ABRAMOV Igor Ivanovich (born on 11 August 1954) Doctor of Physics and Mathematics. He is Professor of Microelectronics Department at Belarus State University of Informatics and Radio-Electronics
(BSUIR). He is now a head of scientific-research laboratory Physics of Micro- and Nanoelectronics
Devices at BSUIR.He published over 150 technical papers, including three monographs. His current
research interests include physics and design of micro- and nanoelectronic devices.
AFONIN Igor Leonidovich (born in 1958) Candidate of Science, senior lecturer at Radio-Electronics
Faculty of Sevastopol State Technical University. His main research interests are CAD and design of
microwave devices using advanced transmission lines, as well as design of principles for the measured
information processing and microwave measurements automation.
BATURA Mikhail Pavlovich (born on 16 May 1950) Doctor of Science, professor, rector of the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (Republic of Belarus), academician of the
Belarusian Engineering Academy. Received his PhD in 1984. In 2003 presented second doctors thesis. Areas of scientific interest: system analysis, information processing and control in technical and organizational systems. Author of more than 100 scientific works and publications. He is co-chairman of
CriMiCo2005 Program Committee.
BETSKY Oleg Vladimirovich (born in 1938) Professor, Doctor of Science, RF State Prize winner. He
graduated from Moscow Power Institute (1963). He received a C. Sc. degree in1967 and D. Sc. degree
in 1980. He is head of lab. at Inst. Radio Engin. and Electronics RAS, general director of JSC MTAEHF (Moscow). He holds 20 patents and he is author (co-author) of over 150 scientific articles, 5
monographs. His main research interests are microwave electronics and millimeter electromagneticbiology.
BRATCHIKOV Alexandr Nikolayevich (born on 15 August 1948 in Moscow) Doctor of Science, professor of Radio-Transmitting and Antenna-Feeder Devices Department of Flying Vehicles RadioElectronics Faculty at Moscow State Aviation Institute (MAI Technical University). He received degree in radio-electronics from MAI in 1973, a C.Sc. in 1983, and a D.Sc in 2001. He was awarded Soros Lecturer in 1995 and 1996. His main research interests are laser and fiber-optical technology application in antenna technique, biology and medicine. He is author (co-author) of over 80 technical publications, including 10 patents, 1 monograph and 5 educational supplies. Co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee in 2003-2004. He was co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee for the period
2003-2005, vice co-chairman since 2006.
BRZHEZINSKY Vladislav Adamovich (born on 13 December 1935) Doctor of Science, Professor of
SNTU and Sevastopol National University of Nuclear Energy and Industry (SNUNEI). He graduated
from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Physical faculty) in 1959. In 1962-1964 he was post graduate student at the Faculty of electronics. In 1964-1972 he was principal engineer and the head of laboratory at SRI Sapfir. In 1972-1987 he was senior staff scientist and the head of laboratory at SRI of
Instrumentation (Ministry of Medium Machine-Building). His professional interests are in the influence
of ionizing radiation on semiconductor devices. He is the author of over 100 scientific articles. He is the
member of specialized academic council of SNUNEI.
CHECHETIN Anatoly Vasilievich (born in 1943) director general of the Faza scientific and production public corporation, Academician of National Security Academy, acting academic advisor at the
Russian Federation Academy of Engineering Sciences. He graduated from Rostov State University
(radio physics faculty) in 1965. He is author and co-author of over 20 scientific works and inventors
certificates. The subject of his professional interests is super-high-frequency electronics.
CHMIL Vladimir Moiseyevich (born in 1947) Candidate of Science (1988), academician of Ukrainian
Academy of Sciences (1995) and Ukrainian Academy of Economic Cybernetics (1998), winner of
Ukraine State Prize. Currently he is president of Public Corporation SPC Saturn. His scientific interests cover microwave technology, mm-wave solid-state devices (radio-relay and satellite communications, radiometry). He is the author of many inventions in the field of advanced instrumentation technologies for radioastromical and other special applications. He is one of CriMiCo organizers.

