1 is said to be knowledge and by nature knowledge is man, 0 is wisdom and by nature is woman. 0 is a circle, made up of 180 positive and 180 negative, making 360, signifying will. To know the difference between what is positive and negative at a moment of circumstance requires wisdom. The 0 (or circle) is said to be woman because of its duality. It is emotional and unstable. Man and woman coming together bring understanding which is the child as well as other characteristics to heighten consciousness. In this case positive (+, man, the penis, external) and negative (, woman, the vagina, emotional, internal) attract and combine to form unity. The man is the star and the woman is the planet. Only the woman is greatly affected by the moon which is a planet, therefore proving her galatical status. The Soldiers, man and woman of light or darkness, will form a nucleus. Attraction is the same galatically as well as subatomically. Subatomically, women are electrons which have a negative charge and men are protons which have a positive charge. The woman (electron) orbits around the man (proton) keeping the unit intact with attraction. Attraction is governed by the plane of force which is the next plane after the material plane which is the plane we were first born into. Youre probably wondering why the woman is the negative and the man is the positive. The answer or perspective is in the anatomy of a man and woman. A womans sexual organ, the Vulva, when turned to the side looks like a minus sign -, and the sign indicates that everything about a woman is internal. To impregnate a woman, to sleep with her and to tend to her, a man must get inside her. Being that the woman is the negative

-sign anatomically then the man is the positive +. Hes sexual organ is on the outside and when excited, he is positively charged. If the man cannot get his sexual organ erected this is considered a negative. Yet the + sign also shows the cross. The cross is a symbol some Soldiers carry as a reminder and indication to others that they are followers of the King of Light (Yashua [Jesus] the name He bears). The cross is a symbol and ironically it brings a positive feeling when seen or worn. In this respect, this symbol can be considered useful despite the fact that it also indicates death. If Yashua (Jesus) had died by a knife, it seems people would be wearing a knife and not a cross. The cross signifies the type of death that Yashua (Jesus), a man, went through (if He indeed died). The sign of the cross is ultimately used to influence positivity. The plus + or positive sign also shows and symbolizes the different directions of Earth. The different directions are North, South, East and West. From this come North East, North West, South East, South West and other directions. North and South attract each other by magnetic forces and this is evident that the Earth (this battlefield) has its own Electromagnetic fields. East and West are also governed by magnetic forces. See Diagram 24.

The point where the cross meets which is in the middle is the moment of choice, better known as the crossroad. A person is always at the crossroad before they make a move, think or feel. They have a choice of where to go, what to think or how to react. A Soldier gains clarity when he or she is still. The bottom of a lake is seen much clearer when the lake is still (no ripples). One then must still the mind to gain clarity. When the master

(mind) is still, the pupil (body) is still. This allows the spirit to guide easily. Picture yourself as a still lake and this will translate to calmness while breathing steadily. Around the age of 19, I started to seriously meditate to exercise ways of controlling my emotions. One such method that was created during meditation and afterwards, was picturing the whole world in water. Instead of air, in my mind we lived in water. The reason is that anger is one of the strongest emotions that can boil the water and ripple it. So to control my anger it meant that I had to calm myself, which in turn meant that I had to keep the water still. When the water is still there is clarity. One can see further in water when there is no ripples or bubbles popping. Dont forget that the vessel or rather flesh is mostly made of water. When someone is getting angry they describe it as blood boiling. There is water in the blood and this boils. So in my mind as a meditative tool I live in a world of water where I had to be calm to see clearly. Anger also clouds judgement and this is equivalent to the water being diluted. If the water is diluted and bubbling or rippling, then one can barely see. Meditation was done on this for a while until my mind became used to thinking it. Every time I felt mildly irritated, I reminded myself not to ripple the waters. Staying calm brings clarity. The devils anger caused him to rebel and he was then cast out with 200. If he were calm, he would have realized that there is a lot to learn from this new creation called humanity. After all, anything new brings forth new insight and knowledge. Note that the cross is made up of right angles and right angles are 90. There are four sides so 90 + 90 + 90 + 90 = 360 which signify freewill and in this case the moment of choice See Diagram 25.

As the Earth rotates anticlockwise, it makes the sun appear to be rising from the East and setting to the West. East to West, makes the horizon and this is the same during the shade (what most Soldiers call night time). As the sun appears to set, the moon rises from the east and appears to set in the west. As the moon sets, the sun rises from the east and goes through the cycle all over again. This cycle is caused by the rotation of the Earth. The sun and moon rising and setting creates a cycle (circle), which is 360. The sun is a star. The moon is a planet. The sun (star) shines and the moon (planet) illuminates due to the sun (star-shine) going behind it. Planets are known to have an affect on the moods, emotions or state in everybody. Each planet and star (sun) in our solar system corresponds to 12 signs of the zodiac.

