As a result of a continually improving design and production process, KCA Bladder Tanks offer the highest quality, efficiency and affordability. These tanks conform to the European Communitys Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and carry the CE marking(*) as a result. To fulfill the highest certification requirements with the quickest delivery time and costs optimization, KCA Bladder Tanks are now manufactured in Europe in the FM Approved-PED compliant versions too.

Horizontal Pressure Proportioning System Model MXC-H-I with KWR wide range proportioner Available models are Horizontal and Vertical, with capacity ranging from 200 litres to 15,000 litres (25 litres to 20,000 litres for non FM version). Ratio controllers are FM approved as well and capable of supporting flowrates from 78 l/min to 12,200 l/min (75 l/min to 16,100 l/min) .

The KCA Wide Range Proportioner mixes accurately water and foam concentrate at a constant admixture ratio, 0% to 6% site-adjustable, over a large flowrate interval. This feature makes it particularly recommended for foam enhanced sprinkler systems and for multiple-hazards protection, where using just one proportioning device ensures installations simplicity and cost containment.

Bladder tanks are also offered in the MINI version for a cost-effective protection of small surface/high risk hazards. KCAs MINI Bladder Tanks have a volume of 25 liters to 50 liters and are charged with a 1% AFFF or AFFF-ARC foam. Adopting a modular strategy, these tanks are successfully employed in road/train tunnels fire protection.
