CERTIFIED ISO 20121 LEAD IMPLEMENTER

MASTERING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF EVENT SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ESMS) BASED ON ISO 20121 SUMMARY
This intensive course enables the participants to understand and develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing an Event Sustainability Management System (ESMS) based on ISO 20121. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the best practices used to implement the qualitative processes relevant to sustainable events and event management. ISO 20121 also includes practical guidance on communications, operational planning and control, stakeholder identification and engagement, supply chain management and procurement, and issue evaluation. This standard is suitable for all sizes and types of events and can be applied to all occasions, from a local craft show to a major event and is applicable to event owners, organizers and suppliers. Organizations can demonstrate voluntary conformity with ISO 20121 by either self-declaration or as a confirmation by different parties having an interest in the organization.

The Certified ISO 20121 Lead Implementer exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP). The exam covers the following competence domains: DOMAIN 1: FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES AND CONCEPTS OF EVENT SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT

Main Objective: To ensure that the ISO 20121 Lead Implementer candidate can understand, interpret and illustrate the main Event Sustainability Management concepts related to an Event Sustainability Management System (ESMS) DOMAIN 2: EVENT SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES BASED ON ISO 20121

Main Objective: To ensure that the ISO 20121 Lead Implementer candidate can understand, interpret and provide guidance on how to implement and manage an Event Sustainability Management requirements based on best practices of ISO 20121 DOMAIN 3: PLANNING AN ESMS BASED ON ISO 20121

CERTIFICATION
