – the greatest scoffer of ALL
religions that teach belief in a God other than Lucifer – became Lucian.
Cities, in which Grand Orient Lodges were established to be the secret
revolutionary headquarters of those who directed the conspiracy, also received
code names. Thus Munich became Athens; Vienna became Rome; etc. It was
an accident, or an act of God, which exposed these secrets. Zwack had put
Weishaupt’s notes into orderly manuscript form ready for publication for the
information of revolutionary leaders throughout the world. Copies of this
Luciferian Bible were placed in the hands of carefully selected trustees to ensure
that some would survive if government authorities seized copies. One copy was
entrusted to the care of Professor John Robison of Edinburgh University. In 1784,
another was sent from Frankfort on Main to the Count of Mirabeau in Paris. He
had been selected by Weishaupt to foment the French Revolution, scheduled to
break out in 1789.
(…) As the Illuminati’s courier rode through Ratisbon [the German Regens-
burg], on his way to Paris to deliver Mirabeau his copy of Weishaupt’s revised
plans, the courier was killed by a stroke of lightning. This event occurred in 1784.
The police turned the documents found on the body over to Bavarian government
authorities. Examination revealed them to be the Protocols of “The Order and Sect
of the Illuminati”. (…) The Bavarian government had got hold of the Protocols of
the Luciferian conspiracy, as revised by Adam Weishaupt between 1770 and
1776. After studying the documents they discovered how Weishaupt intended to
put his plans into effect. The documents further disclosed that the Lodges of the
Grand Orient were to be used as the secret headquarters of those who directed the
conspiracy, which aimed to destroy all remaining governments and religions
throughout the world. They also revealed that the Illuminati intended to infiltrate
into all other secret societies, but particularly into the Continental or Blue Free-
masonry, for the purpose of contacting wealthy and influential people over whom
they wished to obtain control so they could be used to further the Illuminati’s
plans to bring about a One World Government.
The Elector of Bavaria ordered the police to raid the homes and meeting places
of Weishaupt and his close associates. These raids added a wealth of additional
evidence to what had already been obtained from the documents found on the
body of the courier. The Bavarian government was very thorough. By 1786 they
had examined all available evidence. They published the information in a book
entitled “Original Writings of the Order and Sect of the Illuminati”. Zwack’s
manuscript, containing Weishaupt’s version of the age old Luciferian conspiracy,
- 17 -

was entitled “Einige Originalschriften” (Some Original Writings). Copies of the

conspiracy were sent by the Bavarian government to ALL heads of Church and
state in Europe.
(…) Before Weishaupt was banished in 1786, his two thousand well
educated, carefully selected, brilliant-minded, wealthy and well bred Illuminati
had established one or more Lodges of the Grand Orient in Munich, Ingolstadt,
Frankfort, Echstadt, Hannover, Brunswick, Calbe, Magdeburgh, Cassel, Osna-
brück, Weimar, Saxony, Heidelbergh, Mannheim, Strasbourg, Spire, Worms,
Düsseldorff, Cologne, Bonn, Livonia, Courtland, Franendahl, Alsace, Wienne,
Deuxponts, Hesse, Cousel, Buchenwerter, Treves, Montpellier, Aix-la-Chapelle,
Stuttgart, Bourscheid, Karlsruhe, Hahrenberg, Anspach, Neuweid, Metz, Rome,
Naples, Ancona, Turin, Florence, Warsaw, and Dresden. There were Lodges in
Upper Saxony, Westphalia, Switzerland, France, Scotland, Holland, and by no
means least, in America. »»

“Final Warning: A History of the New World Order” by David Allen Rivera, first pu-
blished in 1984, gives on account of this question in ch. 12: “Order of the Illuminati” :
«« The leaders of the Order who appeared before the government’s Court of
Inquiry testified that the organization was dedicated to the overthrow of Church
and State. However, these revelations and the publication of their documents did
little to alert the public because of their unbelievable claims. New measures were
taken by government officials. The leaders of the Order were arrested and
formally interrogated and then forced to renounce the Illuminati. The Elector of
Bavaria banished Weishaupt. He moved to Regensburg in Switzerland, where he
reorganized his Illuminati. Two Italians, the Marquis Constanza, and the Marquis
Savioli joined Weishaupt in Switzerland. This explains why the Italian Guiseppe
Mazzini was selected to direct the World Revolutionary programme in 1834 and
was succeeded by another Italian, Adriano Lemmi, in 1872 when Mazzini died.
The final blow against the Illuminati came on August 16, 1787, when the Grand
Duke of Dalberg issued the proclamation that anyone found guilty of recruiting
members were to be executed, while those who were recruited, would have their
property confiscated and then be deported. Zwack, who was banished, sought
sanctuary in the Court of Zweibrücken, where he was later appointed to an official
position in the principality of Salm-Kyrburg. In that position he contributed to the
Illuminati movement in Holland and was later summoned by Dalberg as the
government tried to deal with the problem of fugitives who might attempt to
reorganize the Order. Subsequently, Zwack fled to England. On November 15,
1790, another Edict was announced against the organization: anyone found to be
an active member was to be put to death. The following year a list of 91 names of
alleged members was compiled. They were hunted down and banished. This
harassment didn’t end until 1799 when Dalberg died. The apparent demise of the
Order was taken into stride by its highest members, who continued to operate
underground. Weishaupt wrote: “The great care of the Illuminati after the
publication of their secret writings was to persuade the whole of Germany that
their Order no longer existed, that their adepts had all renounced, not only their
mysteries, but as members of some secret society.” »»

Well, we know better. We know that there exists an unbroken line of conspiracy that
began at the Vicenza Colloquia in 1546, when a number of Satanists met there, a line
that runs until the time of the establishment of the Freemasonic Mother- or Grand
Lodge in 1717, a line that has persisted to this day. Satan takes care of his movement
and will not allow the human forces at his service to be defeated – until the prophesied
moment arrives when Christ will throw him into the abyss. Nevertheless, in spite of all
his intrigue, man remains liable. Humanity bears a collective guilt, because our inclina-
tion is towards evil and we have refused the take the Evangelical Message to heart.
The devil comes on the scene to hasten what would have happened anyway. So who is
to blame? Certainly not God, who allows it to happen.

.APPENDIX 1.

The Felix Kersten Affair

The decisions of the Convent of Seven can be found in “Themis Aurea” (1618), writ-
ten by Count Michael Maier of Rindsbourg, who was the physician to the Archduke
and later Emperor Rodolph II. He became Fausto’s second successor. In Chapter IV
he makes an interesting remark: “Whoever shall travel, must profess Medicine and
cure gratis without any reward (…) for a physician, in treating sickness, governs the
Emperor.”

It is a well-known fact that a personal physician can influence a patient put under his
care. Based on this, the personal physician of Nazi chief Himmler concocted a wonder-
ful story, as if the Dutch people had not been deported because of his influence
on Himmler. A bizarre thing. In an interview from 1995, Lou de Jong, the director of
Dutch Institute for War Documentation (the RIOD), says the following:
«« One of the most striking historical events set to right by De Jong, is the affair
surrounding Felix Kersten, that mysterious layer-on of hands who in the 1920s
drew Prince Hendrik and Queen Wilhelmina to himself and became the personal
physician of SS chief Heinrich Himmler during the war, who called him “my only
friend, my Buddha”. After the war, Kersten was able to fully rehabilitate himself
by telling the story that it was only thanks to his whisperings in Himmler’s ears
that the entire Dutch population was not deported to Poland as a punitive measure,
as the Nazi top had firmlly decided upon. »»

For his programme of self-rehabilitation Kersten managed to enlist the services of such
people as journalist Joop den Uyl and De Jong’s predecessor as director of the RIOD,
N.W. Posthumus. Den Uyl (who was to become prime minister in 1973), translated his
memoirs and wrote an inspiring introduction to them. Posthumus even went so far as to
nominate Kersten for the Nobel Peace Prize. In 1950 Kersten received from Prince
Bernhard the decorations associated with the Grand Officership in the Order of Orange
Nassau, and at his death in 1960 the collective Dutch Press was of the opinion that “in
Dr. Felix Kersten the Netherlands has lost a great friend of our country”.

Some years earlier it turned out that Kersten had been playing a double game all along.
From a collection of post-war letters from Kersten to all kinds of Nazi bosses, which
came into the hands of the Amsterdam collector Freek van Rijsinge, and since then
have been made public, it appears that Kersten was still singing loud the praises of
anti-Semitism, had corresponded with the notorious SS-Obergruppenführer Gottlob
Berger and such types as Leo Hausleiter, one time member of the virulent anti-Jewish
Thule Society. Kersten used his excellent relations at the Dutch court to mediate in
favor of convicted war criminals such as Christiansen and the infamous Dutch camp
doctor Nieuwenhuysen.

In 1972 it was De Jong who took the initiative to expose the myth surrounding Kers-
ten. With his article entitled “Heeft Felix Kersten het Nederlandse volk gered?” (Did
Felix Kersten save the people of the Netherlands?), he was the first to untangle the web
of lies around the layer-on of hands. It stated among other things:
«« In any case, what you can say about Kersten is that he mainly thought of
himself. For this reason he went to Sweden in 1943 in an attempt to get into
people’s good books with his so-called action to save the Dutch population.
Nonsense! It would have been possible at the time to see through it if people had
- 19 -

taken the trouble to compare carefully the two reports he himself wrote about the
saving of the Dutch people. The committee investigating the affair had the two
reports on the table but failed to make the comparison. That was actually an
incomprehensible miss, that eventually led to the decision to grant Kersten a high
Dutch distinction. Unfortunately, he had already passed away when I came up
with my research. Kersten tricked the Dutch people. The only consolation is that
after I had published my findings, nobody stood up to say that Kersten was good
after all. It has nevertheless been accepted that he was mainly a dreamer. »»

The affair surrounding Felix Kersten brings to mind the Greet Hofmans affair, who had a
grip on the Dutch Royal Family, which in the end almost caused a national and a govern-
mental crisis. This shows that there is also a hypnotic influence at play with this kind of
phycisians. The illness disappears, but always returns in such a way that it stimulates a
strong dependence between the patient and the paranormally gifted confidant. Felix
Kersten was a layer-on of hands, as probably was Helvetius.

Helvetius, Kersten, Hofmans, the House of Orange: the same pattern…

‘Satan, Prince of This World’

– EXCERPTS –
by William Guy Carr (1966, 1997)
Omni Christian Bookstore (http://www.omnicbc.com/index.html), Palmdale, USA
It is possible to download the book there under: “Satan, Prince of This World”

When the author of this book, Commander W. J. G. Carr (a Canadian Naval Officer),
died on October 2, 1959, he left this book in manuscript form along with many scrib-
bled notes, reference books, half formulated thoughts, etc. His last wish was that the
book be finished and published in order that all men might know of the plot that
exists to wipe out every trace of decency in the world and in all civilizations as known
today. The introduction says: Such a task (to compile the book) is manifestly beyond
ordinary means. I, his oldest son, have been asked to try: edit, revise and correct the
manuscript as best for its future publication. This I have done to the best of my limi-
ted ability. I have not added anything to the original draft or changed anything ex-
cept where requested to do so in marginal notes in my father’s own handwritingt.

From page 32: The evidence of the Luciferian plot to destroy ALL remaining govern-
ments and existing religions is to be found in the book: “Proofs of a Conspiracy to
Destroy All Governments and Religions in Europe” by Professor John Robison, of
Edinburgh University in 1798. Professor Robison had been approached by Weishaupt
and his leading Illuminists [adepts of the Enlightenment] and asked to assist them
infiltrating Luciferian ideas, disguised in the honorable garb of Illuminism and Pro-
gress, into educational institutions and the Lodges of Freemasonry in England and
Scotland. He was asked to tour Europe, and, as a Mason of the 33nd Degree of the
Scottish Rite, he was introduced to leading Illuminists who had set up Grand Orient
Lodges throughout Europe. John Robison suspected there was something behind Illu-
minism as it had been explained to him, but kept his suspicions to himself. He was
entrusted with a copy of Weishaupt’s revised and modernized edition of the age-old
conspiracy as compiled by Zwack, for his study and comments. When the French
Revolution broke out in 1789 as part of the conspirator’s programme, Robison decided
to publish the information he possessed in support of what the Bavarian government
had exposed in 1786. Afterwards, the investigations of dozens of historians have tur-
ned up further evidence hidden in national archives and those of universities. There is
no lack of documentary and other kinds of evidence to prove what we are going to say.
The truly amazing thing about the Luciferian conspiracy is the way that officials of
both church and state have brushed aside the evidence of proof even when it had been
put before their eyes by men whose lives had proven their honesty and integrity in the
desire to serve only God. The fact that those who direct the Luciferian conspiracy are
able to hold control over people in high places in politics and religion simply confirms
the words of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It illustrates in the clearest possible
manner the supernatural character of the conspiracy. (…) The main conspirators have
succeeded in keeping their covenant so very secret that lack of knowledge of it on the
part of the public at large enables them to develop the plot to its intended goal and
wean millions of souls away from God.

From pages 34-35: This is the creed for world domination drawn up to appeal to men
who consider themselves intellectual giants, of which only a few points are shown here
below:
9) God’s plan teaches that all human beings should love and be charitable towards
their neighbours. The word ‘neighbour,’ as used by Christ, means “a person who won’t
do another harm, but rather will go out of his way to do a good turn, even though the
recipient be a stranger.” The Luciferian doctrine says that in order to impose absolute
power by Satanic despotism, those who are selected to rule must first prove they are
utterly devoid of human sentiment. According to the pronouncement of Albert Pike
[the leader of the U.S. Masonic movement from 1859 until his death in 1891], this
ridding themselves of human emotions must be carried out by men selected to rule to
the extent that they don’t even feel love, or sympathy, or any sentimental feeling what-
soever, towards members of the opposite sex. Pike ruled that women initiated into Lod-
ges of Adoption should be made common property. He said members of the Palladian
Rite should use them frequently and without passion, but solely to gratify their sexual
urges without allowing any love or sentiment – “which lead so many human hearts
astray” – entering into their sexual relationships. “Thus”, he says, “men shall enchain
women while obtaining absolute control of their own human weaknesses.” So we see
that everything that God considers ‘Good’, Lucifer says is ‘Evil’. Everything God
considers strength of character, Luciferians consider weakness of character.
11) God’s plan for civilized society is based on the principle that two human beings of
opposite sex shall establish a home and raise a family. Luciferians say that the destruc-
tion of the home and family is absolutely essential to the success of their conspiracy.
13) God’s intends to elevate the dignity of Man to achieve an ever greater degree of
spiritual perfection. The Scriptures tell us that we can qualify for the highest vacant
seats in Heaven. Luciferianism is insistent that every human being be reduced to its
lowest possible level. It was to further this diabolical plot that Cromwell’s Levellers, or
agitators for political reform, drove in the thin edge of the wedge. Today it has ad-
vanced to the stage where women have demanded the ‘right’ to adopt the same immo-
ral codes as men; the right to smoke, to do everything that does not elevate them above
the filth, the dirt, and slime of decadent human nature. God sets up chastity as a virtue;
Lucifer says we must be promiscuous to demonstrate our godship. Christ proved by
His devotion and love and respect for His earthly mother Mary, that God intended
motherhood to be the greatest of all vocations. Christ’s relationship to His earthly
mother, and Mary’s love and devotion to her Son, should tell us that, despite the Fall of
Eve, He still wants woman to be a being of beauty, charm and grace, full of love, chari-
ty, and affection. He wants women to be real mothers, not just human incubators who
accidentally conceive due to human error. Luciferianism is determined to drag woman-
hood down into the gutter, and to the level of the natural state of the lower beasts of
creation [or even worse].
14) God provided everything we require for our use and benefit. He ordered that we
use ALL things in moderation. The Luciferian ideology says, but doesn’t intend, that
man shall be a law unto himself and do as he pleases.
15) God’s plan of creation has placed all created things in perfect balance. Those who
seek to bring the Lucifian conspiracy to its end are committed to unbalancing God’s
creation. And the human race [yes, all the earth] bears the burden laid upon us by the
presumptuous and sinful attitude of Lucifer’s henchmen.

From page 36: I have, as most Christians, repeated the Lord’s Prayer daily since the
days I could talk. (…) As a result of studying the words [of this prayer] in their relation
to Satanism and the World Revolutionary Movement, I concluded that the words in an
alternative English translation make more sense: “And let us not be led into temptation,
- 22 -

but deliver us from ‘the Evil One’ [Satan].” I was pleased to discover, long afterwards,
that in early Christianity both the Greek and Roman fathers, [as also expressed in] their
liturgies, were strongly in favour of the masculine rather than the neutral use of the
word “a malo (evil)”. (…) I found in the New Testament, and in the texts of the Desert
Fathers, that Satan, and those [who are members] of the Synagogue of Satan, exercise a
general direction or superintendence over ALL evil, temporal and spiritual, which is
being committed or experienced in this world.

From pages 43-44:

Adam Weishaupt was brought under the influence of the newly formed House of
Rothschild. He was retained to revise and modernize the age old Luciferian Protocols.
His pride was given further inflation when he was asked to, or it was suggested, that he
organize the Illuminati to put the revised version of the continuing Luciferian conspi-
racy into effect. (…) He finished his task in 1776.

Comment: The number 1776 adds up to 21 (1+7+7+6) and is composed of 1600 + 160 +
16 = 3 x (1+6) or 3x7. The occult message of it is that 1776 is the beginning year in
which Man is placed above God through exceeding sinfulness, for 1 stands for begin-
ning, 6 for Man, 7 for becoming a god through committing the 7 Capital Sins. The num-
ber 21 (3x7) stands for the most extreme sinfulness to be concocted in the mind. This is
why 1776 is printed on the American one dollar bills at the foot of the great pyramid,
which is also the year of the American Declaration of Independence. On top of this
pyramid rests the all-seeing eye of the order of the Illuminati. Luciferianism reacts
with the diffusion of the seven capital vices in opposition to the seven theologal and
cardinal virtues. By these vices Man would become free, free from God and would
stand therefore above God. To faith it opposes pride; to hope, lust; to charity, avarice;
to prudence, anger; to fortitude, sloth; to justice, envy; to temperance, gluttony.