As I record this, astronomers have claimed to have found a new zodiac sign which is not counted as an astrological sign. The zodiac sign is called Ophiuchus. The cross or plus also show the four elements of nature; 1) Earth, 2) Water, 3) Fire and 4) Air. It also shows the four seasons; 1) summer, 2) winter, 3) spring and 4) autumn assigned to their directions. The middle point is the point where they all meet which is the spirit. See Diagram 26.

The moon (planet) is known to affect the moods (or emotions or state) of Soldiers, especially in women. It makes women more emotional, hence changing a womans state each second. This affects freewill and causes one to change sides as an attempt to find calm (or stillness). Men are not easily affected by the moon, which is also called lunar. The sun is like a man excited, positively charge or aroused, while radiating (or shining if you will) and gleaming. The sun then would be considered a male (+) and the moon would be considered female (-). The sun (+) shining on the moon (-), illuminates it. The moon doesnt shine, it illuminates. This is the result of the attraction between them. A man (+) has to be excited first to enter a woman (-) and make her shine (illuminate, excited). Woman is lunar (moon, planet, -) and man is solar (sun, star, +) and if man gets very much affected by lunar (moon), he turns or is likely to turn lunatic. It is against his nature. The horizon is illustrated by a straight line and due to the direction of the sun; it is 180 positive while the moon is 180

negative. 180 positive plus 180 negative is 360 which is will and will is free. Will is freewill corresponding with nature itself. This cycle or attraction was put in place by the will of the Creator. Nothing comes from nothing, it comes from something. The sun gives and enhances life through light (its rays). Plants use sunlight, nutrients from soil and water to grow. It uses light to give oxygen (and carbohydrates [glucose]) through photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the balance process of a plant. The arrow, represents sunlight energy and chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the green pigment in plants which allows plants to absorb light for photosynthesis. It is what keeps plants green. All Soldiers use glucose for energy and oxygen to breathe. At shade hours (night time) no photosynthesis takes place. There is no daylight only dark light. The sun is always in its place in the sky as the earth rotates. The shade process takes plants and animals into the respiration process which is the reverse of photosynthesis. t needed for breathing. The sun giving light which is love or life will and can be denoted with a positive sign (+) and during shade hours (night time) the moon giving no light, which is not

much love given, and not much being that the moon still gives light through illumination can be denoted with a negative sign (-). The sun can be perceived as knowledge (+, 1, man) and the moon can be perceived as wisdom (-, 0, woman). The sun (knowledge) shines on the moon and it illuminates. In other words the moon accepts the sun (knowledge) and uses it to illuminate (generate wisdom) which brings forth enough light to see during shade hours. The moon is not a source of light but a reflection of the sun. Reflections put things in a reversed or opposite order. The opposite of a light source (+, sun) is no source. This is the moon, the reversed, the negative (-). Understand that ultimately the plus (+) in regards to a man means external and the minus (-) in regards to a woman means internal. It is the man that gives life. The woman carries life by receiving life from the mans sperm. The sperm carries the knowledge of life and is the swimmer to the rest of the knowledge or wisdom, in the womans egg. The woman then gives birth to life that she carries for nine months. Every process of life illustrates will and is balanced by the positive and negative which is demonstrated by the atom, the substance of life. So then, when the balance is disturbed it either brings a positive, agreeable effect or negative, disagreeable effects. The devil and other fallen Angels will strive to do their part in bringing out disagreeable effects. The moon also maintains the tides with its gravitational pull. As it was once a part of the Earth, it still has a link with it and brings about different effects. North to the South illustrates the link between Heaven and Earth. The middle point is the focus point of the horizon. In the olden days, long before technology, Heaven was known as the sky or outer space. It wasnt explained or known as a state or

