Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) representatives only Service Tax is extra as applicable Service installation will be done within 3 working days from the date of realization of subscription amount. In case of cheque payment, service installation shall take 6-10 working days from cheque submission date In case of Circuit Breaker Plans, as soon as your bill reaches the maximum bill value, your charging stops. Your service however, continues to work, although at a reduced speed of 128 Kbps for XCB1199 Plan, and 256 Kbps for all other plans. The original speed is restored automatically upon the receipt of bill payment. Alternatively, you can make an ad hoc payment ahead of your regular bill payment date, to enjoy full-speed service In all Circuit Breaker Plans, usage during the reduced speed period is not charged Contention Ratio - 1: 2 for Circuit Breaker Plans and 1:8 for all Unlimited Usage Plans. TDN reserves the right to increase contention ratio up to 1:30 for Unlimited Usage Plans if the usage during the month reaches fair usage limit Extra CPE will be charged at ` 200 per month if more than one CPE is required to cover the office area (optional) Simultaneous logins are allowed from a single location Static IP is chargeable extra at ` 1000 per annum (optional). As part of the introductory offer, one static IP will be provided free for the first year Bill Delivery - Subscribers who have opted for e-copy: e-Bills shall be sent to the registered e-mail ID.