William Carr continues (pp. 51-53):

History proves that the warnings sent by the Bavarian government to ALL heads of
Church and state were ignored, because Weishaupt’s Illuminati had already been
placed in key positions behind the scenes of government, both secular and religious, as
‘experts’ and ‘advisers’. They denounced the evidence as a forgery. They claimed it
was part of a huge practical joke being perpetrated by those who wished to ridicule the
heads of Church and state. But the French Revolution broke out on schedule, and
history proves that since 1776 the conspiracy has developed EXACTLY as Weishaupt
intended. Today (1959), it is in its semi-final stage.
(…) With devilish cunning Weishaupt and his fellow conspirators made those in
authority believe that the Order of the Illuminati had died a natural death in 1786 (in
that year the Bavarian government published everything). The truth is that the plot has
never ended to bring what remains of the human race [after the great war being plan-
ned] under a totalitarian dictatorship. It blossomed forth under new names and disgui-
ses in all parts of the world. (…) Weishaupt himself tells us he planned well in advance
of the year 1786 how to take care of the risk of a possible discovery and exposure.
Those who defect from God [Adonay] first become Satanists. Then, usually, after
long years of testing and trial, a Satanist might be selected for the initiation into the
Luciferian Priesthood. From these are selected the High Priests and the Universal
Sovereign Pontiff of the Luciferian Creed. Weishaupt [Spartacus] aspired to become
the Sovereign Pontiff. In a letter to Cato alias Zwack, dated February 6, 1778, he said:
«« The allegory on which I am to found the Mysteries of the Higher Orders is the
fire-worship of the Magi [worship of Lucifer]. We must have some worship and
- 23 -

none is so opposite the: “Let there be light”. This is my motto, and this is my
fundamental principle. »»
In March the same year, Weishaupt again wrote to his friend Cato [Zwack]:
«« I have gone through the whole cycle of human inquiry. I have exorcised spirits.
(Note A) I raised ghosts, discovered treasures, interrogated the Cabale (Note B),
I have never transmuted metals [lead into gold]. I would have executed much
greater things had not the government (his superiors in the Luciferian conspiracy)
always opposed my exertions and placed others in situations which suited my
talents. »»

Note A on “I [Weishaupt] have exorcised spirits”:

The word ‘exorcise’ means to expel a devil or devils from a person who has been pos-
sessed. The Scriptures tell us how Christ cast out devils. But Satanists first invite a
devil to enter into, and possess, their medium and through it speak to those who seek
knowledge or advice from Satan and/or Lucifer. After the medium served its purpose,
the High Priests of the Synagogue of Satan then ‘exorcises’ the devil from that person’s
body, and he or she becomes [momentarily] normal again. This practice caused the Sy-
nagogue of Satan, which wished to discredit Christ, to accuse Him of casting out devils
in the name, and through the powers of Beelzebub, the Prince of Devils and not by the
power of God. (Luke 11:14-15)
Note B on the Cabale:
The Cabale [often spelled differently], as referred to by Weishaupt, means “The Spiri-
tual Powers headed by Lucifer in the celestial world”.

Weishaupt was literally as proud as Lucifer. He was determined to become the Sove-
reign Pontiff of the Luciferian Creed. He was determined to be placed higher than any
other person in this or the celestial world, excepting only his beloved Lucifer. This
statement is proved by a letter he wrote Cato [Zwack] in 1778. He told his friend:
«« By this plan we shall direct all mankind. In this manner, and by the simplest
means, we shall set all in motion and in flames. The occupations must be so
allotted and contrived, that we may, in secret, influence all political ‘transactions’.
(…) I have considered everything, and so prepared it, that if the Order should this
day go to ruin, I shall in a year reestablish it more brilliant than ever. »»
Since 1786 [when the Bavarian documentation was published] many, so-called
authorities, have tried to convince the heads of Church and state in America and else-
where that Illuminism was as dead as the Dodo bird. These Luciferians produce what
they claim is documentary evidence to prove what they say is the TRUTH [that the
movement would have disappeared], but they are careful to conceal the evidence,
which could prove that Albert Pike reorganized the Palladian Rite between 1859 and
1889 to take over the direction of the Luciferian conspiracy from the Illuminati. They
carefully conceal the evidence showing that [at the time] Illuminism began to stink in
the nostrils of honest Americans. (…) Such it is nowadays that few Americans know
that Pike established [within Freemasonry] 26 councils (or triangles) of the “New and
Reformed Palladian Rite” in large cities throughout the world to direct the Luciferian
conspiracy, exactly as Weishaupt intended.
(…) Professor John Robison was one of those entrusted with a copy of Zwack’s
original manuscripts dealing with Weishaupt’s version of the age old Luciferian con-
spiracy. Robison was a 33rd degree member of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. As
such he visited most Lodges in Europe, and took part in their rituals and initiations. He
taught Natural Philosophy at Edinburgh University. He occupied the important position
- 24 -

of Secretary of the Royal Society [which at the time was the most important scientific
institute in the world]. Weishaupt had been particularly anxious to obtain Robison’s
cooperation so that the IDEA of a One World Government could be introduced into
ALL educational institutions. This objective has since been achieved as any parent of
children of school age must admit. Weishaupt ordered his Illuminists to wine and dine
Robison, and introduce him into the best European educational circles. He was flatte-
red and hailed as one of the greatest educationalists of his time. But all the wiles and
guiles of the Devil’s servants didn’t deceive him. Robison recognized that behind the
Illuminati’s clever presentation that a One World Government could solve all our poli-
tical, social, economic, and religious problems, the real intention of those AT THE
VERY TOP of the Illuminati was to usurp the power of a world government, not yet
established, and then impose a totalitarian Luciferian dictatorship upon what remained
of the human race.
After the heads of Church and state had refused to heed the warnings given to them
by the Bavarian government, and the French Revolution broke out as scheduled in
1789, John Robison published all the knowledge he had obtained regarding the Illumi-
nati, and those who controlled it AT THE TOP, in his book “Proofs of a Conspiracy”.

From pages 43-46:

Weishaupt wrote many books and pamphlets dealing with the Illuminati and The
New Order, which was the deceptive name modernists gave to ‘totalitarianism’, which
is only another name for Luciferianism. In his “Code of Illuminism” he gives detailed
instructions to be followed by recruiters delegated to bring learned and wealthy and
influential men into the Illuminati. People often wonder WHY lawyers dominate in the
field of politics. We will explain. Weishaupt told his recruiters that the success of the
movement [conspiracy] depended on their ability to bring about the ‘conquest’ of pro-
fessional people, lawyers in particular, for they have the ability as speakers and are
astute and active. To quote his own words, Weishaupt told those he instructed: “These
people [lawyers] are true demons, most difficult to handle; but their conquest is al-
ways good when it can be obtained.” He recommended as next on their list of con-
quest, “teachers, university professors, and the superiors of seminaries whenever
possible.” Doesn’t this explain the control the forces of evil now have obtained over
our educational institutions, including our seminaries? When students studying for the
Ministry of the Christian religion can have the TRUTH withheld from them, and
ordained ministers, who learn the TRUTH can be forced by their superiors to keep
silent, the Devil has made tremendous strides in developing the Luciferian conspiracy
towards its final goal.
Weishaupt founded Lodges of the Grand Orient in the principal cities of Europe, to
be the headquarters of the Order of the Illuminati which served to put Weishaupt’s
modernized version of the Luciferian conspiracy into effect. The Order was at first res-
tricted to about two thousand members. They were selected for their exceptional men-
tal qualities, and because they had advanced to the top of their particular fields of hu-
man endeavour. They were bankers, such as the Rothschilds and their affiliated inter-
national financiers; they were scientists, such as Scheel; and educationists or encyclo-
pedists such as Voltaire. Those who comprised the Synagogue of Satan all assumed
nicknames to hide their true identity. The term nick-name was first used to indicate
someone who took, assumed, or was given another name to conceal the fact that he had
become a worshipper of the Devil who is often referred to as Old Nick. We don’t want
to elaborate this point. It is sufficient to say that those chosen to become adepts in Sata-
nism became Illuminati; by their lives, words, and deeds, they proved to have defected
from God.
Some were avowed atheists. But also the others, and those were the majority,
willingly accepted totalitarianism [the Luciferian ideology] as presented to them by
Weishaupt, as their creed. Only a fool can be a convinced atheist. Only a fool can
- 25 -

believe that the universe, and all it includes, just happened like that. Even evolutionists
with some intelligence admit that evolution could be part of God’s plan of creation
under which creatures can improve into a higher plane or deteriorate to a lower plane.
The Illuminati have one thing in common; they agree that those who in this world win
succes due to superior intellect have acquired the RIGHT to rule others with less brains
on the grounds that the goyim [the masses of the common people] just don’t know
what is good [best] for them. As Voltaire stated so clearly in a letter to a fellow Illumi-
nist, that in order to lead the mob out of their present oppression into a new subjection,
those who direct the conspiracy must order their commanders to lie, “not timidly, or
for a while only, but like the very devil, boldly and always.” Voltaire is also on record
as having advised those Illuminists, with which he was associated, that they should use
high sounding phrases when addressing the goyim, and make them lavish promises. He
added, “the opposite of what is said and promised can be done afterwards (…) that is
of no consequence.”
The goyim were encouraged to overthrow the established government and reli-
gions in order to establish democracies. A democracy was defined [deceptively] as
being the government and religion of the people, by the people, for the people. Thus
the vast majority understands the principle of democracy even today. In actual fact
democracy means demoniacal or mob-rule. Those who direct the Luciferian conspi-
racy, AT THE TOP, use the mob to do the fighting and destroy the established order,
and only afterwards they subjugate the mob.
As far as the High Priests of the Luciferian Creed are concerned, it doesn’t matter
if Americans and British allow the overthrow of the governments of other countries as
long as it can be counted on that the regimes of those other countries will ultimately
destroy the governments of Britain and the USA by wars and revolutions. According to
the Luciferian principle, wars always lead to revolutions. That is why Communist lea-
ders [Lenin en Trotski] honoured the Luciferian slogan: “Revolution to end all wars”.
The Luciferian strategy is: wars to weaken governments; revolutions to complete their
destruction. After every revolution, revolutionary leaders tell their followers that it is
necessary to establish a proletarian dictatorship in order to restore law and order and
then, in due time, they tell, the Socialist Republic will come. That is another lie. The
so-called proletarian dictatorship is ALWAYS turned into an absolute dictatorship.
When Lenin was asked: “How long will it be before your absolute dictatorship gives
way to a Soviet [workers] government?”, he replied: “That is a question I cannot ans-
wer. Who knows how long it will be before the workers, the goyim, learn enough to be
able to govern themselves efficiently? Unfortunately the ‘mob’ don’t know what is best
for themselves.” Mob is Communist jargon; goyim Luciferian. There is really no dif-
ference. All lesser beings are considered human cattle.
(…) Satanism was encouraged in the lower degrees of the Grand Orient Lodges
established under the guidance of Weishaupt, as it was in the lower degrees of the New
and Reformed Palladian Rite as organized by Albert Pike nearly a hundred years later
when he took over the direction of the Luciferian conspiracy. Satanism was, and still
is, celebrated at the Black Mass. This has often been referred to as the Witches Sunday.
A Black Mass perpetuates Sataris [Satyr] initiation of Eve into the pleasures of sexual
intercourse and into the [revelation of the] secret of procreation. Adepts are instructed
that Satan thus conferred the greatest benefaction possible upon the human race. (…)
Satanism today is advanced by a multi-million dollar business of pornographic litera-
ture and obscene pictures; the sales of this mind-destroying filth is increasing steadily
year by year [this, William Carr wrote shortly after the Second World War].
(…) Satanism is being promoted at parties, private or otherwise, given to delegates
(and other important people) who are away from home while attending conventions in
large cities. In some private homes Bacchanalia is practiced as it was in the days of
pagan Rome. But the normal guests inveigled into attending the sexual fringes of Sata-
nism are not permitted to know that, AT THE TOP, directing all the many phases of
- 26 -

this abominable section of the conspiracy is the Synagogue of Satan. And even then,
they are not permitted to even suspect that the Synagogue of Satan is itself controlled
AT THE TOP by the High Priests of the Luciferian Creed. At first those who prose-
lytize for Satanism get their intended victims to witness sexual performances to satisfy
their curiosity. Then they get them to practice this Satanic aspect by convincing them
there is nothing wrong in [the god given] nature. So the victim sins because it feels
good. Progress along these lines at first deadens and then kills the conscience. When
properly hog-tied the victim is used to serve Satanism’s diabolical purposes.
(…) Members of the lower degrees of the Grand Orient and New Palladian Rite do
not practice Satanism. Even those members who are selected to be initiated as adepts
into Satanism are not told the FULL secret, which is that Satanism is controlled AT
THE TOP by the High Priests of the Luciferian Creed. Only those initiated into the
highest degree are shown “THE TRUE LIGHT of the PURE DOCTRINE of Lucifer”
and are then required to worship him as their one and only god.
Only a very few carefully selected candidates are allowed to know that it is the
Luciferian totalitarian ideology, which at one time is to be imposed on what is left of
the human race after execution of the final cataclysm. [Whether that is still the case,
that only a few know about the Satanic doctrine, now sixty years later, remains to be
seen. A person, who studied the Satanistic routine in the USA during many years,
estimated that in 2010 about 20% of the members of Congress are Satanist. I believe
this could be right …and it makes me shiver.]

From pages 26 and 46:

Dom Paul Benoit (1850-1915), recognized as an authority on this subject, and author
of “La Cité antichrétienne au XIXe siècle” and “La Franc Maconnerie”, says in the
latter: (Vol. 1, pp. 449-54)
«« The Reformed Palladian Rite has a fundamental practice and purpose, the ado-
ration of Lucifer. (…) It is full of all the impieties and all the infamies of black
magic. Having been established in the United States [by Pike], it has invaded
Europe and each year it is making terrifying progress. All its ceremonial is full
of blasphemies against God and our Lord Jesus Christ. »»

From pages 80-82:

Then, in 1826, an incident happened. (…) The incident we refer to concerns Cap-
tain William Morgan, who was accused of breaking his Masonic oath. The Illuminist
influence within Masonry’s top executive insisted that Morgan be given ‘the death’.
(…) A Mason named Richard Howard was selected as ‘executioner’. Morgan got
warning of his pending fate. He tried to escape to Canada, but got only as far as Nia-
gara Falls, where Howard murdered him. Masonic records prove that when these repul-
sive facts became known in their circles, a terrific reaction set in. Approximately 1,500
Lodges in the United States surrendered their charters. It is estimated that of the 50,000
Masons belonging to these Lodges, 45,000 seceded from the secret society. Freema-
sonry nearly died a natural death in America. But such is the power and influence of
the Synagogue of Satan that hardly a Mason with whom I discussed this phase of their
history, knows anything about it. I have copies of the minutes taken at the meetings of
Freemasonry, which discuss this mass withdrawal. These TRUTHS (…) prove conclu-
sively that out of a possible 50,000 Masons, at least 45,000 didn’t know or even sus-
pect what went on behind the scenes under the direction of Satanists who hide like
pinworms in the bowels of their and other secret societies. Those who served the Syna-
gogue of Satan decided a native-born must succeed Moses Holbrook, who at the time
these events happened to head Masonry. So General Albert Pike was approached. He
measured up to the requirements because his rise was phenomenal from an initiate in
1850 to Grand Commander of the Supreme Council for the Southern Jurisdiction of
- 27 -

Freemasonry in the USA, only 9 years later. His task was to rejuvenate Freemasonry in
the continent, so that the influence, wealth and power of its members could be used
again by the Illuminati to place their agentur in key positions in all fields of human
endeavour, including politics and religion.
Today, as in 1826, the vast majority of Freemasons don’t know about Albert Pike’s
secret life. They have been lied to and deceived by Satan’s agents into believing Pike
to be the greatest Mason that ever lived and one of Americas greatest patriots. But they
are wrong, as we have shown [elsewhere in the book] that Pike was literally a devil
incarnate. Because people had come to the realization that the Illuminati had corrupted
Freemasonry in America, Pike decided to reorganize the Palladian Rite, which was to
be placed above even the Grand Orient and the Illuminati [which in fact gave the Order
of the Illuminati an inferior role]. Palladism wasn’t exactly a new secret society, so
Pike called it “The New and Reformed Palladian Rite” (N.R.P.R.).
Domenico Margiotta, a 33rd degree Mason, who wrote Masonic history and the
biography of Lemmi, comments:
«« Adriano Lemmi, the worldwide leader of the Freemasons, (…) has this to say
regarding Pike and Mazzini: “It was agreed that the existence of this rite would be
kept strictly secret, and that no mention of it would ever be made in the assemblies
and inner shrines of other rites, even if by accident the meeting might happen to
be composed exclusively of brothers having the perfect initiation, for the secret of
the new institution was only to be divulged with the greatest caution to a chosen
few belonging to the ordinary high grades.” »»
This explains why even 32nd and 33rd degree members know so little about what goes
on AT THE VERY TOP. Margiotta also states that 33rd degree members of the Scot-
tish Rite are carefully selected for initiation into the Palladian Rite because of their
extensive ramifications: 33rd degree Masons are specially privileged to visit and take
part in the rituals of other Lodges throughout the world. Those who become members
of Palladism recruit others. That is why the Supreme Rite created its triangles by de-
grees [called Palladian Councils]. These are established on a firm basis. The lowest of
the initiates are brothers long tested in ordinary Masonry, and proved to have defected
from God and Christianity. Margiotta adds:
«« One will better understand these precautions knowing that Palladism is
essentially a Luciferian cult. Its religion is Manichean neo-gnosticism, teaching
that the divinity is dual, and that Lucifer is the equal of Adonay [the Biblical
God], Lucifer being the God of Light and Goodness struggling for humanity
against Adonay the God of Darkness and Evil. »»

.APPENDIX 3.

