HADPA Allocation While having HSDPA allocation with throughput about 1.4Mbps, sudden Ec/No degradation observed (from 8dB to -21dB), causing rl_failure in serving cell. Even though UE was sending MR(e1a), not heard by RNC since synch lost due to rl_failure. After RRC drop, UE was trying to reestablish rrc connection using cell update (based on T315), but was not able to recover.