frequency. This has been recorded and translated from cuneiform and pictographs. A man by the name Zecharia Sitchin has translated certain cuneiforms and pictographs. Zecharia Sitchin, found and recorded that every 3620 years a twelve planet or space craft enters our solar system from Pluto, around the sun and back the way it came (it makes its circular orbit). As I write this, 21st December 2012 is said to be the next entry of this planet or craft. As recorded this craft is driven by Beings who stop at Tiamat (original name for planet Earth, meaning Maiden of Life) to collect resources. Its said that as it approaches, the battlefield (Earth) will go through many effects. These Beings came to the Sumerians and taught them many things. It is also said that as the twelfth planet which is also known as Nibiru approaches, it will cause a spiritual shift in consciousness. This shift will activate and increase all the energy points (chakras) at once, making Soldiers light up enormously to be seen by these celestial Beings. Those who behave and conduct spiritually are the ones that will light up the most. Its said that these celestial Beings will come to teach celestial lessons to the ones radiating the most. The people started calling them gods after witnessing and learning of their advance technology. The people started saying that they came from the Heavens (skiesmany atmosphere make up the sky or outer space). See Diagram 27 and picture 1.

Picture 2 - Showing how airplanes use the cross to stabilize the plane. To stabilize the plane, the horizon is used. The horizon is the centre point where East, West, north and south meet. The cross or plus sign is a symbol or sign of equilibrium. Forces can be equal and they always come in pairs. In the situation of an airplane, the forces, lift and gravity, thrust and drag have to be equal to steady the plane and move it at a constant speed. These equilibrium make a cross, denoting the direction of the force. See Diagram 28.

As recorded four horsemen of apocalypse will be or has been sent out to the North, South, East and West. These horse men are to affect this battlefield (Earth) in disastrous ways. Records tells how Soldiers of light by the name of Ezekiel and John were shown four beasts, connected right angle to each other, moving as one in their vision. The beasts were 1) Man, 2) Lion, 3) Calf (Ox) and 4) Eagle. The Eagle faces north; the man faces south, the Lion faces East and the Calf (Ox) faces west. See Diagram 29 .

His dreams or revelations are related to that of the men Ezekiel and John who were also Soldiers of Light. Daniels revelations are related to the four horsemen and occurrences to come.

By harnessing magnetism one may find the right way when lost by using a compass. The Northern Hemisphere generates much magnetism so someone who can locate north can always find their way. Direction deals with angles. Angles deal with degrees. Degrees deal with knowledge. Knowledge is very much needed in this War for one has to know your enemy, know yourself; this is the best strategy in any War. Knowledge indicates man (1).

Alpha and Omega When knowledge (1) is used with wisdom (0), or wisdom used with knowledge, it brings understanding (10). A man is positive (+, external) and a woman is negative (-, internal) and both merge to bring forth child (+-, attraction, balance). Knowledge (1, +) and wisdom (0, -) can be gained from all sides, north, south, east, west and all directions. When man (+) merge with woman (0) it brings a new representation and the understanding and over standing that all things were willed by the Creator. See Diagram 31.

The circle in Diagram 31 in this case is the Creator. He is the Alpha (beginning) and Omega (end) which is the circle and the circle represents will which in this case is the will or freewill of the Creator. The Creator gave us freewill to sincerely turn to Him and show Him love while connecting to His nature of love and light. The Creator is All knowing, All wise and Almighty. His spirit is inside all Soldiers (light and dark) so he knows everything through and by the spirit inside us being that the spirit is connected to the spirit realm. To humanity the circle is infinite but only the Creator knows the beginning and the end of it. Knowing the beginning and the end would make it a straight line. Only the Creator knows this, this makes Him All powerful. Only He knows how to influence everything within freewill. Cause and effect will take place as normal and without interference. This is law! A long time ago, before the realization that there was a will behind the influences of the sun and all things, many people believed that the Creator was the sun. This gave rise to sun worship. People all over the world worshipped sun gods, such as Ra, Tammuz, Horus, Hermes, and Krishna. Some people believe that Yashua (the King of light) is

also a sun god as in sun (son) of god with the belief that the sun is the Creator (God) of all. But the sun is a pupil to the universal Master, the Creator. It was the universal Master that willed the sun to create. So the King of light is the son of the universal Master, the Creator, who is the will behind it all. A man by the name and title Emperor Constantine created misunderstandings and confusion about Yashua (Jesus) on purpose by joining together sun-worship and practices that has no value in building a strong spiritual connection towards the Creator. So the truth and recordings about Yashua, the King of Light, was mixed with lies. An emperor has a lot of power and the Romans had taken control of a vast area of Africa at the time. Yashua (Jesus) was born in Africa and the Roman Emperor Constantine went out of his way to distort the truth about Him. Sun-day was to be a day of worshipping the sun. But Soldiers of light changed the value of this day as a day of worshipping the Creator. Emperor Constantine once claimed that he looked up at the sun in a vision and saw the sign of the cross with the words With this sign you shall conquer. Note it doesnt matter what cross he saw, it can all be illustrated within the circle (will). It was this vision that gave him confidence in the battle of the Milvian Bridge which he won. The cross was placed on his and armies shields as they battled. Constantine started feeling he was chosen to do the will of the Creator. It was this that made him feel that changes had to be made in his will, hence ignoring and distorting the truth of Yashua (Jesus), the King of Light. The sun is a powerful symbol, force, and pupil of the universe. Light from the sun is information and has information to sustain life on Earth. Earth is a planet and planets are feminine. Light