THE LEGEND OF HIRAM ABIFF

– TYPE OF THE ANTICHRIST –

The outstanding figure in Freemasonry is undoubtedly the widow’s son known to mem-
bers of the fraternity under the somewhat obscure name of Hiram Abiff. He dominates
the ritual where the apprentice is to become a third degree Master, and that in spite of
the fact that neither the apprentice nor the fellow-craftsmen know anything about him
that warrants the protocol. Surprisingly even most Freemasons of the higher echelons
barely understand the exact meaning of the ritual. Only those men who in course of time
have shown the right disposition are allowed to get a glimpse, and perhaps more, of the
real import of the different acts. We are about to explain, to make you privy to one of the
greatest secrets of Freemasonry. You should realize that Freemasonry is no secret orga-
nization in the strictes sense: many individuals are known to belong to it and their
temples are known. The secrecy is hidden in their true objectives that are known only to
the select few within the organization itself – less than one percent belongs to that inner
circle.

Hiram is a known Biblical figure. According to 1 Kings 5:6, King Solomon sends
messengers to Hiram, the King of Tyre, to acquaint that sovereign with his desire to
erect in Jerusalem the Temple that will serve as the only temple for the whole of Israel.
It therefore had to become grandiose. He invites Hiram to furnish men and materials
for the execution of the work. In 1 Kings 7:13-45 it is said that Hiram, the son of a
widow from the tribe of Naphtali, came to Jerusalem to carry out the work. His father
was a bronze worker filled with the required wisdom and understanding and skill. He
manufactured all kinds of bronze objects for the Temple among which two stalwart pil-
lars called Jachin and Boaz, of which replicas are to be found in all Masonic temples,
but that is not our topic. So much for the Biblical story.

Out of this slender basis the Jewish oral tradition created a strange legend that was
inserted into the Masonic ritual (at the time, the Jews were not involved with the Free-
masonic movement). This legend states that Solomon’s first demand was for a highly
talented craftsman: “Send me now a man cunning to work in gold, and in silver, brass,
and iron, and in the application of deep purple, and crimson, and royal blue, and who
has the skill to work with the cunning men who are with me in Judeah and Jerusalem.”
The Order maintains that Hiram Abiff was the chief architect of the project, super-
vising the construction. Interestingly, they are used to call God “the Great Architect”,
but an architect in contrast to God creates nothing, but applies in a creative manner the
already available material. A.·.G.·.D.·.G.·.A.·.D.·.U.·. is often used in Freemasonic
circles, which stands for: “A la Gloire Du Grand Architecte De l’Univers”, or “To the
Glory of the Grand Architect of the Universe”. The Order associates Hiram Abiff with
two other figures: King Hiram of Tyre, and King Solomon of Israel, an antitype to God
the Son, God the Father and God the Holy Ghost. It is said that these three are the most
exalted persons in the Masonic world and that the ultimate secrets had either been
revealed to them by a grand master, or had been discovered by themselves, and could
- 29 -

not be told to anyone else without their common approval. There were master masons
in abundance at the site, but apparently none of them was judged worthy to know the
secrets and mysteries of the highest and sublime degree. Thus, when three inquisitive
fellow-craftsmen sought to obtain the hidden knowledge, they were compelled to
approach one or another of the three grand masters. They selected Hiram Abiff but
when he refused to reveal the knowledge, the three ruffians murdered him brutishly, as
is described in the Masonic tradition.

In a remarkable interpretation of this legend, King Solomon typifies God’s reign on earth
via the kingship by the grace of God. He knows the secret but wants more, the absolute
power. In the Masonic philosophy Solomon is a despicable miscreant, just like the king
of France, Louis XVI, who was scandalously murdered during the French Revolution.
Clearly, Lucifer wants to give his reign to a better candidate than Solomon or for that
matter, any anointed king (the anointing points at the H. Ghost). Without Solomon’s
jealous plotting, the legend goes, the murder would never have happened. The battle
cry resounds: “REVENGE, REVENGE, REVENGE!”

The Biblical Hiram, who assisted King Solomon with the construction of the Temple,
was the first prince of the glorious Tyre. In the Masonic ritual the word ‘hiram’ serves
as a code for the fallen angel Lucifer or his aide-de-camp, the Antichrist, being des-
cribed in these terms in the passage of Ezechiel 28:1-19:
«« The word of Yahweh came again unto the prophet Ezekiel. Son of man, say
unto the Prince of Tyre [Hiram Abiff c.q. the Antichrist]: Thus saith the Lord
Yahweh! Because your heart is lifted up, and you have said: “I am a god! I sit
in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas.” Yet you are a human, and not
God, though you did set your heart as the heart of God and thought to be wiser
than Daniel, that no secret is hidden from you. By your wisdom and by your
understanding you have become very rich with gold and silver in your treasures.
By your cunning and by your traffic you have increased your riches. Your heart is
lifted up because of your riches! Therefore saith the Lord Yahweh: Because you
have set your heart as the heart of God, therefore, behold, I will bring strangers
upon you, the terrible of the nations, and they shall draw their swords against the
beauty of your wisdom, and they shall defile your brightness. They shall bring you
down to the pit, and you shall die the death of them that are slain, in the heart of
the seas. Are you willing to say before him that slayeth you: “I am God?” But no,
you are human and not God. Will you shout that while in the hands of him who
kills you? You shall die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers,
for I have spoken it, saith the Lord Yahweh!
The word of Yahweh came again unto me. Son of man, take up a lamentation
over the king of Tyre [King Hiram c.q. Lucifer], and say unto him: Thus saith
the Lord Yahweh! You seal up the sum as you are full of wisdom and perfect in
beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was your
covering, the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the
jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle. You had ornaments of gold.
They were made for you on the day you were created. You were the anointed
cherub that covereth. I have set you, so that you were upon the holy mountain
of God. You walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. You were
perfect in all your ways as from the day that you were created till unrighteousness
was found in you. By the abundance of your traffic they filled the midst of you
with violence, and you have sinned. Therefore have I cast you as profane out of
the mountain of God, and I have destroyed you, O covering cherub, from the
midst of the stones of fire. Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty. You
have corrupted your wisdom by reason of your brightness. So, I have cast you to
the ground and I have laid you before kings, that they may behold you. By the
- 30 -

multitude of your iniquities, in the unrighteousness of your traffic, you have

profaned your sanctuaries. Therefore have I brought forth a fire from the midst
of you and it has devoured you. I have turned you to ashes upon the earth in the
sight of all of them that behold you. All they that know you among the peoples
shall be aghast, for you have become a terror, and you shall have disappeared
for evermore! »»

Hiram, King of Tyre, is a typos of the king of kings. Who other than Lucifer (instead
of Christ)? Hiram Abiff, the son of the King of Tyre, having been murdered by the
ruffians, is the typos of the beloved son in service of Lucifer. This aide-de-camp
retained such a high standing that he was allowed to call himself the Great Architect.
In the ritual he exemplifies the Antichrist. That will be a political figure that is sup-
ported by a spiritual leader, the anti-pope, called the False Prophet in the Book of Re-
velations. The head of the worldwide Masonic movement, calls himself pompously the
Sovereign Pontiff of the Order of Hiram. Can anyone sink even deeper?

The antichristian reign by King Hiram and Hiram Abiff and their allies is founded on
the triple alliance of heresy, schism and occultism (satanism), which is symbolized by
the Freemason’s Temple of Jerusalem. These three terms also apply to an earlier con-
struction, known as the Tower of Babel. The Masonic Temple, which through the ages
is nearing completion, stands for the zeal, organization and involvement of many for
the coming about of the evil empire. The work on the Temple may be seen as a kind of
reconstruction of the Tower of Babel. This is an anti-model that still reaches with its
pinnacle into the heavens, where it mocks everything that belongs to God. Whoever
dedicates himself to the ideal of that evil empire joins the rebellion against God. Yet,
curiously, it is a rebellion into which many adherents may be driven with the best of
intentions. In name of God people can do horrifying things. Few are willing to admit
who they really are…

In the ceremonial of the elevation to the third degree, mentioned at the beginning of
this article, Hiram Abiff, who was slain by the ruffians, rises from the dead. Before the
coffin is opened, from which the resurrection takes place, the very respectable master
of ceremony shouts: Mac Benac!, which means “the flesh leaves the bones”, according
to the hallowed principle that via decay comes reconstruction; or, stated differently:
that a revolution, like the French Revolution, is the necessary precursor to renewal. As
- 31 -

an acronym M.·.A.·.C.·.B.·.E.·.N.·.A.·.C.·. stands for: “Movebor Adversus Christum

Bellum Eternum Nam Antichristus Consurrexit”, or “I will promote an eternal war
against Christ, because here the Antichrist has risen.” So, when during the initiation the
postulant, who stretches out in the coffin, typifies master Hiram, this not alone imprints
in his mind that death is preferable to betrayal of the Masonic ‘ideal’, but it impresses
also upon the fraternity that someone who works for the reign of Satan may hope to be
received as a worthy brother into the Grand Lodge above, where the world’s Great
Architect exalts himself above God the Creator and also above the earthly kingship by
the grace of God. For that reason H.·.I.·.R.·.A.·.M.·. signifies “Hic Iacet Rex Adven-
turus Mundi”, or “In this coffin sleeps the future king of this world”.

The plot is only another version of the legend of Osiris and Isis. The search for Hiram’s
body; the enquiries made of a wayfaring man, and the intelligence received; the sitting
down of one of the party to rest and refresh himself, and the hint conveyed by the sprig
over the grave; the decaying putrefying body of Hiram, remaining fourteen days in the
grave that had been dug by the assassins, before being discovered. All these elements
have allusion to the allegory of Osiris, who was cut into fourteen pieces. The way even
in which the grave of Hiram is found, covered with green moss and turf, corresponds
with that in which Isis found the coffin of Osiris.

Much of the elaborate ceremonial has a close affinity to the ancient sun-worship. In the
legend of Osiris the authors found something that fitted in exactly with the scheme.
Hiram was made to represent Osiris, or the sun, the glorious luminary of the day. The
three fellow-craftsmen, as the ceremonial of the initiation takes form, are stationed at
the East, South and West entrances, and these are regions from which the sun shines.
Twelve persons play an important part in this tragedy, a number that alludes to the
twelve signs of the zodiac. It has been suggested that the three assassins symbolize the
three inferior signs of winter: Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius. The sun descends in the
West, and it is at the West gate that Hiram is slain. The acacia, which typifies the new
vegetation that will come as a result of the sun’s resurrection, is a symbolism found in
many ancient solar allegories, and it is has therefore been easily introduced into the
Masonic ritual. According to one statement, the slain body was found on the seventh
day, and this again may allude to the resurrection of the sun, which actually takes place
in the seventh month after its passage through the inferior signs, that passage which
used to be called its descent into Hell.

How Freemasonry operates

Open letter by anonymous Freemason
Amsterdam, 11th February 2006

I am a Freemason of high rank. Except for the cosmetic fringe activities of

Freemasonry, we are prohibited from talking, discussing, deciding and doing
about anything we discuss. Therefore, I am forced to share the following
anonymously with you.
Officially, Freemasonry focuses on personal self-development and
charitable actions. Most people, however, decide to become a Freemason
because they want to make a career through the powerful Masonic network.
However, the organization and its directors have their own (hidden)
agenda. They want to have as much power as possible. Therefore, not
everyone is accepted to become a Freemason. The Masonic world is only
interested in talented people who can accomplish great achievements in
their field. The more people with a high social status are member, the more
power comes into the hands of Freemasonry.
Today, Freemasonry is well represented worldwide in the media, the civil
service, politics, the judiciary, major corporations, financial institutions,
religious and spiritual movements, the police, the military and the secret
services. The media in particular, are vital to us. That is not to say that most
members within those organizations are Freemason. But the key positions
are in our hands, and that is how we control them. As much power as
possible within the hands of as few as possible, that is our motto. Afore-
mentioned organizations and institutions only need to ratify what we decide,
because no decision that touches our main interests can be realized or
carried out without our involvement.
Many people in those organizations barely know that they are just pawns
to serve our wishes. If you see a Freemason who doesn’t endorse what is
said here, he may honestly think that. The majority doesn’t know any better.
Only the highest echelons comprehend what is really going on within the
organization. Here in the Netherlands too, the Masonic order wields much
hidden power.
When important decisions need to be taken, we proceed as follows: First
of all, we agree on a course of action. A problem/situation is then created
for which we have the ready made solution – read: what has already been
decided upon by us. The media and/or ‘impartial’ organization(s) draw the
public’s attention to the ‘big problem’ and ask the authorities involved to
come up with solutions. Then the decision, already taken by us, will be
officially implemented by those ‘impartial’ authorities.
Without exaggeration, and with a mixed sense of pride and shame, I can
tell that Freemasonry is the true ruler of the world. (Dutch Freemasonry
has a prominent role in our global setup.) But we do not yet have total world
control. That’s our goal: control. A major obstacle for that is that there are
important power blocs in the world.
This means that the organizations of those countries must be infiltrated.
That is why Freemasonry wants these countries to join the already existing
world organizations. Without the citizens realizing it, they unite into
federations where crucial powers are transferred to a body of such a
federation, preferably not directly elected by the citizens. In the EU this is
the European Commission. You will not be surprised that many committee
members, such as José Barosso, who has been awarded this position by us
for services rendered, listen very carefully to us.
- 33 -

In the long run, the federations should merge into one union that we
run behind the scenes. Control the drivers. An effective method is to pit
people and groups against each other at different levels under the principle
of divide and rule. This is how Freemasonry exerts the most influence
behind the scenes. If there are no contradictions or rival factions, we
create contradictions and enemies. Thus we make left-wing organizations
believe that the poverty in the world has been created by the monopolistic
multinationals. If manipulation by the media proves insufficient, let’s commit
crimes to blame this on a group. We are especially wary of strong groups or
parties. If these threaten to become too strong, we use smear campaigns.
The third world countries, often rich in raw materials, are deliberately
kept poor in our strategy through the IMF and the government leaders we
have put in place. If a country or area threatens to become too strong, we
will cause conflicts and riots. Particularly in the world’s poorest areas,
governments have come and gone without much change; and as long as
Freemasonry does not give its stamp of approval, nothing will change.
Not infrequently we join forces with our opponents to push them in a
direction that is favorable to us. In addition, we set up sub-departments
within the secret services that we allow to carry out illegal acts and murders
that are of use to us. We try to corrupt the organizations of key opponents
from within. We often work with CEOs without them knowing our real
intentions, to dismiss them when they have outlived their usefulness.
The Internet is a major obstacle to us. With the rise of the worldwide
web, the traditional media, and with it the established order lost control.
The Internet supports democracy while that’s not what we really want.
Many major computer hacks have been facilitated by us. We created a
feeling through the media that the Internet is unsafe and dangerous and is
mainly used by criminals, sex offenders and terrorists, and that it is used to
spread fake news. We still want to achieve complete control of the Internet;
legislation at the local and international level is an appropriate means to
this end.
When we wanted to steal power from those in power, we pulled them away
from their power blocs by tempting them into individualistic and headstrong
behavior. Now that the power is ours, this kind of behavior actually presents
a danger. Partly for this reason, the individual citizens are deprived of their
rights, we sow anxiety among the population for perceived dangers, not real,
and through a variety of measures we bring them slowly to a state of great
poverty. Only in this way can we easily manipulate the masses and bring
them into total submission.

------

Note: It does not matter whether this piece was written by a Freemason,
as the analysis is beyond dispute. Unfortunately, it lacks the spiritual
element without which the remarkable continuity of Freemasonry
is incomprehensible. The top perpetrates Satanism and receives its
instructions through Lucifer, uniting the diversity within the Masonic
organizations with a plan that unfolds through the ages. We must not
forget that the execution of the Luciferian instructions is aided by his well-
disciplined invisible hordes, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood,
but against the principalities and powers, against the world rulers of this
veiled darkness, yea against the evil spirits in the air. (Eph. 6:12)

The Gnostic Heresy and the Original Gnosis

As the Basis of Freemasonry

The article on the origins of Freemasonry goes back to the Satanic Congress of 1546,
the earliest point at which Freemasonry can be traced in recognizable form. That fateful
meeting can be regarded as the birth certificate of Socinianism, named after Fausto
Socinus. This man is honored within Masonic circles as the founder of their movement.
Its spiritual origin, however, goes much further back and must be sought in paganism.
Then we arrive at the ‘Gnostic Heresy’. Heresy indicates that it is a false ideology that
has infiltrated Christianity. Over the course of its long history, the Roman Catholic
Church has purged them time and again. But like the many-headed monster Hydra, it
kept coming back, each time with different head and name. The Gnostic heresy can be
seen as the true origin of Freemasonry, to be summarized as the anti-church of God’s
Church on earth, which, as everyone knows, started with Christ’s coming on earth.
Between the two is a relentless struggle that will only reach its climax at the gates of the
Reign of Peace, as a prelude to the separation of spirits. That climax is the anti-climax,
the apotheosis, in the crushing of those who pretend to be to God superior.

