TO ADD LINE ITEMS Instructions LIAISONS: When you open this file for the first time: If a pop

up window did not appear when you open this file to ask if you 1 want to enable or disable macros, then you need to do the following. At the top of the Excel window Select Tools, Macro, Security. Then Select "Medium". Close the fie, then re-open it, and select "Enable Macros". 2 Select the "ALL" macro button to clear Sorted Filters. 3 Click on the "Insert New Row" Button and begin entering the line item data. 4 For the System Column, Use the Pull Down Menu to Select the System Name in Each Row. 5 Complete all information as you have before for each line item. 6 After you enter the first Line Item, Use the "DATE" column auto filter to select the date you are reporting. 7 Go back to Step 3 to add additional line Items. (If you accidentally insert an extra row, Use the "UNDO Insert Row" Button at the top of the form.) 8 You can Add System Names on the "Sytem List" worksheet in column 'A' down to row 102. 9 DO NOT CHANGE THE FILE NAME. Save the file with the original file name and distribute via e-mail. SORTING DATA: (ALL USERS) 10 Use the "Select System" buttons at the top to sort the list by System Group. 11 USE THE ARROWS, KNOWN AS AUTO FILTERS, TO PICK GROUPS OF INFORMATON AS NEEDED (i.e. The "Week of" or two weeks if you use the custom sort feature in the drop down menu) See example below.

AUTO FILTER BUTTONS SELECTED, Deselect or click on the "ALL" button to RESET ALL Filters to view the entire Liason Issues list.

Q-Station Performance: (Daily) Quality Coordinators Shall Select 'R' for Red, 'G' for Green, or 'N/A' for Not Applicable for each item on the list that 1 could have been found at the Quality Verification Stations. Run a copy of the sorted Liaison Issues list for each Verification Station affected and review with the Q-Station 2 Operator.

3 Mark the Liaison Performance chart Red or Green for the prior day and place the issues list on the Verification Station.
