ABOUT THE CONFERENCE Environmental governance is a concept in political ecology or environmental policy related to defining the elements needed to achieve sustainability. All human activities-political, social and economic- should be understood and managed as subsets of the environment and ecosystems. Global crisis issues should be analyzed and mitigated in the backdrop of local perspective. This Conference intends to address various dimensions of global crises focusing on the maintenance, management and governance of the environment including prescriptive solutions and policy dimensions. CONFERENCE PROGRAM The conference will be held for three days with parallel sessions on the listed themes. There will be keynote sessions in the conference, and each technical session will have one invited lecture. Panel discussion on the conference title will be held towards the end of the conference. Please specify the mode of presentation i.e. oral or poster. Poster presentation should fit within 1 m x 1 m area. Only unpublished original research articles will be accepted.