13 – Competition of the Altars

In fact we are speaking of a competition of the altars, about a competition between
God’s Church and his antichurch, between God and Satan. A competition of the altars
refers to the story in I Kings 18-19, where the great prophet Elijah resists the 450
priests of Baal and calls out in despair (19:14): “Lord, they have torn down your altars
and killed your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and they seek to take my life.”
The competition consisted of their making a burnt offering on Mount Carmel, without
themselves lighting the fire. But however hard the idol worshippers tried, their altar
failed to catch fire. Then Elijah had large quantities of water poured over his altar and
then he prayed (18:36-37): “Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, let it be known
today that You are God in Israel, that this people may know that You are the Lord
God, and that by this event You may turn their hearts back to You again.” At that,
God’s fire fell down from the heavens and devoured the sacrifice, the wood, the stones
and the dust; it even licked up the water in the trough. Then Elijah ordered: “Let none
of the prophets of Baal escape.” And so it came about, but having finished, fear struck
- 35 -

and Elijah escaped, full of trepidation for the vengeance of the devilish Queen Jezebel.
The prophet, himself no more than a human being, needed an experience of God to
come to his senses, which he received at the historical place of revelation at Mount
Horeb which, as we now know, turns out to be the Mount of Almonds in Arabia. And
indeed, there is a fine cave where Elijah could have spent the night.

The Biblical stories are like mirrors that reflect images of future events. And thus the
final verses of the Old Testament are as follows: “Behold, I will send you Elijah the
prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn
the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers,
lest I come and strike the earth with a curse.” 11) Jesus says of John the Baptist, who
preached in the power and circumstances of Elijah: “This is the Elijah who was to
come.” Both wore a cloak of hair. John came, as it were, out of nowhere, as it will also
be at the literal return of Elijah. The Jews expect Elijah to return with Enoch, the two
Biblical figures that never died but were taken up into heaven. And the Christians
expect that the two witnesses in the Book of Revelation will return in a final competi-
tion of altars to teach the Antichrist a lesson. Once their task has been fulfilled, these
witnesses will die a natural death too.

Many sects who do not accept the existence of the true God, honour instead the
Beast in their temples. These poor souls, whose love of themselves, which
springs from a fierce ambition, have set up temples, which brazenly honour
Satan. (…) Many of them curse my Father by using the terms which are unique
to Him. My Father said: “I Am the Beginning.” ‘I am’ is used to denote their love
of self and they will emulate every holy act, deed and repeat words, which were
given to the world by God, in order to defile Him.
End Time Prophetess Mary Divine Mercy
Message of June 21st 2013

As it was in the days of Moses and in the time of Elijah, we too are currently expe-
riencing a period of apostasy. Are we, as in the past, going to participate in a competi-
tion? Whatever: after a period of apostasy there always comes a revival. As far as the
next spiritual revival is concerned, my thoughts turn to what a priest once said during a
retreat: “In the Middle Ages the whole of Europe appeared christianised. And it was.
But now the same peoples seem to be totally dechristianised. We are here together, but
those outside regard you as the last of the Mohicans. It is as it is. The misery that de-
volves from this, is felt in your body, is noticed in your families. We have been played
out. But God hasn’t. You are not the last! You are the first-born of a new generation!”

The last competition is still a long way off, because previously the world will expe-
rience the so-called Time of the Nations, according to the prophecy of the penultimate
book of the Bible. (Zach. 14:16-21) 12) That vision is still waiting for its fulfillment, for
in that blessed time of the Time of Nations, or the Reign of Peace, the Jewish people
and the Christian people will both and together celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and
then they will profess the same belief. The Feast of Tabernacles (Tents) is the image of
the spiritual Exodus. Thus says the prophecy: “And if the family of (the spiritual) Egypt
will not come up (to adore the Lord), they’ll receive the same plague.” (Ez. 14:17) 13 )
Moses also waged a competition, whereby he had to present himself as Elohim (God)
against the Pharaoh, who imagined himself to be a god. (Ex. 7:1) Quite an insult to his
authority, isn’t it? In that contest he had to defend the name of ‘Israel’, a name that not

11) Curse is the opposite of reconciliation / salvation (see Lev. 27:29).

12) In Zechariah 14:16 the Hebrew word ‘goy’ is translated as nations, peoples or heathens.
- 36 -

so incidentally means ‘greater than Isis and Ra’ or ‘fighter with God’,14) an even grea-
ter insult. The sorcerers at the Egyptian court were capable of doing the same, but un-
like Moses they could not undo their plagues. In that he showed God’s finger. 13) 14)

14 – The Apostasy follows its own Tradition

Moses confronted the system in what at present is called the original Egyptian gnosis.
The term indicates that it is the mother of all heresies, of magicianship and of the
falling away from belief. The adoration of the Golden Calf or Apis Bull gives the im-
pression that the Egyptian beliefs were extremely primitive, and that was undoubtedly
true, so as far as the common folk were concerned; but things were different for the
elite. The exalted magical knowledge was reserved to the priestly caste and Pharaoh
was their king-priest. That’s how it was then and that’s how it always has been. The
secrecy and veiled language of Freemasonry is a continuation of it. That’s quite diffe-
rent from the Christian Church which states that where the knowledge of the faith is
revealed to children, it is hidden from the wise of this world. (Lk. 10:21)

Although ‘gnosis’ means no more than ‘knowledge’ in Greek, it is not a neutral term,
but indicates a group of philosophical systems that are diametrically opposed to Roman
Catholic doctrine. Gnosticism is also known as the Valentinian Heresy, coming from a
certain Valentinus who learned his trade from Simon Magus (Simon the Magician), the
man known from the Book of Acts. This still plays a prominent role in our current so-
ciety. This heresy has invaded the churches like a fifth column, attempting, and not
without success, to weaken the sacred edifice from within.

The Valentinian Heresy could not begin its triumphal march until after the Bar Kokhba
Revolt (132-136 AD), which proved so catastrophic for Judaism. Since it was not only

13) The punishment announced in the prophecy of Zechariah is a lack of rain. Despite the
fact that Egypt is not dependent on rainfall since its water comes from the Nile, it will be hit
by the same plague as is normally the result of a lack of rain: failed harvests. In other words,
those who believe that they can rely on their own strength will be deceived.
14) Jacob was first given the name Israel after he had fought with an angel for the angel “did
not prevail against him”. (Gen. 32:24-32) In the interpretation “greater than Isis and Ra” it is
not God’s angel but the angel of the abyss with whom he fought, the one supreme angel
belonging to Esau, who always incited him to do evil. A translation of angel of the abyss is
permitted because the Hebrew ‘Elohim’, translated in the text as ‘God’ (verses 28 and 30),
can also refer to a powerful lord or a fallen angel, as in I Kings 11:5 and 33 where it stands for
the goddess Astarte. In the Egyptian pantheon Ra was the creator of the universe, the sun-
god who created himself. Ra shared his essence with the goddess Isis, the Egyptian version of
Astarte. ‘Greater than Isis and Ra’ therefore means that Yahweh, in whose service Jacob
stood, is greater than all that is created and certainly greater than some angel of the abyss.
The usual and also correct explanation of ‘Israel’ is ‘fighter against God’ or ‘ he will reign
as God’ and possibly – though less correct – ‘he who sees God’. Within the latter explanation
St Augustine saw in the angel with whom Jacob struggled a figure who, like the Christ, has
voluntarily allowed himself to be overpowered (sermon 229.F.2).
According to the venerable Anna Katharina Emmerick the struggle between Jacob and
the angel concerned the sacrament of procreation which had to result in the the immaculate
conception of Mary. She said that this was hidden in a lump against his hip. (See: “A New
Light on the Origins of Man from the writings of Don Guido Bortoluzzi”) This does not say
whether it was an angel of God or the angel of the abyss. Genesis 32:26 states: “When the
man perceived that he could not overcome him, he struck the socket of his hip, and so
Jacob’s hip-socket was dislocated as he wrestled with him.” The “ArtScroll Tanach Series”
(Mesorah Publ. # 1986) comments: “The Hebrew for hip-socket is literally ‘spoon of the
thigh’, referring to the muscle-structure over the thigh bone that is convex like the ladle
(spoon) of a pot. (Rashi)”, and also: “The Midrash understands the angel’s act as an attempt
to harm Jacob’s descendants (literally: the issue of his loins).”
- 37 -

a Christian heresy but also a Jewish one, it is important to realize that the Jews could
no longer hold back its spread afterwards, and as far as the Christians are concerned,
they were not yet influential enough to be a significant counterweight. Valentinus and
his followers boast of being Christians. He claimed to have been taught by one Theo-
das (godsent), who was said to be a disciple of Paul.15) Since Simon Magus had fallen
into disrepute, it is not so strange to identify this Theodas – about whom nothing is
known – with Simon,16) of whom the Apostle Peter says: “I see you bitter as gall, and
entangled in iniquity.” (Acts 8:23) This judgment also affects the heresy itself. Simon
Magus himself left no writings unlike his pupil.17)

The blessed time of the Feast of Tabernacles, yet to come

The blessed time when the Jews and the Christians are to celebrate jointly
the Feast of tabernacles should be seen in the light of Paul’s letter to the
Romans (11:25) where he says: “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should
be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that
blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has
come in. And so all Israel will be saved”, This matches Moses’ final speech at
the gates of the Promised Land in which he announces the blessing and the
curse: the blessing if they keep to the covenant and the curse if they do not. And
the fact that they will protest and deviate from God’s ways is something he
knows only too well, saying so especially in Deuteronomy 34:14 sqq. Despite
that, the rejection will not be definitive, for Moses says in Deuteronomy 30:1-6
that finally, yes finally, even if Israel has been driven to the ends of the earth,
God will gather them together and will grant them benefits above all their
fathers and will circumcise their hearts, so that they will love God with all their
heart and all their soul. There is thus still a future, a glorious future, in which
Israel will have returned to the sheepfold when there will be one great universal
church. This period is known as the Time of the Nations, as proclaimed by the
prophet Zechariah, a period known elsewhere as the thousand-year empire or
the Reign of Peace. This will also be the time in which the Protestants and
Roman Catholics have returned from their deviant ways and the Muslims con-
verted to the Three-in-One God (and will not be Muslim anymore).
Of the three major Jewish feasts only two have been adopted by the Chris-
tian church: Easter and Pentecost, but the greatest – the Feast of Tabernacles –
was not. According to the prophecy quoted, this will only happen in the Time of
Nations. The tabernacle journey in the Time of Nations will proceed through the
same allegorical desert as in the past. This is portrayed in images, signifying the
inner pilgrimage of the soul. During this second journey the desert will bloom as
only a desert can, an image borrowed from Is. 35:1 sqq: “The wilderness and the
wasteland shall be glad for them and the desert shall rejoice and blossom as a
rose”. That vision is like the one described in Ezekiel 37, where the dead dry
bones are brought to new life. This is rich imagery. In the Time of Nations the
trek towards the Promised Land concerns everyone, since the Promised Land
stands for the restoration of the paradisiacal state, according to the promises
made to Abraham, in whom all the world’s nations would be blessed.

Remarkably, much is known about the Valentinian Heresy thanks to the writings of
the Church Fathers, who opposed it verbally and in writing. It remains to be seen
whether what has been recorded by his students and the schools is really his, especially
since the notes often contradict each other. One should also distinguish between the
secret teachings, that unquestionable are some form of Satanism,18) and the teachings
that have been proclaimed outwardly. Valentinus spread a most pernicious and intel-

15) The significance of the reference to Theodas, who would have known the Apostle Paul, is

line with Paul’s teachings.
- 38 -

lectually appealing teaching, in which, in a mishmash of Christianity and paganism,

man is set on the path to Hell. One must be well-shod so as not to be enchanted by its
sirenic sounds. More than ever, this teaching – under different banners – is at the
center of attention. It is the pet of the multi-branched New Age movement, which now
has billions of adherents, whose fundamental premise is the ‘emanations’, something
we will come back to later. 16) 17) 18)

To better understand this heresy, let’s turn our attention first to Simon Magus, whose
iniquity has flowed like stinking sewage through the ages. He was the first to mix
Gnostic ideas with Christianity and may therefore be called the father of Theological
Modernism, called by Pope Pius X “the collection of all heresies”. Simon’s adherents
have drenched the Christian Church, the Immaculate Bride of the Lamb, with gall and
bitterness. We became aware of this in an endless series of quarrels and church divi-
sions, some of which have become pure paganism. The figure of Simon Magus, also
called the Magician of Samaria, is extensively discussed by Church Father St Irenaeus
(130-202) in his “Heresies”, which in turn is partly taken from the account of Justin
Martyr (100-165), himself a Samaritan, whose testimony is therefore reliable.19) The
Church Father Clement of Alexandrinus (ca 150-ca 215) also wrote about the Valenti-
nian Heresy, as well as Hyppolitus of Rome (170-235). These testimonies paint a fairly
accurate picture of what prevailed at the time. Valentinus came from Egypt, had
studied in Alexandria, and is believed to have arrived at his system through certain
encounters in Rome and Cyprus. Although the patristic tradition sees Simon Magus as
the father of all Christian heresy, it is logical that his ideas stem from older sources,
especially the Syro-Phoenician idolatry 20) and later Platonic philosophy, which in turn
were based on even older traditions. Finally, those traditions go back to ancient Egyp-
tian Gnosis. The latter may be assumed to be plausible, because at the Exodus from
Egypt, the Israelites will not only have brought with them provisions and jewelry, but
also the forbidden knowledge that was borrowed from the Egyptians.

16) The supposition that Valentinus was a student of Simon Magus, implies that Valentinus
was not born at approximately 100 AD, as is now believed, but around 40 AD, assuming that
the narration of Acts 8 occurred shortly after the Crucifixion in 26 AD. Simon Magus will
have been an almost exact contemporary of Jesus. Valentinus’s followers report that his
teacher Theodas had known the Apostle Paul (Clemens, Strom. vii. 17, 106), which supports
my position. Because it is believed that the ‘faithful Christian’, as Valentinus pretended to be,
could not spread his own teachings openly prior to the Bar Kokhba revolt (132-136), it is
assumed that he was still alive afterwards, and the claim, that his teacher knew Paul, has not
been taken seriously. But that the Gnostics have the habit to infiltrate and create followers
surreptitiously, has not been taken into account by historians. If Valentinus was born around
AD 40, he must have died already at the time of the Bar Kokhba Revolt, but by then he will
have gathered a sufficient crowd behind him, who could continue his work. Incidentally, it is
striking that Justin Martyr (100-165), who is said to be a contemporary of Valentinus, makes
no mention of ever meeting him or that unfortunately he was never able to meet him, so that
my thesis that Valentinus was born in about 40 AD is not contradicted. It is also striking that
only fragments by Valentinus himself have been preserved while his students have left much
more, which would not have been the case if he had still lived after the year 136, so after the
Bar Kokhba war.
For Christ’s year of birth on 8 BC and his year of death on 26 AD, see “Proofs of the Life and
Death of Jesus - SCRIBD”, chapter: “When was Christ born?” (pp. 231-246).

of Early Christian Biography” by Hendrickson Publishers from 1999, a reprint of the original
edition from 1911. There exists an excellent discussion about the antecedents of Valentinus
on the website of “Early Christian Writings”.
18) How the highest initiates in gnosticism were involved with Satanism, which is the so-
called ‘secret doctrine’, is revealed in the Internet book: “The Ascent of Man and Science” by
Hubert Luns” (as from ch. 6).
19) A broad overview of the old sources about Simon Magus with many quotes are to be
found in the “Hastings Dictionary of the Bible” from 1909.
- 39 -

To reinforce that opinion, we take a look at what the Gnostics have to say about it. An
important figure in this regard is Helena Blavatsky (1831-91). She is seen as the initia-
tor of the New Age movement, for which the first step was taken with her magnus
opus from 1888: “The Secret Doctrine”, an unreadable thick book that she has put
down in trance in Ostend in Belgium, and that has been refined subsequently by
Eastern thinkers and Western Occultists. She saw it as her life task to achieve a revival
of the ancient Egyptian gnosis, the alma mater of the occult sciences, via the bridge of
Hinduism. The Occultists, if we believe what they say, have made this tour de force in
the second half of the twentieth century. 20)

15 – The restauration of the Valentinian Heresy

Because Simon the Magician was the first Christian Gnostic, he was taken as the star-
ting point for the restoration of Gnosticism as had been decreed by Freemasonry prior
to 1889, year of the centennial celebration of the beginning of the French Revolution.
Since little is known of the concoctions of Simon the Magician, the recovery attempt
was largely thrown back to the Valentinian Doctrine, about which there was informa-
tion available. This restoration work was initiated within the Freemasonic movement
by Jules Doinel, councilor of the Grand Orient de France (GODF), with the active
support of the so-called Papus: Gérard Encausse. This was guided by demonic inspi-
ration to which Doinel, who converted to God in 1895, had deliberately surrendered.
How that happened can be read in his “Lucifer Unmasked” that he wrote down from a
spirit of reparation for his past misdeeds. In 1890, before his conversion, Doinel foun-
ded the “Gnostic Apostolic and Catholic Church” that still exists. Their website says
that it is the first Gnostic church of our modern age (Catholic is Greek for ‘general’).
Three years later, Encausse was ‘consecrated’ by Doinel as head of the new church. In
1991 Encausse had founded the order of the Martinists (a paramasonic organization),
which can be considered the esoteric workshop of Freemasonry, very similar in that
respect to the movement of the Rosicrucians.