CHURYUMOV Gennady Ivanovich (born 12 February 1952) Doctor of Science, Professor (faculty of
Physical Fundamentals of Electronics at Kharkov National University of Radioelectronics). He is the
chief of scientific educational-research laboratory Electronica-Orion. Senior Member of the IEEE. His
current scientific interests include: electromagnetic energy generation, amplification and conversion in
nonlinear systems; mathematical simulation of electron-wave processes in microwave vacuum devices; methods for electronic and optoelectronic devices simulation and design (virtual laboratories);
dynamic chaos in microwave and optoelectronic devices; microwave technologies application; the influence of power electromagnetic radiation on electronic and optoelectronic devices, elements and systems.
DEMCHENKO Alexandr Ivanovich (born on 13 May 1947) Doctor of Science, deputy science director
of Minsk SRI of Radiomaterials, head of Special Design Office of Electronics at SPC Integral (Belarus). He received a C.Sc. degree in 1980 and a D.Sc. degree in 1993. His current research interests
are design of microelectronic devices, based on advanced physical principles; materials and technology, including microwave chips; opto-electronic devices; magneto-electric devices; various sensors.
GALDETSKY Anatoly Vasilievich (born on 2 October 1956) Ph.D., head of FSUE "Istok" (Fryazino).
Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1978. His main research interests are
simulation and development of vacuum microwave devices, microwave electrodynamics.
GORDIENKO Yury Yemelyanovich (born in1940) Doctor of Science. He is professor, Head of Microelectronics and Electron Devices department in KhNURE. He graduated form Kharkov National
University (faculty of radio physics) in 1962. He received C.Sc. degree in 1969 and D.Sc. doctoral thesis degree in 1985. His main research interests are microwave diagnostics of semiconductors,
nanoelectronics and nanotechnologies. He is the author of over 200 scientific articles. He holds over
30 patents. He is co-author of 5 educational supplies in the field of microelectronics. He is the member
of advisory committee of instrument-making at Department of education and science of Ukraine.
GROMOV Dmitry Viktorovich (born on 4 May 1949) Doctor of Science, Professor of Electronics Faculty at Moscow Institute of Physics & Engineering (MIPE), head of Spels Co. department (Moscow).
He received degree in automation and electronics from MIPE in 1972, a C.Sc. in 1983, and a D.Sc in
2001. His scientific interests include radiation effects in semiconductor microwave electronics, electromagnetic resistance of electron devices. He is author and co-author of over 90 scientific articles, including 1 monograph, 24 papers in different scientific magazines. He holds 8 inventors certificates and
3 patents.
GUIMPILEVICH Yuri Borisovich (born on 16 April 1950) D.Sc., Professor, head of Radio Engineering
Department at Sevastopol National Technical University. He graduated from Sevastopol Institute of Instrumentation. His research interests are in microwave measurements. He is author of about 100 technical papers and 30 patents concerning the problem of waveguide measurements, including those,
based on multi-port calibrated circuits. The devices for integral control of various waveguide systems
(including space vehicles) have been practically implemented.
GYUNTER Victor Jakovlevich (born on 11 July 1945) C.Sc., director-general of research-andproduction company Mikran, research manager in SRI of Electric Communication Systems at Tomsk
University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics. He graduated from Tomsk Institute of Radioelectronics and Electronic Engineering in 1969. In 1976 defended his C.Sc. thesis. His scientific interests
include microwave technology and telecommunication systems. He is Chevalier of Order For Services.

ILCHENKO Mikhail Yefimovich (born on 13 September 1941) Professor, Doctor of Science, Corresponding Member of Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences, winner of USSR and Ukraine State
Prize in the field of science & technology. He is a Honorary Scientist of Ukraine, Honorary Member of
IEEE and other international Academies of Science. Prof. M.Ye. Ilchenko is pro-rector of UNTU Kiev
Polytechnic Institute, the head of Communications Department and director of Telecommunications
SRI at UNTU KPI. At present he conducts scientific research in the field of theoretical radio engineering, radio-physics and microwave technology. He designs the new class of microwave telecommunication devices and systems. Co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee in 2003-2005.
IVANCHUK Nikolay Andreyevich (born on 2 January 1946) Academician of International Communications Academy and International Academy of Natural and Social Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Science, deputy chief of Radioelectronic Industry Department at Russian Federal Industrial Agency. He
graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1968. For the period 1990-1992 he
was rector of All-Union Institute of Supervisors and Engineers Advanced Training; since 1992 he was
director of General Scientific Department at Russian Ministry of Industry; since 1993 he was deputy
chief of General Directorate of Communications Industry at Russian State Committee of Defense
Department. He is Honorary Radio Specialist of Russia; Russian Defense Department Prize winner.
