All HAVELLS Storage electric water heaters come with Glass lined inner tank to prevent rust & corrosion which sustains high pressure of up to 8 bars making it suitable for working in high-rise building installations and where pressure pumps are installed for showers & Jacuzzi. Magnesium Anode rod fights against corrosion and adds life to the element & inner tank. The Incoloy 800 heating element which is also Glass lined ensures longer life for the element even in hard water. As a prevention against electric shocks, HAVELLS water heaters come fitted with ELCB (Electric leakage circuit breaker) that disconnects electric supply to the water heater in case of any fault in the earth wiring of installed home. The CFC free PUF insulation of high thickness ensures low standing loss which helps accelerate your savings as it only consumes half a unit of electricity for 24 hour operation. 1. Vitreous Enamel Coated Tank with single Weld Line Design: A. Made of Ultra thick super cold rolled steel plates 2mm thick B. Provides more corrosion resistance and anti-rust properly resulting in longer life compared to standard inner tank designs. C. A die-hard life span for inner tank and more than 25% strength than S.S. tank, ensured by multiple on line testing including 1. Uric Acid Test 2. Anti Alkaline Test 3. Fatigue Test 4. Environment Synchronization Test Heavy Duty Anode Rod Protects Tank From Corrosion: With steel core, magnesium anode rod protects enamelled tank from rust and corrosion.

Incoloy Heating Element: Incololy 800 Heating element glass coated offers superior heating performance with its excellent resistance to both oxidation & carbonization at high temp. setting. Also resists errosion against most extreme and hard water conditions thus extending life span of heating elements with minimum energy loss. Energy Saving High Density Puf Insulations: CFC free thicker PUF insulation offers complete protection against radiant heat loss.

Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) : Havells water heaters is equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) which will cut off the power immediately in case of any current leakage.The main purpose of earth leakage circuit breaker is to prevent injury to humans due to electric shocks.

Digital Setting ( Sets Start & Stop Time ) - Setting automatic operation of water heater for Auto off and Auto on time. Digital Temperature Setting - 25 degree centigrade to 75 degree centigarde Energy Saving temperature Setting - Best energy saving temperature setting proposal is 55 degree centigrade. This can be set by pressing the up and down key together and 55 degree centigrade energy saving symbol will start ashing on Digital Screen. Sun Symbol - During the period of heating from 60 degree centigrade to 65 degree centigrade SUN symbol will appear and will keep ashing on digital screen . SUN symbol will disappear from screen once temperature reaches to 65 degree centigrade. Digital Clock - Clock to set Real Time ,Auto off Time, Auto on Time ( 24 hour Time Clock) Dry Heating Warning - In the event of No water heater inside Tank and Power on mode. The temperature inside will rise suddenly, In 2min rise is 25 degree centigrade or Temperature go beyond 90 degree centigrade . Dry burning alarm will start appearing on digital screen in the symbol of FIRE . Switch off Power, Fill up the water heater in tank of heater. Whirl Flow Technology - The whirl ow ensures no immediate direct contact between cold and hot water for a faster heating and maximum energy saving effect.
