5.1

Cake Breaker Conveyor 1 Unit


Arrangement: To break & convey the fibre and nuts from the Presses and break it up and transport to the second Cake breaker conveyor & than to depericarping Column. 600 mm diameter spiral full flight screw type c/w lifting bar. The conveyor shell is to be fabricated from 6mm thk ms plate and wear plate shall be Fabricated from 6mm thick m.s.plates. Spiral scrolls shall be 6mm thick plate with 480 mm pitches to be intermediately welded onto the API Pipe 100mm dia Sch80. 50 x 100L x 6t lifting bar welded onto screw act as lifters. Cover made of expanded metal mesh of size 38x114x4.5mm rigidly welded to m.s. Angle and flats Side of the conveyor to be raised up by 250mm from top of the conveyor to prevent spillage of fibre. Supporting structure and catwalk/platform 4.5t chequered for conveyors. Shaft diameter shall be 75mm N.B. mounted to the main pipe API 100mm sch 80 pipe and joined together by bolts. Support and maintenance walkway & Interconnecting staircase shall provide. The complete conveyor is to be rigidly mounted on The press structure, depericarper structure and ancillary supports.

Depericarper Column 1 Unit


Arrangement: Type: Construction: To separate the nuts out from the fibre. Vertical rectangular steel box pneumatic separator. The vertically mounted rectangular column shall be fabricated from 4.5mm thick mild steel plate supported by 125mm x 125mm x 10mm mild steel angles. Cross section area of 550(W)x525(D) x 4500 S/L Accessories: Perspex sheet 10mm thk inspection windows at both sides of column these Perspex sheets are to mount onto the column with 50 wide x 6mm thk ms flat flanged and M12 countersunk head bolts and nuts c/w ring nuts. Adjustable damper-leak proof. The depericarper shall have provisions for connection to the cake breaker conveyor and a circular outlet at the bottom to fit into the nut drum.

Nut Polishing Drum (Depericarper Rotating Drum) 1 Unit


Arrangement: Type: Capacity : Construction: To polish the nuts and transfer them to the nut Conveyor. Horizontal Rotary Drum of 750 diameter x ~3500mm L. 15 tons FFB/hr The drum shall be fabricated from 8mm thick mild steel plate with Internal lifting scrapper. The drum shall be supported by two end plummer block bearing FAG/SKF made dia 75mm with internal spiral screw Ribbon 9t mild steel welded to 100mm NB shaft. Collecting/discharge chutes. Geared-Motor/rollers rigid support. Drives: 3 kW geared motor drive sprockets and transmission chains 38mm pitch to give a final speed of Drums 17-rpm, SF 1.5. The drive shall install on to a rigid m.s. base plate.

Fibre Cyclone, Fan and Ductings-1 unit


Arrangement: A mechanism to enable pneumatic separation of nuts from fibre. Air carries the lighter fibre portion into a fuel conveyor; the heavier nuts drop into the polishing drum. Cylindrical tank with conical bottom section. 15 tons FFB/hr , 1.9m dia The cyclone shall be of 6mm thick mild steel Plates The air ducting shall be of 4.5mm thick mild steel plate. The depericarper ducting to the cyclone shall be of 4.5mm thick mild steel plate. Accessories: 600mm diameter air lock driven by 3 kw geared motor, sf 1.5 speed reducer via direct couple or sprockets 42 rpm. Induce suction fan with a capacity of 18,000 m3/hr at 250 mm Wg.. Motor to be 40 hp 4P Teco make. Final speed should not exceed 2000 rpm. A louver type air damper controller shall be provided at outlet of fan. . Taper lock pulleys, belts, FAG plummer block bearings . The outlet of fan shall facing upward.

Inclined Nut Conveyor -1 unit


Arrangement: Type: Construction: To convey the nut from nut polishing drum to destoner. 300 mm diameter "U" type screw conveyor The shell and wear plate of the conveyor shall be Fabricated from 6mm thick mild steel plate. Spiral plate shall be 6mm thick M.s plate. The main pipe shaft shall be manufacture from 65mm N.B. black C pipe in section and joined together with bolts & nuts to short lengths of solid connecting Polished steel shaft 50mm dia . The screw at 250 Pitch shall intermediately welded onto the hollow Shaft. Destoner System 1 Set


Arrangement : The system comprises of vertical expansion column, support, transport ducting, chute, nut cyclone, airlocks and fan. The nut auger conveyor conveys polished nuts from the polishing drum to the vertical separation column whereby at entry, the heavier stones and iron debris fall to the ground while the nuts are dropped into the nut elevator. The system suitable for 6 tones of nuts/hr. a) The destoner cyclone shall be fabricated from 6mm thick M.S. plate. b) All air ducting and columns shall be 4.5mm thick and to provide with 2 pieces of 9mm thk clear Perspex sheet as inspection windows. These windows are located in between the inlet/outlet chute. c) Adjustable vertical throttle plate installed directly opposite the inlet feed chute shall be incorporated to facilitate air velocity adjustments.

a) One unit destoner fan suitable capacity to suck up 6.0 tons of nuts per hour. The capacity of the fan shall not less than 8,000 m3/hr at 300mm wg of Novenco with louvers type air damper driven by 15 hp motor. Fan speed shall be ~2200 rpm. Nut Hopper (Silo) 1 Unit

The silo shall be supported by 150mm x 150mm x 12 t columns and 6mm thick mild steel plates suitably stiffened by 100x50 RSC and 50x50 RSA c/w with 2 nos bottom outlet chutes suitable for 2 nos of 6T Nut/Hr. Ripple Mill and vibrating feeders. Maintenance platform made of 4.5mm cheq. Plate shall be provided c/w access ladder to the ripple mill operating platform

Fibre Cyclones Supporting Structures And Platforms-1 lot


Arrangement: Construction: To support the cyclones, air ducting etc. a) The columns shall be 150mm x 150mm MS angle suitably stiffened by angles and channels. b) The checkered plates shall be 4.5mm thick and the hand railings shall be 38mm/32mm diameter black A pipes at top rail and 38mm at bottom rail with 4.5mm thick x 100mm toe plates. Access staircases from ground to the various levels of catwalks and gangways shall be provided. c) Platform using RSC 150x75 stiffenen with RSA 50x50 and RSC 100x50 d) The Fibre Fan Suction Trucking is to be fabricated from 4.5mm M.S. plate in section. Support for the trunking shall be adequately provides. e) Staircase connecting to shell hopper shall include. f) Roof cover with similar profile and color to the main process building shall be provided