He is co-chairman of CriMiCo Program Committee since 2006.
KARUSHKIN Nikolay Fyodorovich (born in Yaroslavl, Russia on 8 March 1939) Candidate of Science, head of department in SRI ORION. He graduated from Kharkov State University and received
his C.Sc degree from SPC Istok (Fryazino, Russia). He is the winner of Ukraine State Prize in the
field of science & technology. The subject of his current scientific interest is design of solid state devices for millimeter and sub-millimeter bands.
KISTCHINSKY Andrey Alexandrovich (born on 4 December 1959) Candidate of Science, deputy director general chief designer of Microwave Systems Close Corporation (Moscow, Russia). In 1983
he graduated from Moscow Institute of Electronics. In 1992 he defended his thesis about FET nonlinear microwave devices design. His scientific interests cover methods of creation of wideband microwave amplifiers, control devices and solid-state circuits, superwideband active phase antenna arrays
and their elements. Over 50 papers. Deputy of CriMiCo Program Committee Co-Chairman in 20032005.
KOROLYOV Aleksandr Nikolayevich (born in 1940) Candidate of Science, director general of FSUE
SPC Istok (Fryazino), Academician of International Academy of Applied Radioelectronics. He graduated from Lvov Polytechnic Institute in 1963. He worked in Central Experimental Communications Institute at Ministry of Defense of USSR and Radioengineering Institute at Academy of Sciences of USSR.
He is State Prize winner in the field of science and technology, Russian Defense Department Prize
winner.
KORSHUNOV Fyodor Pavlovich (born on 15 May 1934) Doctor of Science, Professor, Corresponding Member of NAS of Belarus. He is well-known scientist in the field of solid-state radiation physics,
laureate of Belarus State Prize. He received degree in electrical engineering from Riga Military College
in 1957. He took part in nuclear tests in Novaya Zemlya. Since 1962 till present he worked in the Institute of Solid-State Physics and Semiconductors (currently he is deputy director of scientific research).
He is author and co-author of over 400 scientific papers, including 3 monographs. He is the member of
scientific councils concerning solid-state radiation physics and solid-state physics. He was awarded the
Order of Honor.
KURAYEV Alexander Alexandrovich (born on 11 December 1937 in Saratov, Russia) Professor,
Doctor of Science, honored worker of Republic Belarus, head of Antennas and microwave devices
Department of Belarus State University of Informatics and Radio electronics. He published 6 monographs and more than 200 scientific papers. He develops the scientific trend of theoretical investigation, mathematical simulation and optimization of linear and non-linear electromagnetic processes for
application in microwave electronics and electrodynamics. Deputy of CriMiCo Program Committee CoChairman since 2003.
LIPATOV Anatoly Alexeyevich (born in 1929) Candidate of Science, the leading scientist of SC at
Ukraine Ministry of Defense, Professor of Telecommunications Department at UNTU KPI. The subject of his scientific and educational activity covers microwave telecommunication systems and technology. He is the winner of Ukraine State Prize in the field of science & technology. He was awarded
the Red Star Order and medals.

MAGDA Igor Ivanovich (born in Zagorsk, Russia, in 1944) Doctor of Science, Professor, the head of
Microwave Relativistic Electronic Laboratory at Institute of Plasma Electronics and New Methods of
Acceleration, NSC KhIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine). He graduated from Kharkov State University (Radio
Physics Faculty). His present research interests include plasma electronics, high-current electron and
ion bunches, high power relativistic electronics, electromagnetic compatibility and electromagnetic
equipment resistance to electromagnetic interference of ultra-short duration. He is the author of over
100 technical papers and 10 inventions. Since 1993 he is the member of CriMiCo Program Committee.
MANOILOV Vyacheslav Filippovich (born on 1941) Doctor of Science, Professor, the head of Biomedical Systems Faculty at Zhitomir Istitute of Engineering and Technology. He is the author of more
than 130 scientific papers, tutorials and Ukrainian patents. His scientific interests are in the field of
biomedical devices and systems, biophysics, microwave technology, electrodynamics and radiophysics.
