GUESS THE FLAVOURS TO WIN Official Contest Rules (the Rules) THE GUESS THE FLAVOURS TO WIN CONTEST (the Contest) IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW. THIS IS AN ONLINE CONTEST ONLY. INTERNET ACCESS AND PERSONAL FACEBOOK PROFILE REQUIRED. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Making a purchase of any products of Sponsor (as defined below) will not increase chances of winning. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. 1. ELIGIBILITY To be eligible, participants must: a) be a legal resident of Canada; b) not be an employee, officer, director, member, representative, agent or member of the jury of the Sponsor and any independent contest organization or administrator, their affiliates (including, without limitation, their parent, sister and subsidiary companies), advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of services or materials related to the Contest or a person with whom they are domiciled; and c) have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence at the time of entry or, if a minor, must have reached the age of 13 and have permission from the participants parent or guardian to take part in this Contest, and such participants parent or guardian must agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Rules along with, and on behalf of, his/her minor child. Sponsor may request a parent's or guardian's email address from anyone who participates in this Contest for the purpose of verifying with the parent or guardian that he/she has in fact given permission for such participation. In the event that participation by a minor has taken place without permission, the participants entry shall be void, and will be removed immediately and without notice to such participant; Groups, clubs, organizations, businesses and commercial and non-commercial entities cannot participate in the Contest. 2. CONTEST DESCRIPTION AND HOW TO ENTER The Contest is sponsored by Yoplait Canada Co. (the Sponsor). The Contest begins at 1:00:00 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on December 25, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on December 25, 2013 (the Contest Period). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (EST) on December 25, 2013 (the Contest Closing Date). Sponsors website administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. ON-LINE ENTRY The Contest will take place on the Yoplait Canada The YOP Facebook page at http://facebook.com/yopcanada (the Page). To be entered into the Contest, eligible participants will (a) be required to post a maximum of one comment from his/her Facebook account (the Comment) during the Contest Period under an image posted by the Sponsor or its representatives on December 25, 2013 on the Page entitled Dec. 25 (the Image) and (b) provide in the Comment the correct answer to the following question: Guess what flavour is in each bottle? (the Question). The Image will contain five (5) images of YOP bottles each wrapped in a different coloured ribbon and bow

representing a different YOP flavour, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion prior to the Contest Period (each, a Flavour). For greater certainty only, eligible participants will be required to provide the correct Flavour name for each YOP bottle displayed in the Image in the participants Comment, and each Flavour will be specifically associated with one corresponding YOP bottle image in the Image. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Rules, an eligible participant who correctly answers the Question in such participants Comment under the Image, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion, during the Contest Period shall be entered into the Contest (the Entry). Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Contest Period. Each participant may only use one (1) personal Facebook account to participate in this Contest. Entries that are late, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Rules, may be declared invalid by Sponsor at its own discretion at any time. Subject to applicable law and regulations, all Comments and Entries become the property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned. 3. PRIZE One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of one (1) Acer Aspire E laptop computer (the Prize). The approximate retail value of the Prize is $449.99 CDN. The Prize is not convertible to cash, must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable and not for resale. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. 4. DRAW A random draw will be made starting approximately at 10:00 AM (EST) on December 26, 2013 (the "Draw Date") to select one (1) winner from all Entries. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of Entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Before being awarded the Prize, the potential Prize winner (and, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign and return within the time stipulated by the Sponsor, a full release and indemnity form (the Release) stating that, among other things, he/she has read and understood these Rules, grants all consents required, authorizes the Sponsor to broadcast, publish and disseminate his/her name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, sobriquet and voice, in connection with any promotion or publicity, and/or for general news, entertainment and information purposes at no additional compensation, beyond the awarding of or participation in the Prize, accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Sponsor from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winners participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the Prize. In addition, in order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered on Facebook by direct message to the entrants account used to enter the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the winner, the winning Entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook account at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the Facebook account used at the time of entry. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Facebook account associated with the selected Entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Two (2) attempts will be made to notify the selected entrant through the Facebook account used to enter the Contest at the time of entry. The selected entrant is responsible for: (i) ensuring that his/her Facebook account settings are set so as to be able to receive such messages from the Sponsor; and (ii) timely checking his or her Facebook account for any such message(s); failing which, the Sponsor may disqualify such potential winner at its sole discretion. If a selected entrant does not respond on Facebook within seven (7) days, or fails to return the signed Release within the specified time, he/she will be disqualified and will have no claim against the Sponsor with respect to the Contest, or anything related to the Contest and will no longer be

eligible for the Prize. For each disqualified selected entrant, an alternate entrant will be randomly selected from among the remaining Entries and the above process will be repeated until one (1) entrant has successfully been contacted and has complied with all requirements of the Rules and Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any Facebook notification or for any other reason whatsoever of a selected entrant to receive a Facebook notification from the Sponsor. 5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY Entries attempted by methods other than those described in these Rules shall be deemed void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, accounts or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify from this Contest, and any future contest or other promotion Sponsor conducts, any individual that it finds or believes (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion) to be tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the Contest or Page, using or submitting inappropriate content, such as vulgar, obscene, derogatory, illegal, or pornographic content, or acting in violation of the Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTEST PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 6. GENERAL All decisions of the Sponsor and the Contests administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, and the Sponsor and the administrator shall not be held responsible and shall not be liable for any accident, negligence, printing, administrative or other errors that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible and shall not be held liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participants participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible entrants. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, garbled, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. By participating in this Contest, each participant (and, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian): (i) agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters relating to the Contest; and (ii) consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies the participant as an

individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by the Sponsor for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Contest. In the event that a participant chooses to participate in the Contest using a compatible mobile device, standard data use and service rates apply and may vary according to the participants mobile device package and mobile service provider. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Any intellectual property, including, without limitation, trademarks, trade names, logos, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations used in the Contest material are owned by the Sponsor or its affiliates. All rights are reserved. It is strictly forbidden to copy or use any materials protected by copyright or any materials that constitute intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Sponsor. 8. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION AND AMENDMENT If for any reason, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its control, the Sponsor reserves its right, subject to the approval of the Rgie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec and applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, amend, extend or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, and select a winner from previously received applicable eligible Entries. The Sponsor reserves its right to modify the Rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions hereof and to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors relating to the Contest or the Page. 9. APPLICABLE LAWS The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The Rules are subject to change without notice to conform to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal law, regulations, or policies of any other entity that has jurisdiction over the Sponsor. 10. FOR RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Rgie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 11. FACEBOOK The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. Facebook is completely released of all liability by each participant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not Facebook.