Jules Doinel wrote under the pseudonym of Jean Kostka. His book is said to have
originated under the influence of Marie Jogand-Pagès (nom de plume Léo Taxil), but
that is nonsense. Jogand-Pagès, a convert from Freemasonry (a fake convert), played a
dubious role in the so-called Taxil Affair, which caused turmoil throughout Europe.
Diana Vaughan, a convert from Freemasonry, was center stage. She came from an
illustrious Freemasonic family. She had converted in 1895 after having had a vision of
Joan of Arc. She was descended from Thomas Vaughan and knew his diary. She was
destined by her immediate family to act as an occult medium. The undersigned has
studied the matter thoroughly and has come to the conclusion that Diana really existed
and must have been murdered by Taxil in 1897. She was in his care after she converted
to Christianity. After that evil act he led the world to believe that she never existed and
that the whole matter was invented by him to show how gullible man is. Taxil, alias
Jogand-Pagès, a man without spine, later simply rejoined Freemasonry.

20) The deportations of the Israelites under the Assyrian captivity, around 700 BC, had
created a mixed people and mixed religion. In that capacity the Samaritan portion returned
to the land of Israel. The Biblical account of Simon Magus shows that the then-called
Samaritans had not yet managed to escape from that mixed religion at the time of Christ’s
coming. We should not think that the Samaritan Simon, after Philip had evangelized his
people, had a large following among them (cf. Acts 8), but we may suppose that Simon,
being the antipode of that ‘Jewish’ Jesus, could count on a certain sympathy among the
unconverted portion of the Samaritans. It is said that Simon traveled with about thirty
followers, indicating a small following. Jesus would have been abhorred by certain
Samaritans simply because He was a Jew, and Simon would have exploited that.
- 40 -

After Doinel’s remarkable conversion to Christianity and that of his companion, in the
autumn of 1894, this restauration was halted in its tracks, which did not prevent his
earlier ideas from being eagerly received within the philosophical workshops of
Freemasonry (les ateliers). The oath of the “Restored Gnosis” was as follows: “I pro-
fess the doctrine of the Emanation and salvation by means of the Gnosis (science).”
From this follows the utter incompatibility of Christianity with the Gnosis and its
counterpart Freemasonry. These emanations presume a stream of dualistic generations,
termed by the Gnosis ‘ayons’, where at each stratum there comes into being an active
and a passive part. But what exactly is a ‘Christian Gnosticism’? It is an usurpation
and distortion of the Christian canon of faith, masking the blasphemous work by means
of Christian formulas, rites and functions. It deliberately profanes the Holy Scriptures
and in particular the Gospels, just as it also profanes the Roman Catholic sacraments
and their liturgy.

What Diana Vaughan writes in her autobiography (The Confessions) agrees with the
writings of Dillon, Darras, Abbé Lefranc, Mgr Fava and those of Doinel, but she goes
into much more detail about the genesis of Freemasonry, starting from the Satanic
Congress in 1546 in Venice, called the Vicenza Colloquia. The revered founder of
Freemasonry is Fausto Socinus (†1604), the nephew of Laelius who then took part in
the Colloquia. After their exile from Poland in 1658, his followers first emigrated to
Amsterdam and later to London. Thomas Vaughan, Diana’s great-great-grandfather,
led the movement from Amsterdam.

16 – The word as creative force more important than the Bible

Central to all Gnostic systems is the statement that “God and the creation are one”.
Thereby creation progresses via successive unfoldings (emanations) of the one oppo-
site to the other (black-white, ying-yang, male-female). This same kind of thinking can
be found in Jewish mysticism, but in veiled language, and this explains why there is a
tendency within a particular pattern of Judaism to subordinate the ‘Bible’ as the Word
of God to the ‘creation’ as an expression of God’s Word, the latter referring to the ten
words of creation from the very first Bible chapter. Thus certain currents within Juda-
ism place Jewish mysticism a stage higher than the Bible. For instance, Baruch (Bene-
dict) de Spinoza, who was excommunicated in 1656 by the orthodox Jewish commu-
nity for going a step too far, did not see God as a separate being with attributes such as
a will or intellect. His god did not create nature, but is nature itself. Spinoza saw agree-
ment between mathematics and Jewish mysticism. He regarded the mathematical
method as extremely suitable for propagating knowledge of the Cabala in the Western
world. Cabala is the Jewish word for gnosis and originally a neutral term in the sense
of acceptance of what is ‘orally received’ (lekabbel).

We may define the Gnostic Heresey as an identification in form with Christianity to be

understood in this sense that every act in the drama of the life of Jesus, and every
quality assigned to Christ, is to be projected into the life of Krishna and suchlike
figures, and into the legends of all the sun gods from the remotest antiquity. This is so,
because each conspiracy that promotes moral evil and hopes to achieve any degree of
success is only able to do so because it operates within truth and exists simultaneously
parallel to truth. The Gnosis substitutes legends for facts, expresses legendary lore and
pagan myths in the language of Holy Scripture. It calls heathen deities by the Biblical
names of God and identifies heathen rites by Christian terms and gnostic doctrines in
phrases and terms of Christian theology. The whole system is not what it appears or
pretends to be. It is a pretence, a delusion, a fraud, a lie. And why? Because the battle
here on earth is the battle of the demonic powers to wipe out all that is Christian. Their
primary goal is the destruction of Christ’s Church on earth.
- 41 -

The fundamental premise is that every person can achieve deification on their own
strength. Christ would have earned his exalted position through intensive asceticism
and tenacity, which would also be within our reach, albeit exceptionally, if we follow
the same path as Christ did, a view also found in Hinduism, which is in fact a Gnostic
current, although not as a mixture with the Christian approach. Another premise is that
through emanations God applies a kind of self-generation through separation of one
thing from another that creates distinction: light and darkness (reason why the pro-
logue of the Gospel of John is beloved literature for Gnostics), yin and yang, man and
woman, thereby using ingenious schemes in progressively lower degrees, called
aeons.21) Helena is the feminine side of God, because the dichotomy must always be
there, also for the godhead himself. A certain logic cannot be denied to these schemes.
The venom is in equating God with creation. It is not his creation we are looking at, He
Himself «is» the creation, while according to the Bible the created universe is one of
his works of creation; if the universe disappears, God will simply continue to exist.
According to Gnosticism, our ideal is to become one with creation and to become
equal with God in that union. According to this heresy, redemption would consist of an
ever deeper insight into the essence of being. Their slogan is: “Nothing disappears
from what is, what was that will be, for the created and the creator are one.” Rein-
carnation is the logical consequence of that. That is untrue, as those two, the ‘reincar-
nation’ and the ‘resurrection in Christ’ are totally incompatible. Compassion disap-
pears according to this foolish notion, for every one reaps in this life what he has sown
in the previous: if a man suffers, he suffers because of his transgressions from a previ-
ous existence. It’s his own fault. It is the law of cause and effect. That does not deserve
compassion or sympathy for the suffering of the other. Where is the love, God’s love,
in that system? Also striking is the view that because we are part of the same reality,
all religions contain truth that leads to happiness or perfection. The great, the macro-
cosm, is equal to the small, the microcosm, because everything is God, even the little
fly. By diving into your own self through meditation techniques, that divine source is
discovered, it is said, which would be the source of health and peace. The ‘divine
spark’ within each person makes each person divine. It only needs to be discovered,
and to unfold through one’s own effort. Humans are good, that’s the essential message.
If someone does bad, it would be because of lack of self-knowledge. Know thyself
(γνῶθι σεαυτόν), said the ancient Greeks. It is self-idolatry, an unquenchable self-
obsession, it is the doctrine of ultimate egoism.

17 – Magical Practices within Judaism

The primordial gnosis, Blessed Anna Katharina Emmerick tells us, was brought from
Egypt by the Israelite priest class, and this the Freemason Albert Pike also tells.22) It is
reasonable to assume that this is correct and we should not be surprised that Rabbi
Yochanan taught in the third century that “Nobody is appointed to the Sanhedrin who
is not tall of stature, is a wise master, fully versed in visions, of honourable age and
has mastered magic…” (Bab. Sanh. 17a). The very fact that the so-called Star of David
or Jewish Star is stated to be equal to Israel, shows that the above is not just a hollow
phrase. It has traditionally been an alchemic symbol, an expression of the sum of all

21) See for that matter “Fountain-Source of Occultism” by Gottfried de Purucker (1874-
1942), which is a so-called modern presenation of the ancient universal wisdom as revealed
in “The Secret Doctrine” by Helena Blavatsky. The book was first published in 1974 after
having been circulated in manuscript form as from 1948. In the chapter “On the Gnostic
Aeons” is explained that the gnostic system of aeons was already formulated by Simon
Magus and others after him, like Valentinus, Basilides, etc. The writer also ventures into
the details of the aeon stages.

their abracadabra.23) That was a time when magic was taken for granted in Judaism.
Thus it happened that in about the year 1235 Rabbi Me’ir Ben Shim’on of Narbonne
issued his polemic, the “Milchemet Mitzvah” (War of the Commandments), in an
attempt to convince the Church that Judaism is a belief worthy of regard that contains
nothing which may be considered heretical in the eyes of the Holy See. But he unwit-
tingly provided a great deal of evidence of the contrary for he elucidated how medita-
tion and magic were intertwined with Judaism (of that time). His attempt and those
made by other Jewish leaders were well-intentioned gestures, but to no avail. In the
summer of 1239, Pope Gregory IX ordered the confiscation and burning of all magical
Jewish texts, from the venerated Talmud to the esoteric writings of the Kabbala. In all,
24 wagonloads of some 11,000 manuscripts (not yet a printing press) were consigned
to the flames in France, bringing millennia of Gnostic speculation to an inglorious end.

Some facts about the origin of the Star of David / Hexagram

Among Jewish mystics and wonderworkers, the hexagram was most commonly
used as a magical protection against demons and was in that function often put
on the outside of mezuzahs and amulets. In the Middle Ages, the hexagram
appears frequently on Christian churches, but rarely on synagogues or Jewish
ritual objects. It was the Menorah (a seven or nine branched candelabrum) that
served as the primary Jewish symbol from antiquity until the post-Renaissance
period. Another use of the hexagram in medieval times was as a Jewish hall-
mark or heraldic emblem, especially in Prague and among members of the
Jewish Foa family, who stayed in Italy and Holland. In 1354, Emperor Charles
IV granted the Jews of Prague the privilege of displaying their own flag on state
occasions. Their flag displayed a large six-pointed star in its center. A similar
flag remains to this day in the Altneuschul, the oldest synagogue in Prague.
From Prague, the emblem spread to the Jewish communities in Moravia and
Bohemia, and eventually to Eastern Europe. In 17th century Vienna, the Jewish
quarter was separated from the Christian quarter by a boundary stone with a
hexagram on one side and a cross on the other, the first instance of the six-poin-
ted star being used to represent Judaism as a whole, rather than a specific com-
munity. With their emancipation following the French Revolution, Jews looked
for a symbol to represent themselves by an equivalent sign to the cross of their
Christian counterparts. They settled upon the six-pointed star, principally be-
cause of its heraldic associations. Its geometric design appealed to synagogue
architects. Remarkably, the religious Jews of Europe and the Orient, already
accustomed to seeing hexagrams on their amulets, immediately accepted this
secularized emblem of the enlightenment Jews as a fully fledged Jewish symbol,
even though it has no scriptural basis. When Theodor Herzl looked for a symbol
for the Zionist movement, he chose the hexagram, now dubbed the Star of
David, because it was so well known and also because it had no clear religious
connotation. In time, it appeared in the center of the flag of the new Jewish
State and it has now become associated with their national rebirth.

Today’s situation is totally different. The small minority within Judaism that is sece-
ding in our present century and occupies itself with the ancient magical practice,

23) a) According to the “Dictionnaire des Symboles” by Chevalier and Gheerbrant # 1982;
under “Sceau de Salomon”: “the Star of David is an alchemic symbol”.
b) Alchemy aims at Man’s obsessive raising of his own self under the guise of transfor-
ming lead into gold. It has nothing to do with chemistry in the modern meaning of the word,
but with self-development and mastery over nature, which is: doing magic. This approach
and its underlying philosophy are totally opposed to everything Christian. The word alchemy
is derived from the Arabic ‘al-keme’, meaning ‘of Egypt’. The ancient name of Egypt was
‘Kemet’, meaning black in the sense of fruitful or black earth, the same as with the fertile
river-delta of Mesopotamia (Iraq), known in the local language as Sawâd.

euphemistically called Jewish mysticism or Kabbala, laments that the book burnings
under Gregory IX, though not complete, have been so effective. A favourite manual
for the Jewish Abracadabra (I create what I say) is the Sefer Yetsirah (book of forma-
tion/ transformation), which was snatched from the flames because it consisted of only
one to four pages. To outsiders it is an incomprehensible piece of prose that consists of
about 1800 words of magical formulas. And, according to some, the sound is more
important than their meaning. The world-renowned Torah scholar Aryeh Kaplan has
written a sizable book about it in English, in which he explains the mystical and magi-
cal implications of the Sefer Yetzirah. The meditative Zohar was also saved from the
flames because it was copied in a non-Jewish printshop.24)

The Talmud too escaped because innumerable examples of it were in existence and it
was foremost in France that the burnings took place. And it should be said that the
Talmud is not kabalistic, though it contained, to use the words of Gregory IX “every
kind of vileness and blasphemy against Christian truth”. This announcement was
based on the confessions of a Jew who coverted to the Christian faith, Nicholas Donin
from La Rochelle. In the year 1238 Donin went to Rome, presented himself before the
Pope, and denounced the Talmud; 35 articles were drawn up in which Donin asserted
the virulent attacks on the Virginity of Mary and the Divinity of Jesus, which, if we
read the classic work from 1903 by Robert Travers Herford “Christianity in Talmud
and Midrash”, appears to be true. In 1240 he reiterated his charges at the Disputation
in Paris after which king Louis IX signed the order for the public burning. At the time
there were copies that voiced many curses against Christ and his Mother, that were
however castigated during the Jewish Synod of 1631 in Poland. The persecutions
suffered by the Jews can hardly be seen in a separate light from that decision. The first
printed edition of the whole Talmud, that still contained all its assaults against the
Christian religion and a sound morality, was published in Venice in the year 1520. The
Basel edition of 1578 was already expunged, after which Pope Sixtus V in 1585 per-
mitted its dissimination.25) Pope Clement VIII (1592-1604), however, ordered the Jews
expelled and again prohibited printing of the Talmud (and he put a ban on all other
Jewish books). The editon of 1644-‘48 in Holland was almost similar to the Venetian
one, and was printed by the Jews who had escaped from Spain and Portugal and had
been kindly received in Holland. 26)

18 – Merkabah-Mysticism
The story – or, rather, the myth – says that King David bore the Star of David or
“Magen David” on his shield as a magical symbol.27) The name is misleading, for the
origin of this symbol (the hexagram) goes back to a much earlier time. It represents the
Merkabah, a mysterious concept whereby worlds could be created and destroyed. It is
usually translated as vehicle or throne chariot, that should be found in the first chapter

24) The Zohar is not only meditative-oriented. It originated in the first or second century of
our era and is therefore older than the Talmud. In the past no small number of Jews appear
to have concluded, after studying the Zohar, that Christianity is the logical successor to the
Service of Synagogue and Temple, and they thus converted to become Christians. The Holy
Trinity, for instance, is mentioned frequently in the Zohar. This would explain why official
Jewish sources claim that the Zohar was edited in the 13th century, but erudite Jews know
better. Recognition of the doctrine of the Holy Trinity is an implicit recognition of Jesus as
Son of God, and the authorities rather have nothing to do with it. (see my article: The Sh’ma)
25) In the 19th century Rab Raphael Nathan Nota Rabinovicz published a multi-volume work
entitled Dikdukei Soferim, showing textual variants from the Munich (1342) and other early
manuscripts of the Talmud. Further variants are recorded in the Gemara Shelemah and Oz
ve Hadar editons. However these do not contain the readings of the later discovered Eastern,
Yemenite, and Geniza manuscripts. Rabinovicz’s work contains the variants of a particular
text and thus also the blasphemies omitted in the castigated editions. Nowadays there are
also digital files and powerfool search tools available, like the much used Eidei Nusah.

of Ezekiel’s vision, where ‘throne chariot’ is typified as ‘work’ or ‘creation’; the term
(throne) chariot does not occur in that chapter. Because of this interpretation by the
early Jewish scriptural scholars, this chapter is still nowadays omitted from the public
scripture readings. The Mishna Megilla 4:10, which documents the opinions current at
the time of Christ, says that the reading of this chapter was forbidden because they
feared the risks of unbridled mystical experiments. ‘Merkabah’ is Hebrew, but also
Arabic, and is a word that simply means vehicle and it occurs more than forty times in
the Bible. But the mystical, let’s say ‘magical’ concept, is not so innocent. To quote a
random example from the Jewish mystical literature – and please do not make too
much of an effort to understand what this exalted language means: “He who under-
stands this mystery will understand all the Merkaboth and all the Grades of Emanation
which take the shape of receiver and influencer. And this is the mystery of the
androgyne. Not as if there was there the actual shape of an androgyne, God forbid that
one should believe such a thing and broadcast such calumny (…) (But) each Grade of
all the Grades of YHWH, (…) has two faces. (…) Thus, each Grade has two aspects, a
(feminine) power of receiving and a (masculine) power of emanating (…) and in this
manner the Merkaboth are called androgyne (…) This is a great mystery among the
mysteries of the Cherubs, and the mystery of the shape of the Merkabah.” 28)
26) 27) 28)

The term was originally bor-

rowed from the Egyptian mys-
tery cults and is a combination
of three Egyptian words. Ka
and Ba are familiar concepts
that are explained in most pu-
blications that deal with an-
cient Egypt. Ka is a part of the
soul and as such characterized Hexagram & Swastika in Capernaum Synagoge 4th cent. AD
as one’s spiritual twin (kind of
shadow); the ba is the moving part of the soul and was therefore referred to by the
Egyptians as a flying bird with a human head. Mer is also well known and occurs, for
instance, in the word ‘merkhet’, a kind of sextant. Mer consists of a combination – ‘m’
and ‘er’ – unusual in Egyptian grammar and its exact meaning is uncertain. The ‘m’
could mean place or instrument and ‘er’ ‘(up)rising’. In hieroglyphics ‘mer’ is drawn
like a triangle and generally translated as ‘pyramid’. In the combination ‘mer-ka-ba’ it
refers to a body or container of fire (the actual vehicle), whereby the other two terms
can be regarded as a horse and a charioteer (‘rakab’ is Hebrew for horse riding). In
order to understand how this is linked to the Star of David, we need to imagine the
two-dimensional emblem spatially. The triangle then becomes a kind of pyramid,
known as a tetrahedron. Two tetrahedra conjoined – with the top of one pointing up-

26) The Babylonian Talmud was published in an English translation in 1903 by Michael L.
Rodkinson, to be followed by the Soncino English translation in the period of 1937 to 1952
(5.5 mln words). Rodkinson’s edition contains ‘complete’ translations of the festivals and
jurisprudence sections. He was widely criticized at the time, both from traditionalist Jews
who felt that translating the Talmud is not an acceptable practice, as well as from those
hostile to the Talmud and Judaism in general. Rodkinson only finished about a third of the
original. The most hurtful criticism was that he deliberately left out material in order to
conceal an evil Jewish agenda. That is not true. Rodkinson’s Talmud is, by definition, an
abridgement for modern readers as some subjects have little relevance today. He also left
out the sections where the debate spins off into complete obscurity, and he was careful to
document where he did so.
27) The earliest known Jewish hexagram is as a seal of Joshua Ben Asayahu, found in
Sidon, from the 6th cent. BC, and then about 8 centuries later as a carved synagogue frieze
in Capernaum. Interestingly, a swastika symbol is also shown in that synagogue.
28) The quotation is from “The Hebrew Goddess” by Raphaël Patai # 1967 (pp. 172-73).
- 45 -

wards and that of the other downwards (like the Star of David’s two triangles) – will
then form what is known as a startetrahedron. Each individual is said to be situated
within a geometrical body of this kind, which is normally at rest. But by means of a
special kind of meditation, it would be possible to make that body spin, with the two
tetrahedra spinning in opposite direction. At the same time, it is taught, there arises a
force field, called a living Merkabah field or living soul which, like the genie from the
bottle, does whatever its master (the Ba) commands. Here we recognize the story of
Alladin and the magic lamp. Alladin = Allah Djin, and means ‘spirit of God’.