comes from other stars as well as our sun (or star). The universe communicates with itself through light. In a computer, data moves through wires by light, called electricity. The same concept applies here, where sunlight holds information for the Earth (battlefield), the moon and the universes. Both the Earth and moon are planets, hence females and are fed information by the sun (light) which is male or knowledge. Being that the sun is seen as a creator, the light or sun rays are messengers. Messengers of the creator are referred to as Angels. As revealed to Enoch (a Soldier of light) by the Creator, man and the universes are connected and made up of the same substance. Humanity has in their makeup, fragments of the sun (fire), water, air, earth and so on. Each element connects us to the universe(s) through the connection of the battlefield, Earth. Just like a computer encoding and decoding, the light carries information that the Earth decodes. One who can decode this information can harness and use the power of the elements. The information or light is absorbed by the soil, plants, animals, air and everything on this battlefield (Earth). All Soldiers have light and can generate and intensify it through love, which is positive energy. There are certain foods that will affect the will of the spirit but all food will supply the vessel with energy through nutrients for the physical makeup (skin, organs and so on) and light for the spirit. The spaces in stars and our organs are filled with light. Everything contains light (love). Yashua (Jesus) has been recorded stating that He and the Father (the Creator) are one and the same. He was also recorded telling his disciples and other believers to remember the cross. The circle and the cross (the sign of the CreatorDiagram 26) merging together shows this relationship of oneness as well as the remembrance of the cross. More clarity

is gained when it is simplified because the relationship between the masculine and feminine, the cross and expression of will and life, gives the ankh.

Picture 4 - Showing the Ankh which is the key to the next life. The circle and shoulder part is called the Shen and the cross part is symbolic of resurrection. The result of knowledge (+, 1, man) merging with wisdom (-, 0, woman) illustrate the Ankh. The understanding and over standing of the meaning of the circle and the cross once again changes. The shen of the Ankh (the circle part) is symbolic of the sun, eternal life and the key to the spirit realm. The spirit realm is where the spiritual vessel which is inside the flesh (its physical vessel) begins its spiritual journey after physical death or physical journey is done. The staff or the cross part is symbolic of death and resurrection. The shen, the feminine (-) part which is eternity comes together with the staff, the masculine (+) part which is life force to create the Ankh. Together, the Ankh is symbolic of eternal life and a reminder of the angel of death. The angel of death is the angel that comes after physical death to guide the spiritual Self to the next stage or beginning of the spirit realm. If you stand

with your legs together and your arms out like a cross, the vessel (body) makes the ankh, where the head and shoulder is the shen and the body is the staff.

The mind is in the head and is the spiritual attribute of the brain which is the physical attribute. Prayer is the master key. When the mind is focused and concentrated on the Creator it completes the trinity to unlock the spirit realm. A person becomes more in touch with the spirit realm to receive answers. Feeling of love and guidance as well as gifts of the spirit is gained. Remember, mind is part of spirit. my kicks in martial arts, one method my teacher taught was to be in the position of extending the arms outwards making it as straight as possible, keeping the head straight as possible because the ears balances the body, and also keeping the legs and feet together and as straight as possible, in order to make effective kicks. In other words, without knowing I was in the position of the ankh. This position was to help maintain balance while kicking.

Balance is another expression of the ankh. A Soldier has to balance spirit, mind and body in order to effectively be and stay in tune with the spirit realm. They also have to maintain balance to be an effective Soldier against the devil and the other fallen. More gifts of the spirit are gained when a person becomes an effective key to the spirit realm but like in all things, there will be resistance to maintain balance. The resistances of the Soldiers of Light are the Soldiers of Darkness and the resistances of the Soldiers of Darkness are Soldiers of Light. The Shen also shows the sign of resistance, ohm () which is also the sign for omega, which means end and represents a persons or rather Soldiers transition from physical realm to the spirit realm; which is a representation of the beginning of their spiritual journey towards the Creator in spiritual form. The greatest positive energy that a Soldier can generate continuously is by and through love. Balance is illustrated by the cross, which is positive, a plus sign (+). Working on the spirit requires a Soldier to shift from the physical mindset to a spiritual mindset. When talking about shift in anything, it is explained in degree. Boats, planes, vehicles, spirit, mind, body, anything that is a vehicle or a vessel responds to degree in order to change and elevate. The body is the vehicle of the spirit, mind and soul and can shift or move in 360. See Diagram 33.