MOZHAR Mikhail Kondratyevich (born on 11 October 1946) Doctor of Science, Professor, Academician of International Academy of Applied Electronics, Director of state enterprise SRI "Orion". He
graduated from Kharkov Academy of Military Radioengineering in 1969, and received his D.Sc. in
1991. He worked as the head of department in Kharkov Academy of Military Radioengineering, deputy
chief of Kharkov Military University, chief designer of the Factory n.a. Malyshev. His scientific interests
are in optimization of radar systems control.
NARITNIK Theodor Nikolayevich (born on 1 July 1946) Candidate of Science, Professor of Telecommunications Department at UNTU Kiev Polytechnic Institute, director of Institute of Electronics
and Communications at UASNP (Kiev, Ukraine). He has worked out and implemented a series of microwave radio-relay stations and the first home microwave system MITRIS. He is the winner of Ukraine
and USSR State Prize in the field of science & technology. He published over 200 research papers
and holds 65 patents.
NECHAYEV Evgeny Evgenievich (born in 1952) Doctor of Science, Professor of Radio Devices Department of Aviation Design and Groups Faculty at Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation
(MSTU CA). He received degree in radio-engineering from Novosibirsk State Technical University in
1974, CSc. from Moscow State Aviation Institute (MAI Technical University) in 1988, and a DSc from
MSTU CA in 2004. His main research interests are antenna theory and technique, antenna metrology.
He is author (co-author) of over 140 technical publications, including 50 patents, 1 monograph and 13
educational supplies.
OBUKHOV Ilya Andreyevich (born in Ufa, Russia on 20 May 1956) commercial manager of Interface
Ltd. and acting manager of laboratory at Institute of Machine Building (RAS). He graduated from M.V.
Lomonosov Moscow State University (Physical Faculty). Until 1982 he was a post-graduate student of the
same university. He received a C.Sc. in 1983 and was pointed a senior research fellow in 1987. Since
1987 he worked at the problems of nanoelectronics. He participated in the work of group, including specialists from SRI Pulsar, SCRRTI, SRIME, SRI Delta, etc., who have worked at creation and investigation of the first in USSR resonant-tunnel diodes (1989-1992). His recent scientific interests cover the
problems of charge transfer in structures, containing active nanometer areas; design of advanced quantum microwave and EHF devices, based on quantum wires and multi-layer hetero-structures. He is author
of over 60 technical papers, printed in the leading scientific magazines. He is the author of over 60 publications in scientific periodicals, including Simulation of charge transfer in mesoscopic structures (2005).

OBUKHOVETS Victor Alexandrovich (born on 6 June 1946 in Tbilisi, Georgia) - Doctor of Science,
Professor, Dean of Radio Engineering Faculty at Taganrog Sate University of Radio Engineering, Academician of International Academy of Informatization and Russian Academy of Engineering Sciences.
The honoured worker of the Higher School of Russia. He is the author of about 150 scientific papers.
His main research interests include CAD of phased antenna arrays, microwave devices and microstrip
antennas.
PLAKSIN Sergey Victorovich (born on 18 January 1960) - Ph.D degree from Kharkov state university
in 1988, head of Control systems department at the Institute of Transport Systems and Technologies
Transmag (ITST NAS of Ukraine). Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk State University (Radio Physics
Faculty). Senior researcher in the field of Physics of solid, Academic adviser of Transport Academy
of Sciences of Ukraine. Scientific interests: analysis of parameters of semiconductor materials using
microwave methods, microwave resonance diagnostics and therapy, semiconductor transformers of
solar energy. Over 70 advanced studies, including 13 patents and 1 tutorial on semiconductor microwave electronics.
POPLAVKO Yuri Mikhailovich (born in Saratov, Russia on 18 October 1934). He received the Dipl.-Ing
degree (1957) and Ph.D. degree (1964) in dielectrics and semiconductors from Kiev Polytechnic Institute KPI. His current interests are physics of dielectrics, microwave dielectrics, artificial pyroelectricity and sensors, as well as dielectric dispersion in vicinity of diffused phase transitions. Prof. Y. M. Poplavko published 8 Books and text-books, 160 papers in the refereed journals, and participated more
than in 60 scientific meetings: invited participant or lecturer in conferences: USA (4 times), France (3
times), England, Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech, Israel, South Korea, Netherlands. He
works as Invited Professor in the Universities: Bulgaria, Portugal, Germany, South Korea. From the
year 1996 Prof. Y. M. Poplavko is a Chapter Chairman of ED/MTT/CPMT divisions of the IEEE in Central Ukraine (Kiev). He has awards for his text-book Physics of Dielectrics, award Soros Professorship, and a honoured teacher of National Technical University of Ukraine.