Ka, the third word, indicates the higher realities within which this figure could move,
rather as in the mode of the science fiction films that have now become a fixed item on
out television screens. Ka + Ba represents a magical concept that is incorporated
within the so-called ‘Mysterium Coniunctionis’. The Mysterium is the interweaving of
spirit and matter which are in fact antipoles. Via the tool of the human mind the matter
can nevertheless be manipulated. It can hardly be a coincidence that the terms Ka and
Ba occur in the word ‘kabala’. The same applies to the Ka’bah (‫)اﻟﻛﻌﺑﺔ‬, a name used for
the most important shrine of Islam, round which Hajj pilgrims rotate like an angrily
turning swastika (the tour has to be completed at a run). And indeed, there is still an-
other emblem representing the Kaba or Merkabah and that is het Nazi swastika.29)
Swastika is Sanskrit meaning prosperity. This emblem was not discovered by Hitler,
since it is found, for instance, in Chatal Huück in Turkey, an 8000-year-old settlement.
It follows that the swastika has older papers than the Star of David. The swastika
represents a rotating body – the living Merkabah – and it has four legs, or, as with the
Druids and the Basques, three. A tourist attraction in the Basque country, ‘el toro de
fuego’ or bull of fire, shows an imitation bull on which a swastika rotates, driven by
rockets. The above is merely by way of illustration, but know that the various objects

29) There is no evidence that Hitler, who had a macabre interest in this type of matter, was
aware that the Swastika and the Star of David are of equal significance. There are various
interpretations of the Swastika, as there are for the Star of David, but they do not have to be
mutually exclusive.

in Jewish mysticism, such as the manipulation of God’s Name, the Sefirot mysticism
and such like, all fit within a well-defined philosophical and mathematical system, al-
though few within Judaism will know what it refers to. The initiated will not pass on
his knowledge just like that, but it will be given only from teacher to disciple in direct
language, comparable to mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. That’s why someone can spend
his life studying kabala and still be left in the dark as concerns the heart of the matter.

19 – The Restoration of the Original Gnosis from Egypt

How did the restoration of the ancient Egyptian gnosis come about? An important step
was the establishment of the Temple of Understanding, an interfaith organisation sup-
ported by the United Nations and established in 1960 thanks to the personal efforts of
Eleanor Roosevelt, widow of the ex-President of the United States.30) The initiative
came from a certain Juliet Hollister, after whom the prize is named, which is awarded
there annually. This prestigious institute strives for the establishment of a worldwide
theocratic state. Coincidentally 1960 matches the start of a hitherto unheard of collabo-
ration between all kinds of mystical currents in order to open up their secret writings to
one another and to make them accessible to the wider public via intermediaries. It is a
fact that bookshops and even motorway restaurants, such as Arche in France (the name
speaks volumes), offer a wide choice of all types of literature dealing with the occult.
Ancient civilisations, the Tibetan doctrines and alien life – more intelligent than ours –
play the major role here according to the creed of Madame Blavatsky (1831-91),
founder of the Theosophical Union, that people believe the fantastic to be true rather
than the normal. That Blavatsky has elevated the ‘pseudologica fantasia’ to a true art,
that is, the fantasized pseudo-doctrine of the truth. Her first bulky volume published in
1887 was entitled “Isis Unveiled”, a title that says it all. Eleven years later the publi-
cation arrived of “The Secret Doctrine”, 31) the bible of the mighty and many-branched
tree of the New Age movement that evolved from it. It seems a tree that cannot be

30) When looking at the names of those making up the committee of recommendation at the
time of the establishment of the Temple of Understanding, it reads like a “Who’s Who” of the
higher realm of politics. But make no mistake: behind the pretty language of brotherhood
and humanity the same false ecumenism hides of to the seasoned recipe of Simon Magus.

uprooted. The knives have been sharpened. The troops are at the ready. The Conven-
tion of Chicago, called together in 1893 by the theosophists under the leadership of
Annie Besant, ‘the scandalous’, laid the groundwork for the brotherhood of all occult
movements.32) 31) 32)

Chicago hosted that year the World’s Fair dedicated

to Christopher Columbus. So many people were
coming from all parts of the world that many smal-
ler conferences were scheduled to take advantage of
it. One of these was the World’s Parliament of Reli-
gions (SPWR), by far the largest of the congresses
held in conjunction with the Exposition. The Council
for a Parliament of the World’s Religions (CPWR)
can be retraced to 1988 when two monks from the
Vivekananda Vedanta Society of Chicago, from the
Ramakrishna Hindu movement, suggested organi- Amarna Princess
zing a centennial celebration of the Chicago Con-
gress of 1993. The 1988 conference, given in the Palmer House Hotel, was attended by
8,000 people from all over the world. The intervening hundred years saw the launch of
many similar initiatives. Among these were the International Association for Religious
Freedom, the World Congress of Faiths, the Temple of Understanding, The World
Interfaith Association, the World Conference on Religion and Peace, the Council of
Churches, the International Council of Christians and Jews, and the Pontifical Council
for Inter-Religious Dialogue. More recent initiatives include the North American
Interfaith Network (NAIN) and the United Religions Initiative (URI), and we should
not forget that Pope Francis, with the Amazon Synod, gave the starting signal in 2019
to make the Roman Church a gathering point for all occult movements in the world,
which de facto pushed the Christian religion to the sidelines, if not worse.

The idea that writings such as Doinel’s and Blavatsky’s, which have even been predi-
cated as scientific, should have come about through Satanic inspiration is perhaps
rejected as unbelievable, as something that does not fit our time that is dominated by
rationality. That rational thought would exclusively be based on natural reason is a
carefully nurtured myth! Satanic inspiration is the logical counterpole to Christian in-
spired thinking. Thomas Aquinas said that the gift of wisdom is the privilege of the one
who lives in a state of grace. (Quaest. 15:3) And Augustine said, already long ago, that
intelligence is reserved to the pure in heart. Human nature should be subordinate to
reason, which in turn should be permeated by grace, which is so well expressed in a
conemplation of Ignatius of Loyola: “Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty, my me-
mory, my intellect, and all my will – all that I have and possess. You gave them to me:

31) “The Secret Doctrine”, a great part of which was written in Ostend, has more than 2,800
pages. In it the notion of the superiority of the Aryan race was launched. The experiment in
racial purification, known as the Jewish Holocaust, is a corollary of this.
32) Annie Besant was an aggressive propagandist of contraception. Her foreword, written
jointly with Charles Bradlaugh in an 1877 edition of Charles Knowlton’s work “Fruits of
Philosophy” (first published in 1832 and considered scandalous at the time) brought her
an immediate sentence of 6 months’ imprisonment for obscene libel. The sentence was
reversed on appeal. Subsequently she added information on the primitive and distasteful
contraceptive techniques of the time to a brochure she had previously written for the
National Reformer and entitled “The Laws of Population”, the price of the publication
making it accessible to the ordinary worker. The wave of public indignation at the occasion
caused her husband to take out an injunction to remove their daughter from Annie Besant’s
parental control. The reaction to this commotion was the triumphal establishment of the
Malthusian League, of which she became chairman, an organization that stood at the cradle
of modern contraception but also, but at a later stage, to the legalization of abortion.

to You, Lord, I return them. All is Yours, dispose of all according to your will. Give me
only your love and grace, for these are enough for me.”

Essential for the restoration of the primordial gnosis – that is what the secret teaching
is about – is that, in addition to ordinary historical research, an initiation by a ‘master’
is indispensable. This Master or guru can also be one sent from higher dimensions. He
can even ‘temporarily’ take possession of you, something they gaily call a ‘walk-in’
nowadays. Cozy, come in! Christianity has a better name for it: a demon. The resto-
ration of the primordial Gnosis was less straightforward than the restoration of the
Gnostic Heresy. Certainly a long-term project, first by going through the door of
Hinduism. “Morals and Dogma of Freemasonry” (p. 540) by American Freemason
Albert Pike, published in 1871, may be seen ass a supplement to Blavatsky’s Secret
Doctrine in an attempt to bring about unity within the extensive and contradictory
pagan heritage.

The abdomen, occiput and neck have distinctive features

The restoration of the original Egyptian gnosis was not accomplished until 1970. At
present all that knowledge is lying around for anyone to pick up. The great propagan-
dist of the original gnosis is a Drunvalo Melchizedek, alias Bernard Perona, who came
in 1990 with a well thought-out book on the subject. His books have been translated
into dozens of languages. This American was born in 1941, but the official date of his
possession (a kind of incarnation) was on Aprial 10th 1972. Ever since, Perona carries
this bizarre name whereby everything he says would be irrefutable. Why? For it is not
he who speaks but the ‘divine’ Melchizedek, who, as we know, is higher than the patri-
arch Abraham and consequently, so goes the heresy, higher than Jesus Christ. Simon
Magus spoke even more extreme, for he claimed to be the incarnation of God the
Father. The whore Helena, who always accompanied him, had been generated by him-
self in his position of God the Father! She represented ‘divine wisdom’ which nor-
mally belongs to the Holy Spirit. These cheap claims were not taken over by the later
Gnostics, but the framework of his views and the conceit accompanying them were,
since a Gnostic or Modernist (a term that came into vogue at the end of the nineteenth
century) is always pleased with himself, while displaying a deceptive humility.
- 49 -

The starting point is a geometric concept that forms the core of the Merkabah tea-
chings. It is pure mathematics and not that simple. There is, one would say, nothing
wrong with that, but en passant the reader is soiled with thoughts that are incompatible
with Christianity.33) Having had himself initiated by some seventy masters of varied
background from all over the world, a new phenomenon since the 1960s, Drunvalo
went to live like a kind of hermit in order to deepen his knowledge. From 1984 to
1991, Drunvalo proudly recounts, he was visited almost daily by “someone from a
higher dimension” in the guise of a man who looked Egyptian, and who named him-
self after the god Tut,34) a demon, therefore,
and who helped him to make connections and
to discover the ancient Egyptian gnosis. The
Amarna period of the 14th century BC played a
major role in this. The astonishing proportions
of Akhen-Aton and Nefertite, the two central
figures of the period, would prove that they
came from a planet far beyond our solar sys-
tem. People make fun of this and dismiss it as
degenerative abnormalities because brothers
and sisters married each other. If degenerative,
the sculpted physical abnormalities that have
come down to us are highly unusual in that
sense too. Furthermore, the abnormalities in
all relatives are absolutely identical for several
generations, and this has not been found to be
associated with a loss of intellectual faculties, Drunvalo Melchizedek
and such a thing is not to be expected. Those
things point to something other than degeneration. If less gifted they could never have
maintained their rule. Nefertite means ‘the perfect one’ which is not very suitable for a
disabled person. Since the apocalyptic plagues Moses sent across the land could also
be invoked by the Egyptian magi, which is far beyond the reach of normal magic, this
indicates that this pharaonic dynasty knew the Merkabah secret. The unraveling of this
was precisely the aim of the restoration of primordial gnosis. Says Drunvalo: “The
human race was not ready for that [in ancient times].” That task now fell to Drunvalo
and his entourage, not being picky about anyone’s religious background. He does not
wish to establish a new sect. If the cap fits, wear it. In his writings, the Merkabah is
clearly explained, under the guise that we are dealing here with a physical phenome-
non. And therein lies the catch. The New Age nonsense with so-called creatures from
other dimensions, which would also include the elect like Perona, is a ruse to ensure
that the naïve reader is led up the garden path while scaring off eavesdroppers like
yours truly. Keep in mind that the Merkabah meditation is real and carries enormous

33) Here follows a taste of the ‘pseudologica fantasia’ found in Drunvalo’s book (p. 64):
“…each level of human consciousness has a different body height associated with it. The first
level of 42+2 chromosomes has a range of height somewhere between four and maybe six
feet. The people who fall into that category specifically are the Aboriginals of Australia (…)
The second level of consciousness has 44+2 chromosomes, and that’s us. Our band of height
is about five to seven feet. We’re a little taller than the first group. The third level’s height
goes up considerably. The 46+2 chromosome level interrupts the Reality through what you
could term unity or Christ consciousness. That range of height is from about ten to sixteen
feet tall. Then there’s another range for the fourth level of consciousness: the 48+2s – who
have a height of about 30 to 35 feet. The final band, the perfected human, is between 50 to
60 feet tall. They have 52 chromosomes. (…) For those of you who are Hebrew, you might
remember that Metatron, the perfect man – that which we will become – was blue and 55
feet tall. We’ll talk about this again when we get into the subject of Egypt.”
And yet such ideas are not entirely new. Take a look at the enormous statues of Abu
Simbel in Egypt and at Fort Gwalior in India, with the 24 Tirthankaras, who are said to have
reached perfection. Perfection, perfection, the same word over and over again.
- 50 -

potential to manipulate the world around us. At the same time, this nonsense serves to
drive people, who immerse themselves in this technique under the Perona’s guidance,
further and further away from sound Biblical teachings and thus put their souls at risk.

20 – Miracle is no Miracle 34)

In his exploration of the laws of nature, Simon Stevin (a native of Bruges) interprets
this as follows: “Miracle is no miracle”. In his view, something is a miracle as long as
it is not understood, but as soon as we understand a phenomenon it is no longer a
miracle. This reasoning can be extended to the magical practices forbidden by God;
nowadays one speaks of paranormal. Of course, miracles do exist, because magic also
has its limits. A wonderful example of a miracle of the impossible happened on March
29, 1640, in Calanda, Spain, through the intercession of Our Lady del Pilar (the Most
Blessed Virgin Mary). On that day, a young farmer regained his leg that had been am-
putated two years earlier. In our modern times, a journalist working for the Italian
newspaper La Stampa, named Vittorio Messori, verified this well-documented occur-
rence and set out his findings in “Il Miracolo” (1998). After studying the extensive
ecclesiastical records, he has come to the conclusion that this miracle indeed happened
and that it escaped myth-making.35)

34) Tut or Thoth is the Egyptian god pictured with the head of an Ibis. He is the god of know-
ledge, medicine and writing. Tut-Moses means ‘Tut is reborn (in this person)’. Although
writing already existed in its infancy, it only took full flight under Imhotep. In view of the
thematic agreements between the later veneration of Imhotep and that of Thoth, it may well
be imagined that Thoth is modelled on Imhotep, alias Joseph the co-regent of Egypt.
35) The Roman Catholic Church is normally not much interested in miracles. Traditionally
she is apprehensive about the sensationalism of the common people because of the
unpredictable outcome. This is one of the factors that cause the Church to be cautious with
giving its stamp of approval to a miracle, in my view often too cautious. The position is that
the the verification of a miracle belongs to the realm of the Church, who does the verification
within the constraints of the limited scientific knowledge of the period, while she views a
supernatural intervention as a divine means to join external demonstrations to divine
revelation. (Dei Filius ch. 3)
- 51 -

One type of miracle beyond suspicion is the resurrection from the dead. This belongs
only to the province of God. It is obvious that the son of perdition, who impersonates
God (2 Thess. 2), will want to prove this by raising a body from the dead, but that will
be from a suspended animation. For this reason it was necessary that before Lazarus
was raised from the dead by Jesus, that his body had been dead for four days and
producing the stench of putrefaction (Jn. 11). This was intentional because Jesus linge-
red two days before going to Lazarus. This provided the Jewish college of priests with
the indisputable proof of the sacredness of Jesus’ mission and that He was therefore
unstoppable. In full knowledge of this they sought to kill Him from that moment on,
unaware of the fact that Jesus would die on the Cross for them too, unaware that God’s
mercy extended to them too. Of Lazarus’s raising from the dead still reminds the place
Bethany, which the Israelis today call Bethanya, but the Arab inhabitants — who are
by no means Christian — speak of El-Lazariyeh, which means ‘Place of Lazarus’.