The full moon and new moon is seen in the centre. This is the same set up as the north, south, east and west analogy where the centre is the horizon. From this illustration you can also see the cross or plus sign (+) and how the measurement of degree balances out. When talking about how to shift the mindset (or rather, thought), prayer, meditation and fasting and the increment of time are the factors here. 12, 3, 6, and 9 are factors of the increments of time which can be seen on a clock. These factors also make up the cross or plus sign. See Diagram

The plus sign (+) is on the north side and the minus sign (-) is on the south side, as shown in diagram 32 and 33. The north side is really a reflection of the south side

(which has been illustrated by the moon phases in picture 5). The north point marks the highest point that the sun reaches from the east before setting in the west. The moon follows the same path but coming from the west and setting in the east. The motion is circular and forms a semi-circle. The circular motion of the sun also shows a gradient from east to north and north to west. Looking at gradients forms a triangle. So a straight line is drawn from point East to North and North to West which makes a triangle. This world is three dimensional just like we are three dimensional Beings as well as multidimensional Beings, so this triangle is actually a pyramid. The tangent is 90 on both sides. The centre line is known as the horizon so 90 + 90 = 180 which is the degree the sun and moon takes to rise and set. See Diagram 35.

The words rise and fall are in quotation marks because the Earth rotates making it seem like the sun and moon rises and falls as it rotates away from the sun. Diagram 35 not only shows the rising and setting of the sun in gradient form which is a pyramid instead of circular but it shows the uppercase delta (). The delta has the value of four in the Greek number system. It is also the fourth letter in the Greek alphabet and was derived from the Phoenician letter

dalet, which is the fourth letter in the alphabet of any Semitic (ancient) language. The dalet is based on a hieroglyph, depicting a door. The delta is a balance symbol to mean trinity. The Trinity of the vessel is spirit, mind and body. See Diagram 36.

Spirit is life like the sun rising to give life, the mind has to focus or connect to spirit for it to start aligning, attracting and manifesting life. The mind is the builder and the body is the result, which is a vessel carrying the spirit and mind. Mind is part of spirit and when focused on spirit, makes the straight line in the Diagrams, which illustrates an alignment towards the subconscious mind (see Diagram 36). Conscious mind and subconscious mind have to become one mind for attraction and manifestation to happen. Something that is balanced can lose balance so spirit, mind and body must be exercised and maintained to keep balance. The vessel (or body) is a temple so when there is balance it brings

forth Well-Being which is the fourth essence and presence from the trinity. This essence and presence comes forth out of the door of the trinity or temple which is the body. In Diagram 36, the temple is incomplete. We are three dimensional Beings and this is proven by the shadow. Our shadows can be directed everywhere and especially seen on a very sunny day. The sun brings light. So under light, the shadow can be seen. The shadow is a reflection of the body and therefore it is a different body just like the reversed body seen in a mirror or any other reflection. The shadow completes the body whether seen or unseen.

Diagram 37, illustrates the completion and balance of the temple or vessel. A Soldier of light and a Soldier of darkness who exercises spirit, mind and body, gains and maintains Wellbeing. They open the door to it and for it. To maintain Wellbeing requires positive energy and the greatest generation of positive energy as stated is love. Love physical is light spiritual. Love is the glue that keeps the balance together. Love yourself, love people and all things and accept that lessons can be learned from the good and bad. Love life by the acceptance

