The importance of physical exercise

Each of us has a physical body made of muscles, blood, bones and various other living tissue. When any of these are injured or not working properly then we get ill. Nobody likes to be ill. So it is important that we keep our body healthy. Exercising the body is one way of keeping it healthy. If we do not exercise then our muscles become weaker and we are less able to do things properly. Also the bones can become weaker and thus break easily. There are many types of exercises that we may participate in. We may play badminton, football, netball or whatever games that we prefer. We may also jog, walk, swim or climb a mountain. Older folks prefer less strenuous exercises like Tai Chi, Yoga or a leisurely stroll in the park. For the really fit young people, there are rock-climbing, gymnastics and other physically demanding activities. We exercise to keep the body healthy. However there are some who overdo things and end up injuring themselves. It is fine to jog for a few kilometres. It is madness to jog until we are exhausted. Also they are people who become addicted to their exercises. They become unhappy when they are unable to exercise or when they lose to someone in a competition. Exercise is important. No exercise may result in a weak body. Too much exercise may result in injury. Neither extremes are good. It is up to us to be sensible in exercising.

Exercise
It is very important to exercise. Exercise is important because it can keep you in shape and will improve your health for the better. Many studies have shown that regular activities and exercise can improve someones overall health substantially. Exercise reduces the risk of heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, and high blood pressure. Exercise can also help you to maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints. Sports competitors must do physical activity on a regular basis to maintain their level of performance because it is necessary to train the body to be able to withstand physical activity. Along with physical activity comes weight loss. Weight loss can improve the meantal well-being and boost the confidence of any particular person. Also, studies have shown that people who exercise on a regular basis tend to live longer than those who don't. With all of these benefits in mind, i'm not sure why anyone wouldn't want to be physically fit and active! Try exercising a minimum of 3-4 days a week. Exercising includes walking, running, jogging, painting, biking, and there are plenty of other activities to try as well. My advice would be to pick something you enjoy doing and wouldn't mind doing on a regular basis and sticking to a schedule. You can even pick a few different activities to mix things up and keep it interesting. In weight training most people will work different muscle groups on different days in order to best work their body without over-doing it. This also saves time during the day because instead of working out for 3-5 hours in one day you can workout for an hour a day 3-5 days a week. It spreads out the exercise so you don't get sick of it and dread going. Also, your body will respond better because you will not be putting too much stress on yourself. Also, always stretch before physical activity! This is very important so that you do not pull or strain any muscles. Most importantly, to maintain a healthy body you must stay ACTIVE!
How long should I exercise?
Start off exercising 3 or more times a week for 20 minutes or more, and work up to at least 30 minutes, 4 to 6 times a week. This can include several short bouts of activity in a day. Exercising during a lunch break or on your way to do errands may help you add physical activity to a busy schedule. Exercising with a friend or a family member can help make it fun, and having a partner to encourage you can help you stick to it.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effects of exercise in your absolute health (mental, social, and physical health). If you are not well in one of the three parts, you are not completely healthy. Exercising is a free time activity that helps people to feel good in every aspect of the health definition. The best known part that exercising improves is the physical part. The physical effect of exercising is that every part and system of our body is in continuous movement. There are many parts in our body that benefit from exercise, but one of the most important parts that exercising helps is the cardiovascular system. For example, when you exercise, muscles move, and to move, muscles need oxygen in the blood, so the heart has to pump blood in a faster rhythm to keep the muscles moving. This trains your heart and lungs giving you more strength for the future. Another part of the definition of health is mental health. This aspect is for me one of the aspects that makes people exercise. Exercise distracts and relaxes you for a while because in your exercise, you are discharging many feelings and incommodities, such as stress. Many people feel that after exercising, all the problems and pressures of their lifestyle disappear or at least are forgotten for a while. While exercising problems of our lives can be solved because you are calm and relaxed, and it is just much easier to think clearly. The social aspect of health is helped with exercise because many of the sports are or can be made with someone else. This makes stronger relationships because you meet people that are like you and share the same things. I think that this makes you feel more secure and learn about human relationships. Exercising is an activity that touches the three aspects of health. By exercising you could improve the functioning of your body, be calm in your mind, and meet new people which make a healthier life. I think that another benefit of exercising is the satisfaction of doing something that helps you to live healthy. This idea causes r many people to think of exercise as a drug. You should try it. Exercise, and be healthy.