The raising of the corpse, already stinking in that heat, raises the question of the true
meaning of Jesus’ statement: “I tell you for certain that if you have faith in Me, you
will do the same things that I am doing. You will do even greater things, now that I am
going back to the Father.” (Jn 14:12) What are greater miracles? John Gill comments:
«« The conversion of a sinner is a greater work than any of the miracles of raising
the dead for this includes in it all miracles: here we may see a sinner, dead in
trespasses and sins, quickened (Rom. 11:15); one born blind made to see; one who
was deaf to the threatenings of the law, and to the charming voice of the Gospel,
made to hear, so as to live; and one that had the spreading leprosy of sin all over
him, cleansed from it by the blood of the Lamb yea, though a miracle in nature is
an instance and proof of divine power, yet the conversion of a sinner, which is a
miracle in grace, is not only an instance of the power of God, and of the greatness
of it, but of the exceeding greatness of it [which certainly came into effect after
the work of Christ’s redemptive suffering on the Cross]. »»
- 52 -

Since God acts through the probable, the improbable and the impossible, we make it
unnecessarily difficult if we keep asking ourselves whether something is a miracle in
the sense of doing the impossible, when we should ask ourselves whether in a given
situation there is question of Gods active involvement. By way of example: after the
Exodus, when the wildly flowing Jordan had to be crossed – it was just after the rainy
season – the river dried up as soon as the priests touched the water with their feet,
which, according to the Biblical text, came about because upstream the water rose like
a wall near Zaretan. (Josh. 3:15-16) This may have been caused by the collapse of the
limestone cliffs at that site. Was it miraculous? In any case, the combination of factors
was such that God’s active involvement can be clearly recognized in this.

21 – The Biblical Ban on Magic

In light of the Biblical ban on magic, it is important to form an accurate picture of what
magic is. Deuteronomy 18:11 states that of God’s devotees, none should be a ‘yadoni’,
a word sometimes translated magician or devil conjurer, or he who interrogates spirits
or oracles. It is a term derived from ‘to have knowledge of the hidden’. Not coinciden-
tally, the Hebrew for universe or world (olam) is also ‘the hidden’, since the Eternal
is hidden in his creation. Jeremiah 23:24 reads: “Can anyone hide himself in secret
places, so I shall not see him? (…) Do I not fill heaven and earth?” (Habahir 10, Midr.
Dev. Rab. 2:26) In the English Bible ‘yadoni’ is translated ‘wizard’, a word that means
‘a wise one’ in Old English, which is actually the best translation. The Three Wise
Men from the East, who came from pagan lands to visit the infant Jesus, are called four
times ‘magos’ in the original Greek text, which is a loanword from the Persian ‘mag’
in the ancient sense of magician. That fits well with the Hebrew yadoni. The yadoni
are those who understand signs (the three kings were astrologers) and who, by procee-
ding from the natural order, understood how to do that which usually lies beyond our
normal reach; now called the paranormal. The extensive prohibition list of Deutero-
nomy 18:10-11 mentions related practices that God calls abominations, such as sooth-
saying, wizardry, spiritism and summoning the dead. This shows that enyone engaged
in the paranormal is on a slippery slope.

One thing leads to another. “I only do a bit of this or that” is simply fooling oneself.
Because magic is situated within the possibilities of creation, it is not always clear
what it is about. It is a slippery slope. In the well-known passage on love we read:
“Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail. For we know in part
and we prophesy in part. For now we see in a mirror dimly.” (1 Cor. 13:8-12) And yet
the oft-heard argument goes as follows: “I’ve been able to do this since my birth. It’s a
God-given gift and therefore I may use it.” How stupid! Is it not written: “I will cut off
the names of the idols. I will also cause the mouthpiece and the unclean spirit to de-
part from the land. If anyone still gives oracles, then his father and his mother who
begot him shall thrust him through when he talks falsely. And it shall be in that day
that every oracle will be ashamed of his vision when he foresees the future; they will
not wear a cloak of hair to deceive.” (Zech. 13:2-4) 36) A cloak of hair signifies the ani-
mal nature. Our own inner light intervenes from out of our fallen nature. Our covering
cloak is that of the rough-hewn (hairy) Esau whose eyes were only focused on the
earthly. It is a presentation of the light, the divine – but a divine that is darkened. Our
corrupt nature claims to be a source of divine inspiration, but it drags us down into the
bottomless pit. John the Baptist too wore a cloak of hair. He too wrestled with his
human nature. Despite being the greatest saint ever, his knowledge was also but par-
tial. Now I like to quote from “The Expectation of the Jews”, an early Christian work:
«« The mindset of John the Baptist furnishes a remarkable example, which we
often meet with, of partial divine illumination, the clearest knowledge on some
points and absolute ignorance on others. By the light of inspiration he shadowed
- 53 -

forth in a few words the nature of the Kingdom of Heaven, whose approach he
foretold, and showed it to be something entirely different from the expectation of
the Jews, handed down from remote ages; yet of its details his ideas seem to have
been vague, and he appears to have had no certain knowledge that Jesus was the
Messiah, though he had baptized Him and received the heavenly sign of which
they had been forewarned. »» 36)

The remark “John the Baptist appears to have had no certain knowledge that Jesus
was the Messiah” needs clarification. At the time Jesus was baptised, John the Baptist
thought that he had the certain knowledge that Jesus was the Messiah. Until then he
had known Him personally, and he valued Him more highly than himself, but only
after the foretold sign of the Holy Ghost had taken place, who descended like a dove
on Jesus, and after the ‘Bath kole’ – the Voice of God – had resounded from heaven
with (Mt. 3:17): “You are My beloved Son, in You I am well pleased”, only then did
John know that Jesus was the prophesied Messiah. In the certainty of those days he
exclaimed (John 1:34-35): “This is the Son of God!, and the next day, looking at
Jesus: Behold the Lamb of God!” But later, when locked up in the gloomy and
stinking cell of the tetrarch Herod, he realised that his expectations concerning a glo-
rious and a triumphant Messiah had been belied. And he was thrown back and forth
between the certainty of his expectation and the certainty of the signs that were revea-
led to him, which now seemed a distant memory, and he started to have agitating
doubts about the Messiahship of Jesus – who, after all, was his nephew.

The Zechariah text just quoted said: “I will cut off the names of the idols.” Thus it is
not just our own nature that lets us down. The territory of the mind is Satan’s specialty.
Anyone wandering around there is walking in the criminal world of the ‘walk-ins’.
They will not fail to join our game to be co-actors. The holy Curé (parish priest) of Ars
knew all about them! He suffered a great deal from their nocturnal attacks.

In summary, we can state that everything that belongs to the area of the mind may not
be explored on our own initiative or innate talent. It’s off limits. Beware of the dog! If
anything is done there, then God must be the one to act, as in the healing of Naaman,
captain of the king of Syria. (2 Kings 5) Elisha the prophet told him to go and wash
himself in the river Jordan. Naaman was at first indignant, for he had expected Elisha
to come out and call on the Name of his God and run his hand over the place to draw
the sickness away. But none of that. Unfortunately, the dividing line is not always easy
to draw, which is why many charismatic movements have been shipwrecked. Jessie
Penn-Lewis has written a masterful book, “War on the Saints,” expressing why God’s
works on a spiritual level, in course of time so often turn out to be the opposite.37)

36) In most of the translations the text of Zechariah 13:2-4 carries the words ‘prophet’ and
‘prophesy’. I prefer the terms ‘mouthpiece’ and ‘to give oracles’. The term ‘prophet’ also
refers to the soothsayer Bileam (compare 2 Peter 2:16 and Num. 22:7). The translations
‘mouthpiece’ and ‘to give oracles’ are justified in view of the tendency in Hebrew to think in
terms of analogies. Take, for instance, the Hebrew word ‘herem’, which can mean either a
curse (bar-ak) by separation from God or a blessing and election – by God – (again bar-ak)
by the separation from human society with the intention of devoting oneself to God. We
see the double interpretation once again in ‘baka’, meaning to cleave or to split. Just as
in English, the Hebrew word ‘cleave’ for ‘to stick fast’ or ‘adhere’ also has the meaning of
cutting or splitting. Adam and Eve clove together, but their dual-unity was cloven after the
fall, which in both cases is referred to by the word ‘baka’. Usually for Genesis 2:24 a trans-
lation is made in the sense of: “Therefore a man shall leave his parents and be joined to his
wife.” The King James version correctly states “cleave unto” instead of “be joined to”. Take
note that this represents an impossible condition for present Man. This condition, however,
forms the basis for the complete cleaving unto each other of the hearts of Jesus and Mary,
and this now does form the basis for the total bonding of the hearts of Jesus and Mary, who
were given as a dual-unity to restore all in all.
- 54 -

The foregoing is but child’s play compared to the Egyptian way of doing. That is
Magic with a capital M. Strangely enough, the Bible does not elaborate on this. Obvi-
ously, the generation then alive required no explanation, and future generations should
to be led down the garden path. The biblical account begins with a ban on the practice
of magic with a small m: “You shall not permit a sorceress to live”. (Ex. 22:18) But
the actual ban is to be found in Deuteronomy 18, already referred to in our discussion
on the yadoni. Immediately afterwards, in fascinating contrast, comes the famous mes-
sianic promise (cf. John 1:46, Acts 3:22; 7:37), formulated as follows: “For these
nations which you will dispossess listened to soothsayers and diviners; but as for you,
the Lord your God has not appointed such for you. The Lord your God will raise up a
Prophet like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him you shall hear.” The clea-
rest ban on ‘Magic’ emerges when the people of Israel stand at the gates of the Pro-
mised Land forty years later. It is then that a solemn renewal of the covenant takes
place. After announcing punishments for possible breaches of the covenant, it con-
cludes (Deut. 29:29): “The hidden things belong to the Lord our God, but those things
which are revealed belong to us”. Once again the aspect of ‘the hidden things’!38) This
last determination should not be separated from stewardship. Once the Israelites had
been liberated from their Egyptian bondage, they became God’s chosen nation in the
stewardship of this world. This is a common scriptural interpretation that Jesus picks
up on with his parable of the criminal vinedressers who murder the son in order to
usurp the property rights. (Mtt. 21, Mk. 12 and Lk. 20) It is evident that a steward does
not have the same powers as the owner. That means that in Israel’s stewardship, not all
possibilities – the hidden things – available within God’s creation are to be recon-
noitred. Magic certainly fits into this category, but also covers high-handed work with-
in scientific research.
37) 38)

In this regard I like to refer to Hebrews 11:3: “By faith we understand that the worlds
were framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of
things visible.” The visible material world is thus based on the invisible, and not the
other way around. The material world, that which we perceive with our senses, then
represents a lower reality than the underlying invisible world that sustains it. However,
both are situated in the same reality. They are in line with each other. Through the
material we can gain access to the world of the spirit and vice versa. In this sense we
can regard the modern scientific researchers as the magicians of our era. It belongs to
the Church to say to some of their research: “Do not touch!” I am thinking not only of
the Manhattan project that led to the invention of the nuclear bomb,39) but also of
research in the human domain as concerns contraception, artificial insemination,
choice of gender, racial purification etc.40)

37) “WAR ON THE SAINTS”, first published in 1912, is meant to be a textbook on the work
of deceiving spirits among the children of God. It is a book written by the English evangelist
Jessie Penn-Lewis as a guide for the end-time Christians, the Christians of our generation.
They will form the so-called ‘remnant army’, mentioned in Revelation 12:17. There they
are called “the remnant of her children”. Why would it be an army? Because, as the book
shows, the battle now raging will primarily be a battle against the evil spirits and, on their
part, against us. But they cannot be recognized as such, for they masquerade as angels of
light, as love itself, if not as God himself. And many are deceived because, as the letter to
the Thessalonians writes, they have known no love for the truth, the pearl for which they
should have set aside everything. This book was written after the author had had first-
hand experience of the shipwreck of the Welsh Revival in the years 1904-1905 because
of the imitative and intimidating work of Satan. She learned her lessons from that.
38) In Deuteronomy 29:29, the word ‘sathar’ stands for hidden or secret things’, which in
Hebrew is almost identical to ‘esther’ (the name used in the Book of Esther), a term that
includes es(o)ter(ic). (Take note that the written word has no vowels in Semitic languages.)
It is not unlikely that the Greek esotericos derives from the root ‘str’, which was a common
word stem in the Middle East to indicate the hidden. Esotericos or the Occult is also related
to the Greek ‘eso’, meaning ‘inside’.
- 55 -

It goes without saying that a society that does not want to accept limits in scientific
research, will also usurp the power over life and death. Now we also understand the
statement in 1 Samuel 15:23: “Rebellion is tantamount to the sin of witchcraft, and
stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.” an accusation made after Saul had been
anointed with God’s Spirit.41) (1 Sam. 10:11) Of course, like a king, science has a
spiritual mission for the good of humankind; so scientists are actually anointed. But
anointed by whom? Who then is the god of this age? It is Man. The whole structure of
our society is focused on our self-aggrandizement, opening a door for the anti-power,
for Lucifer and his cronies. If God is shown the door, they will take the empty seats. In
this panorama we detect the Tower of Babel, called the House of Nimrod by the rabbis
of old, for it is the image that stands for the united zeal, organization and involvement
of many for the construction of the evil empire. Babel stands symbolic for the evil and
magical expression of the Word. It is an anti-model, an anti-anointing. The pinnacle,
so to speak, still reaches to heaven and there mocks all that belongs to God.
39) 40) 41

39) A ban on the use of nuclear weapons follows from the biblical ban on chopping down
fruit trees and blocking up wells during war, on the principle that after a war ordinary life
must be able to continue once again. (cf. Deut. 20:19-20 and 2 Kings 3:19; 25:27)
40) It may surprise the reader that the author condemns even ‘research’ into artificial
insemination – at least in human beings. This must be placed in the light of the sacredness of
human life. They are not ‘our’ children but God’s children whom He as Father has placed
under our authority. Hence Eve’s cry: “I have acquired a man from the Lord.” (Gen. 4:1)
41) See: “Was Saul 'one' year old when he started to reign?” from “The Bible — Word of
God”, by the undersigned (App. 5, p. 65), which discusses this episode in Saul’s life and
shows that Saul was rejected by God after one year, but despite his term of 40 years was
allowed to continue as king. No longer king by the grace of God, so without God’s prophetic
assistance as previously, Saul remained the leader of the people until his death.

THE HIDDEN DANGERS

OF THE RAINBOW
“ The New Age Movement and
our Coming Age of Barbarism”
Constance E. Cumbey
This magistral book from 1983 is the first pu-
blication that exposed the agenda of the New
Age Movement and its accompanying reli-
gious apostasy. “I was the first major evange-
lical critic of the New Age Movement”, she
claimed at the 2006 Radio Liberty Conference
in Aptos. Despite sneaky opposition from
Huntington House publishers and the stinging
critiques of anyone who had the slightest
sympathy for the New Age Movement, and
unfortunately also from Christian corners, the
book was an immediate success. It is still topi-
cal, more topical than ever, because the New Age Movement actually wants to be the
harbinger of the earthly paradise fought by humans, in which we as humans will
have attained our godhood. Practice shows otherwise, as all kinds of ‘isms’ have now
irrefutably demonstrated. Think of Communism, but especially Nazism, which in its
mentality and objectives shows striking similarities with the New Age Movement (a
term not yet established at the time). The chapter “The New Age Movement — the
Fourth Reich Empire?” pointedly demonstrates this.

Cumbey published her book when she was not yet 40 years old, and she is still very
active. Her commentary on contemporary events can be followed at her website
http://cumbey.blogspot.com, highly recommended for those familiar with English
and interested in the deeper insights of what goes on behind the scenes. She is a
practicing attorney in the state of Michigan (USA). The first thing that struck me
while reading the book, was her thorough knowledge of the Bible and outspoken
faith in the Christian message of salvation. Coupled with a sharp intellect, she
describes this as someone who can be listened to. She does not say anything that she
cannot substantiate, which is undoubtedly due to her legal spirit.

The battle that is put in the spotlight is nothing less than the existential battle be-
tween good and evil. In all kinds of New Age publications it is stated in no uncertain
terms that people who believe in the Bible and worship the Biblical God should
disappear from the face of the earth; Christianity itself would be a relic of the distant
past, and should be treated as such, according to the spokesmen. The PLAN says that
all current religious practices and symbols of Orthodox Jews and Christians should
be declared illegal. Sometimes the truth can be heard behind woolly language, be-
cause the opponent does not always keep his mask on and Cumbey manages to point
out all those passages flawlessly. Here is a very good passage, which has not lost any
of its topicality:
- 57 -

«« New Agers deify Lucifer and that is the worship of devils. Through
transmissions to Benjamin Crème, Maitreya has claimed that Jesus is one of
his disciples. This can be documented in Crème’s books “The Reappearance
of Christ” and “The Masters of Wisdom”. »» (p. 24)

Benjamin Creme (1922-2016) was an extremely important player on the New Age
field and was the de facto second successor to Madame Blavatsky, who started it all.
Creme became best known when he announced Maitreya (Buddhist name for the
Antichrist) as the new world teacher. He called him ‘the Christ’ and believed that
during his lifetime Maitreya would address the entire world population via radio and
television, thereby making his true identity known – also thanks to telepathic
methods – on what is known as the Day of Declaration.

