to Tier-2 cities use traditional laundry system of giving cloths to dhobi which is highly unorganized segment. The traditional way of laundry system is not up to the mark in giving the service due to reduced number of maids in urban areas and the high cost they charge. So with this there is a gap created for the organized Laundry segment. Our venture gives a one stop service for washing, pressing, dry cleaning of cloths with additional benefits of stitching and repairing of cloths by picking and delivering to door step on 24*7 basis The E-Laundry will be an online portal through which orders will be placed through internet as well as Telephone booking .Customer care department will be permanently always available to resolve the complaints and issues which will satisfy customers and provide us the competitive edge in service