POYGINA Marianna Ivanovna Candidate of Science, Honored Worker of Electronic Industry. She
worked at Institute of Radio Engineering Problems, which was further reformed into the Head Branch
Institute at Ministry of Electronic Industry SRI Orion. Since 1995 she is supervisor of Basic Center
of Microwave Technologies MICROTECH. She is the author of over 30 technical articles concerning
microwave electronics. She is one of CriMiCo conference organizers.
PUSTOVOYTENKO Vladimir Vladimirovich (born on 20 April 1946) Candidate of Science, chief research fellow of Marine Hydrophysical Institute of NASU (Sevastopol). He graduated from Kharkov
Polytechnical Institute (faculty of radio engineering) in 1970. He received his C.Sc. in 1985. His current
scientific interestd include: radar signals forming by choppy sea surface, modern space systems for
remote sensing of sea surface, space experiments with the use of domestically produced space vehicles.
RZHEVTSEVA Natalia (born in 1958) director of Library at Sevastopol National Technical University.
She graduated from Kharkov State Institute of Culture in 1979. Professional interests: library activities,
modern information technologies.
SAZONOV Dmitri Mikhailovich (born on 8 May 1933) Doctor of Science, Professor of Antennas &
Radiowaves Propagation Department at Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University),
Member of Academy of Natural Sciences. His present scientific interests cover EM field theory; analysis and synthesis of various antenna devices for any wave band; AA-based radar; microwave
waveguides; systems of microwave and antenna devices CAD; experimental setups for investigation of
high-power EM field influence on the objects; experimental setups for automated measurements of antenna and material media parameters. Prof. D.M. Sazonov published 3 books for high schools, 3
monographs, over 150 articles in the leading scientific magazines and proceedings of Russian and international scientific conferences. He holds 29 patents. He is IEEE Senior Member. Since January
1996 he is the head of Russian IEEE APS-Chapter and Russian IEEE LEOS-Chapter.

Faculty at Sevastopol National Technical University. Scientific research interests are: communication systems, navigation systems, radar systems, remote sensing, antennas and microwave propagation, controllers, technological equipment sensors, applied problems, power suppliers. He is the author of over 130
scientific and methodical works and patents.
SHOKALO Vladimir Mikhailovich (born in 1948) Professor, Doctor of Science, head of Basic Radio
Techniques Department at Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (KNURE). He graduated
from KNURE (Radioengineering Faculty) in 1971. Received his CSc degree in 1979 and a DSc degree
in 1996. The subjects of his scientific interests are: energy transmission via microwave ray, microwave
radioengineering systems, antenna theory and technology. He is the author (co-author) of over 150
scientific articles, 2 monographs, holds 11 patents.
SHULGA Valery Mikhailovich (born on 16 August 1944) Professor, D.Sc., Member of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Deputy Director of Radioastronomy Institute of NASU. In 1966 he graduated from Kharkov State University (Radiophysics and Electronics Faculty). Leading specialist in the
field of radiophysics and radioastronomy. His scientific interests are in the cryogenics, physics of the
solid, quantum radiophysics and radioastronomy. Honored scientist of Ukraine, State Prize winner.
Deputy Chief Editor of Radiophysics & Radioastronomy magazine.
SITKO Sergey Panteleymonovich (born on 1 April 1936) Director of Scientific-Research Center of
quantum medicine VIDHUK at Ministry of Health of Ukraine. For the 30-years period he worked at
Nuclear Physics Department of Kiev National University. He is Doctor of Science, Professor, Honored
Worker of Ukraine in the field of science & technology, Chevalier of Kingdom of Belgium, holder of the
Great Gold Cross of Belgium. He published over 180 scientific papers. He is the chief editor of International Scientific Magazine Physics of the Living, the author of unique method of microwave resonant
therapy (MRT), which is used in more than 300 clinics. Doctor has found the new application for the
practical medicicne quantum medicine and the new section of fundamental physics physics of the
living. After international examination, which has been held on requirement of Ministry of Ukraine in
1989, MRT is considered as the new trend in the field of medicine. It is recommended by International
Health Organization to be used in clinics all over the world. Professor Sitko holds patents of Ukraine,
Russia, China, USA.