Definition of the New Age Movement

New Age is a collective term for a wide range of esoteric philosophies, occult
sciences, alternative religions, new therapies and ways of living, which gained
popularity in the second half of the 20th century. The overarching principle is a
holistic view of man and the world, the belief in self-achieving personal develop-
ment, and the belief that humanity is entering a new and better era. Through
meditative techniques one tries to experience the unity of man, nature and cos-
mos. The intuitive and emotional approach to life stands at forefront. New Age
opposes the monotheistic religions but also the prevailing materialism, rationa-
lism and individualism.
Constance Cumbey says tells that Helena Blavastky (1831-91) is the founding
mother of the New Age movement with its network of ten thousand branches.
The budding movement under her direct leadership, that gave rise to all those
subdivisions, is called the Theosophical Society. Their objectives have also be-
come the ultimate objectives of the New Age movement. A Theosophical Society
brochure made clear the anti-Christian aims of that movement: «« To oppose
the materialism of science and every form of dogmatic theology, especially the
Christian, which the Chiefs of the Society regard as particularly pernicious; to
make known among Western nations the long-suppressed facts about Oriental
religious philosophies, their ethics, chronology, esoterism (sic), symbolism; to
counteract, as far as possible, the efforts of missionaries to delude the so-called
‘Heathen’ and ‘Pagans’ as to the real origin and dogmas of Christianity and the
practical effects of the latter upon public and private character in so-called
Christian countries. »» (pp. 44-45)

Cumbey also writes on “The Aquarius Conspiracy”, a bestseller by Marilyn Fergu-

son († 2008), who became widely known for it. She was a prominent New Age
writer. In that book Ferguson refers to “The Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ” by
Levi H. Dowling, and she quotes from its introduction: (pp. 30, 33)
«« Jesus was not always Christ. (Jesus and the Christ are two different entities.)
Jesus won his Christship by a strenuous life, and in… chapter 55, we have a
record of the events of his christing, or receiving the degree ‘Christ’ (…). We
recognize the facts that Jesus was man and that Christ was God (…). »»

Cumbey tells that the Bible leaves no doubt about such a description (1 John 2:22):
“Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is Antichrist, that de-
nies the Father and the Son.” (see also 1 John 4:3)
- 58 -

Their concept of God is extended in the ideas of the ‘New World Order’, which is a
regime, the Bible teaches, that is under the bottomless terror of the Antichrist /
Maitreya. An excellent summary of their dogmatics is as follows:
«« While their theology is obfuscated in deliberate gobbledy-gook, it is not
complicated. A Christian may read the main tenets in the third chapter of the
Book of Genesis. Basically they involve: 1. An attack on the authority of God’s
Word; 2. A denial that a person will die, and instead, by the cycle of
reincarnation, will return time and again; c. a claim that a man can be as a god
himself, here on earth and by his own effort; d. a deification of Lucifer and
other demonic entities [the Masters of Wisdom theory]. »» (pp. 39-40)

In 2022 billions of people are actively involved in the New Age Movement at all poli-
tical, educational and social levels. Cumbey says about this:
«« The hierarchy of the Movement has successfully managed to draw from a
full spectrum of society to implement eventual aims that can only benefit a
small percentage — if anyone at all. Millions have been deceived into
supporting projects designed to eventally strip even themselves of their civil
liberties, much of their property, their preferred religion, and perhaps even their
lives. While euphemistically professing peace and love, the Movement has
blinded even many of its sincere adherents from seeing its plain declarations for
what they actually are. In trans-like rapture they openly cheer while ‘Aryanism’,
‘the out-worn Jewish dispensation’, ‘mass planetary initiation’, ‘cleansing
action’ are sold to them as desirable positions and programs. »» (p. 57)

Make no mistake. The movement is not only anti-Christian, but also vehemently anti-
Jewish and of course it is against the establishment of the State of Israel. What may
surprise some is that she is also anti-Islam. That’s because it’s a monotheistic religion.
For instance, in a quote from Alice Bailey (The Rays and the Initiations), she says:
«« The Leaders openly and boldly set forth plans for a new mandatory world
religion – a religion completely breaking with the concept of Jesus as the Christ
and God as the Father. Jews and Christians – Roman Catholic and Protestant
alike – as well as uncooperative Moslims, are openly slated for persecution and
even a ‘cleansing action’ should they fail to cooperate. »» (p. 57-58)

The cards are shuffled. Constance Cumbey repeatedly gives examples of church
leaders of all denominations who have become captivated by the ear-pleasing language
and contemporary theology of the New Agers. That was in the late 1970s! How will it
be now? When Maitreya reveals himself, we should not be surprised that many church
leaders will welcome this figure enthusiastically. She quotes the celebrated author
Marilyn Ferguson, who says that the New Age Movement has permeated all walks of
life and even church institutions, regardless of creed. And gloating over the loss of
orthodoxy within the supposed bastions of God the Father and his son Jesus Christ,
Ferguson tells triumphantly: “With an awareness of multiple [religious] realities, we
lose our dogmatic attachment to a single point of view [as professed by Christianity],
so that belief is supplanted by knowing.” (The Aquarius Conspiracy - p. 192) Building
on this, Cumbey writes:
«« Often clothed in seemingly Christian language, the ‘spiritual’ aspects of the
New Age Movement have gained acceptance among the unsuspecting even within
orthodox religious institutions, Christian as well as Jewish. The Movement’s
political programs also have won widespread endorsement and advocacy among
Christian churches and denominations. The New Age Movement is pushing for,
among other things: the establishment of universal institutions for the distribution
of the riches of the world and a redistribution of the world’s wealth, a new world

religion, experiental religion [as opposed to religion based on scriptural authority

and tradition], a universal tax, a universal draft, righ-brain thinking and whole –
brain thinking [intuitive and subjective thinking at the same time, as opposed to
what they call ‘left-brain’ or analytical thinking], a teaching that all things are part
of one whole, an emphasis on universal interdependence, and zero population
growth [which explains why they are pro-abortion]. »» (p. 145)

Benjamin Creme - 2008, by Meryl Tihanyi

A striking example is the Graduate Theological Union of Berkeley (p. 164), mentioned
by her, which, since its inception in 1962, has brought together Catholic, Protestant
and Jewish participants in a kind of communal apostasy. Their theological horizons
have expanded to all major religious schools around the world, including even witch-
craft. By ‘creative borrowing’, as they call it, they have succeeded in diluting Christia-
nity into something barely recognizable. If only this was a big exception! One does not
have to be stupid to adhere to this rubbish because the thinking system bears witness to
a great intelligence, an intelligence befitting Lucifer. Says Cumbey:
«« The Bible consists of 66 books that do not contradict each other. The reason
for this is that the Holy Spirit is consistent. Although they seem to come from
diverse sources and are found in every cutlure upon earth, occult doctrines also
have a remarkable consistency. »» (p. 175)

We face a formidable adversary. ‘Get to know thy adversary’ is a requirement in order

to stand and not fall, according to the motto of the Apostle Paul. Particularly valuable
in this book is that Cumbey identifies the major organizations working for the new
religious and political world order. For example, she gives details about the origins of
the Lucis Trust, formerly the Lucifer Publishing Company, and points out their ties
with the United Nations. She gives us a look behind the scenes in easy-to-understand
language and in an exact manner. I can therefore warmly recommend this book. It
should be required reading in our theological schools.

Excerpts with Admonitions about New Age practices

The Book of Truth contains a series of heavenly messages that were received by a
married woman and a mother of a young family, who lives in Ireland. She is know as
Maria Divine Mercy. Her messages started in November 2010 and finished in March
2015.

Messages that deal specifically about New Age practices:

Reject the work of New Age Spiritualism

• Sunday 15 May 2011

My dearly beloved daughter I am calling on all My followers to denounce the work of

the New Age Movement which has gripped the world.
Christianity has always been a prime target of Satan. Because he is so cunning he will
constantly try to seduce those with empty and spiritually lost souls. He will always try
to present his lies couched in what appears to be love. Then he will try to control my
children’s minds using ancient pagan tactics designed to free their minds from the so
called stresses of modern living. Beware those of you who succumb to practices which
claim to bring your mental state into a stage of oblivion in the name of meditation.
Once you allow your mind to be controlled in this way Satan and his demons can move
in so silently that you won’t realise it, so smooth will be the transition.

Avoid ancient spiritual practices including use of tarot cards

Many many souls in the world are starving for spiritual guidance. In their quest to
bring meaning into their lives they are unwittingly allowing themselves be sucked into
practices which amount to paganism. Any false dogma which entices you to believe
that peace in your heart and soul can be achieved through ancient spiritual practices
must be avoided at all times. Learn to recognise them for what they really are.
The use of crystals, meditation, reiki, yoga, tarot cards, belief in spirit guides, meta-
physics and so called faith healers are there to entice you to believe in an alternative
superiour existence outside of that created by God the Eternal Father.

Warning about ‘Ascended Masters’

Many of you today who are constantly searching out spiritual comfort in the practice
of following your angels must also be alert to the fact that once the term Ascended
Masters is mentioned you can be sure that these angels do not come from Heaven.
Ascended Masters, my children, are fallen angels and come from the dark. Yet you
will be told and then be convinced that they come from the light. All of this pagan
spiritualism, if you let it take over your lives, will eventually pull you downwards into
the pits of darkness when you least expect it. Satan will be so careful as to how he
presents these dark lies because at all times you will be told, and you will believe, that
these things are all good.
- 61 -

Most of these practices are presented as being good for your self-esteem, confidence,
control over your life – all of which is a lie. Not only do these practices drive you away
from the truth but they bring untold misery once the evil spirits enter your soul as a
direct result of these practices.

Bible warns of the dangers of magic

The truth can never be tampered with. Teachings handed down to man in the Holy
Bible warn mankind of the dangers of magic, fortune telling and the adulation of false
Gods. In today’s world these practices are presented as harmless, but necessary, for
your spiritual well-being. Because of the nature of gentle souls many of them will be
naturally drawn to New Age practices because of the false façade of the love they
exude. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Warning about a fanatical devotion to angels

Remember it is Satan and his fallen angels who have carefully and cunningly drawn
you into these unsuspecting lies. For those of you who promote an almost fanatical
devotion to angels I have this to say. Why do you not proclaim the word of God, my
Eternal Father first? Isn’t this obsession with Angels just another form of idolatry?
Yes, by all means, pray for the help of the Holy Angels, however, always ask this
question: “Is my devotion to the angels at the expense of my love for Jesus Christ, the
Son of God or God, the Eternal Father?” If so then you offend Me, your Divine
Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Wake up now to the lies of so called spiritualism. The angels you attract by parti-
cipating in such practices will not come from Heaven or from the light. They will seem
to come from the light but that is the deceit that Satan and his demons use to cleverly
camouflage their actions.
Remember one final lesson. Dress up your pagan practices as much as you like to
appear as if you are paying homage to the divine Light of Heaven but it will be a lie.
The lie, and those you convince to follow this bizarre journey towards a so called spiri-
tual realm outside that of my Father’s will bring you so close to Satan that beyond a
certain point there will be no return.
The only divine realm of love that exists outside of this earth is Heaven. Anything else
you have been told is untrue. Satan, however, wants you to believe that there is. The
reality is that he is pulling all those unsuspecting and superstitious souls into the dark-
ness of Hell with him and all the fallen angels. All in the name of false love.
Please remember that love, true love, can only come from God, the Eternal Father.

Your Loving Saviour

Jesus Christ

Woe to those Christians who have deserted Me in favour

of New Age Paganism!
• Tuesday 24 September 2013
My dearly beloved daughter, every living soul has a powerful instinct to seek out God
in their lives. Those who find the Love of God in its most pure form are given this Gift
because of their humility and acceptance of the fact that all Glory belongs to God.
Pagans, on the other hand, in their quest for spiritual peace, seek out the Creation of
the True God, rather than their Creator. Instead of laying themselves before God, my
Father, the Almighty, Creator of all things, they lie prostrate before false idols, inclu-
ding the wonders He created for the world – the Earth, the sun, the moon and the stars.
They idolize these great wonders and then believe that by doing so, this gives them
great powers. What they are seeking is a form of spiritual enlightenment, which they
hope will bring them pleasure and peace. Many then, through meditation and yoga,
open their minds and souls to allow the spirit of evil to corrupt them. They mistakenly
believe that some other power, other than that which comes from God the Most High,
can bring them the peace, which they crave.

Paganism brings no peace, but darkness of the soul

Know now that there is only one God. Any other form of adulation amounts to paga-
nism. It does not matter what they say or how they justify their actions, they are invi-
ting Satan to invade their souls and once he gains access, he and the demons he sends
will not leave those souls alone. They will torment these souls, fill them with lies and
have them believe that they possess a gift. Some believe they can heal others, through
practices such as reiki, when what they do instead is infest others including the inno-
cent. When pagans chant, to attract spiritual gifts, they say that this brings them peace.
While many believe this, know that within a short period of time – once the spirit of
evil has entered their minds – they will become agitated and no respite will they find.
Every pleasure of the senses is constantly sought out by them and all they will receive
in return will be a darkness of the soul.
Paganism brings a terrible disquiet and, in lands where the heathen cry out to the false
gods, they incur the Wrath of my Father. Many such souls do not understand what they
are doing, but recognise them by the ways in which they will adorn their bodies, as
they consider themselves sacred vessels in the eyes of the false idols they claim to wor-
ship. Love, humility or personal sacrifice for the good of others, will be lacking, for
they only worship the senses. They do not understand that their souls are a gift from
God and so they give them away in the pursuit of perfection, which can never be theirs.

Woe to the Christians who have deserted Me in favour of New Age Paganism
During The Warning, I will awaken within these souls the Truth as to Who they belong
to. Pray that they will accept my Hand of Mercy. Woe to those Christians who have
deserted Me in favour of new age paganism. They are the ones who do not want my
Mercy and would prefer to dabble in nonsense, because it feeds their egos when they
believe that they have the power to control matters of spirituality. While they seek
personal perfection in this way, they cut themselves completely from God. By doing
so, they open the door to the evil one, who will seduce and hypnotise them through the
appeal of superstitious promises, which lead to their souls becoming barren where the
Love of God cannot thrive.

‘Arthur Waite Bibliography’

This is a list of the publications of ‘the great Maçon’ Arthur Edward Waite, demon-
strating the blasphemous way of thinking and tendencies within Maçonic circles,
who, as cannot be expected otherwise, have remained faithful to the creed of their
founding fathers, the Socinians, alias the Rosicrucians. Taken from the website of
Kessinger Publishing, an American company specialised in those kind of books.
A.E. Waite (1857-1942) was an occultist and co-creator of the Rider-Waite Tarot
deck. Born in the United States, and raised in England, Waite joined the Hermetic
Order of the Golden Dawn at the age of 33 and also entered the Societas Rosicru-
ciana in Anglia eleven years later. The Golden Dawn was torn by internal feuding
until Waite’s departure in 1914. The following year he formed the Fellowship of the
Rosy Cross, not to be confused with the Rosicrucians. His last book, at the very end,
is the most important.

and Practice of the Magnum Opus. Includes an Appendix, Index, and an Alphabetical

Doctrine and Literature of the Kabalah: From whatever point of view, the Kabalah is
of importance: it connects with literature greater than itself and with pregnant issues of
history. It is part of the history of philosophy, and as such it once entered into the
thought of Europe. It is responsible, broadly speaking, for all that strange tissue of
symbolism and ceremonial which made up the magic of the Middle Ages; at a later
period it sought to transform alchemy; it tinctured many of those conventional prac-

Magical Writings of Thomas Vaughan (Eugenius Philalethes): A Verbatim Reprint of

His First Four treatises; Anthroposophia Theomagica; Anima Magica Abscondita;
Magia Adamica; and the True Coelum Terrae. The Magical Writings of Thomas
Vaughan constitute an explanatory prolegomena not only to the general history of
practical transcendentalism, and to the philosophy of transcendental art, from the
standpoint of a Christian initiate, but they are especially directed to the interpretation
of alchemical symbolism; they claim to provide the intelligent reader with a substan-
tially fresh revelation of that mysterious First Matter of the Magnum Opus. Thomas
Vaughan enlarges the theoretical scope of alchemical processes, and delineates the spi-

Secret Tradition in Freemasonry (1911): A two volume set. The volumes appeared in
1911, and so far as my knowledge goes, they formed in respect of production the most
beautiful work which has ever been issued in any land or language on the Masonic
Subject. This is NOT an early edition of Waite’s other work by the same name. Index:
Volume 1, Fundamental Relations of the Craft and the High Grades; Development of
the High Grades in Respect of the Ancient Alliance; Of the New Alliance of Free-
masonry; The Masonic Orders of Chivalry; Of Alchemy in Masonry; Of Magical and
Kabbalistic Degrees; Of the Mysteries on their Mystical Side, and of this Subject in its
Relation to Masonry; Appendices; Index. 862 pages.

Secret Tradition in Freemasonry (1937): This was Waite’s last book and according to
the editor the most important book ever written on the esoteric aspects of Freemasonry.
“I am not offering in this book a revised edition of two volumes which appeared under
the same title so far back as 1911. It is so altered, extended and transformed that it
may claim to be a new undertaking and to supersede in fact that which it preserves in
name.” Waite not only reedited and radically restructured the two volume edition, but
he incorporated much of his Emblematic Freemasonry (1925) that it might, as he said,
supersede the previous work. This was Waite’s last and (in his opinion) most impor-
tant work on Freemasonry. Index: Creative and Emblematic Freemasonry; Craft De-
grees and Their Connections; Second Holy House; New Alliance in Freemasonry;
Quest in Christian Ritual; Masonic Orders of Chivalry Apart from Templar Grades;
Templar Grades of Freemasonry; Of Alchemy in Masonry; Of Magical and Kabbalistic.