SLIPCHENKO Nikolay Ivanovich (born in1956) Professor, Candidate of Sciences, pro-rector of
KhNURE. He received degree in computer technique design from KhNURE in 1978. He is author of
over 60 scientific articles. He is co-author of 2 monographs and 4 education supplies. He holds more
than 21 inventors certificates.
SMOLSKY Sergey Mikhailovich (born on 2 January 1946 in Moscow) D.Sc., Professor, head of Department of Radio Receiving Devices at Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI). In 1970 he
graduated from MPEI (Radioengineering Faculty). In 1974 defended his C.Sc. thesis, in 1993 D.Sc.
thesis. Over 140 papers, 5 monographs. Full Member of International Academy of Informatization, International Academy of Electrical Sciences, International Academy of High School Sciences. IEEE
Member. Honored Doctor of a number of foreign universities. He was awarded by State Order of Poland for the services in specialists training. His scientific interests include: near radar systems design,
radio measuring and telemeters, medical electronics.
STAROSTENKO Vladimir Viktorovich (born on 1 February 1944) D.Sc., Head of Radiophysics and
Electronics Department at Tavria National University after Vernadsky (Simferopol). In 1966 graduated
form Kharkov State University (Radiophysics Faculty). He defended his C.Sc. thesis in 1973. Scientific
interests: nonlinear diffraction, power pulse electromagnetic fields interaction with complex structures,
including active ones; modeling of physical processes in electronic devices. Over 100 papers.

VOSKRESENSKY Dmitry Ivanovich (born on 17 October 1926) Professor, Doctor of Science, head
of Radio Transmitting and Antenna-Feeder Devices Department at Moscow State Aviation Institute
(MAI Technical University). The subjects of his scientific interests are theory and technology of
phased antenna arrays. He graduated from MAI (Radio Electronics Faculty) in 1951. He received a
C.Sc. degree in 1955 and a D.Sc. degree in 1966. He holds 32 patents and he is the author (coauthor) of over 170 scientific articles, 16 monographs. Such of them, as Bulging Scanning Antennas
(1978), Antennas and Microwave Devices CAD (1989) and Radio-Optical Antenna Arrays (1988) do
not have analogs in Russia and abroad. He is USSR State Prize winner.
VOTOROPIN Sergey Dmitriyevich (born on 9 October 1948) Ph.D., leading researcher at Research
Institute of Semiconductor Devices (Tomsk, Russia). He graduated from Tomsk State University (Radio Physics Dept.) in 1972. He published about 150 scientific papers and received 42 inventors certificates and patents. His research interests include design and development of oscillators and selfoscillating mixers on Gunn diodes and development of compact devices and short-range radar systems on their basis, as well as devices for informational medical technologies.
YEMELYANOV Vitor Andreyevich (born in 1948) Corresponding Member of the National Academy
of Science of Belarus, Doctor of Science, Professor, Corporate General Director of SPC Integral
(Belarus). He graduated from Kharkov Aviation Institute in 1973. He is the author (co-author) of about
300 scientific publications, including more than 50 authors certificates and patents, 12 monographs (5
of them are without co-authors), 14 educational and methodical supplies. His current research interest
is electronics.
YEREMKA Viktor Danilovich (born on 1938 in Donbass). He studied physical electronics at National
Technical University Kiev Polytechnical Institute and at Istok Corporation (Fryazino, Russia) in
1956-1961. He received a Ph.D. degree from Kharkov National University (1974). He is the leading
specialist in the field of design, development and investigation of gyro-devices, based on cyclotron
frequency harmonics; free-electrons-based lasers; magnetrons and other sources of millimeter and
sub-millimeter waves. He was supervisor of Physical Electronics Laboratory in 1984-1996. Since 1996
till 2001 he was the head of Department of Electrovacuum Sources Investigation and Technology at
A.Ya Usikov Institute of Radioelectronics (NASU). 2001 till present he is senior officer of the Department. Mr. Yeremka is the author of over 130 technical papers and 55 inventions. He is SPIE Member
since 1992, IEEE Member since 1995 and Fellow of Ukrainian Physical Society since 2001.