that life is a War and will be a constant struggle. How you live life has been left entirely up to you. It is not about right or left, or up and down, it is about balance, the ankh that you are. Wellbeing makes one a very strong and effective person. Yashua (Jesus) taught about Well Being through parables so that with each understanding, the light within shines brighter and brighter. The continuous shining is the positivity generating. The devil tries to stop this in Soldiers of light. For Soldiers of Darkness, the lessons of evil and the devil shine brighter and brighter but with a different polarity. It is a different light (fire). This makes sense being that the devil fell from Heavenly light to a lesser light. The hate for the light causes a consuming effect, which is darkness (evil). Darkness consumes, it doesnt shine. Note that the mind (9 on Diagram 37) is a shadow of the spirit (3 on Diagram 37). A trinity is made up on each side of the pyramid (triangle) when looking at the trinity from right to left or left to right on diagram 37. The shadow is the spiritual vessel because it depicts and expresses the world unseen. The world unseen, which is the real, is the spirit realm. Being that mind is a part of spirit (which is 3 on the diagram), 3 + 6 = 9 which makes up the spiritual vessel. Remember 9 is the highest number in the number system and it represents the mind. Mind functioning with spirit which is a part of the spiritual vessel make up the spiritual vessel. When the mind (9) focuses on spirit (3) life multiplies, it attracts and manifest. Nine to the ninth power of nine is the highest form of thought and power. It is also the number of creation. The mind focused on spirit is able to gain nine Knowledge, nine Wisdom, nine Understanding which equals to nine Reasoning (Over standing). A Soldier masters Self when this is achieved.

After mastery he can become a god (or if you will an angel). This is why when Soldiers die they come back or are reborn to learn the lessons that they havent learnt. So the concept of incarnation should not be overlooked. The spirit (3) and the mind (9) are housed in two vessels (or bodies). The first is the spiritual vessel (body) which represents 6 on Diagram 37 and the second is the physical vessel (body) which represents 12 on Diagram 37. Again, note that 12, 3, 6, and 9 are factors of time which when seen on a clock makes the sign of the cross or a plus sign (+). When spirit is put first by the focus of the mind (which is 9 on the Diagram) the spiritual vessel (body) enhances the physical vessel (body). The physical vessel increases in energy and this translates to health. Note that the word heal is in health. The spirit or spiritual vessel is the healer of the physical vessel which gives health. Spirit is life. When spirit is focused towards the Creator by the mind which is a part of spirit, through the entrance or password Yashua (Jesus), the trinity is complete. The spirit becomes holy. The Holy Spirit counsels, comfort and guides. Non-believers and most Soldiers despite believing in the War (struggle) focus more on the physical vessel and the physical realm. But when one turns inward they can gain answers for everything because the inward you is the spiritual vessel, which is the real you. It is the real you that is connected to the real world which is the spirit realm. Everything begins from inside out. The minus sign (-) on the Diagram in this case means internal and the plus sign (+) means external, which is the physical vessel. Going inward is the process of putting the spirit first. The spiritual vessel is made up of the spirit (and soul-3 on Diagram 37) and the mind (9 on Diagram 37) and the spiritual vessel carries the soul and the mind. In turn the physical vessel also carries the soul and mind being that the spiritual vessel is

inside the physical vessel (or flesh). But note that women are internal (-) beings and men are external (+) beings so it would seem that women are more intuitive to the spirit realm than men. So on Diagram 37, 3 (spirit [soul]) + 6 (chakra, spiritual components) = 9 (mind) which make up the spiritual vessel and shows that the soul is carried by the spiritual vessel. The physical vessel is made by spirit (soul, 3 on Diagram 37) and mind (9 on Diagram 37). So 9 (mind) + 3 (spirit [soul]) = 12 which is the physical vessel, which completes the overall makeup of a Soldier and functions within time and space. See Diagram 38 The spiritual vessel houses the soul. The soul is what wills the spiritual vessel and is a store of memories and experiences just like the brain. The spiritual vessel also carries the mind. The soul is like the spirit of the spiritual vessel. The heart beat helps keep both spiritual vessel and physical vessel together.

spiritual vessel. The mind helps the spiritual vessel which is life to travel to anywhere at any moment. This is why the mind is higher in number than the spirit (or soul) itself. Only when an alignment has been made (the straight line in the Diagrams) that the mind carries the will of the spirit (soul) which is life. This is only possible because mind is a part of spirit. Mind is the master. Mind like spirit and soul is not defined and is free to travel anywhere, 360. It is a time traveller and builds life through imagination. Mind is the builder. The physical vessel moves in degrees. The physical vessel can shift in all directions in the physical realm. The occurrences or experience of the physical vessel depends on the mind, to be more precise, it depends on thoughts. Thought is a product of the mind. More profoundly, the thought depends on where the spiritual vessel travels by the mind. The spiritual vessel which is the real you, influences the physical vessel which is the ego or the I-ness to whatever it is thinking or bringing forth what it is thinking by attraction and manifestation. The brain is the physical component of the mind, which is spiritual. The physical vessel is the result of the mind, spirit and soul. The Discipline In my younger years my mind was set on martial arts. Television or more specifically martial art films provided more influence into my liking into the arts. Religion taught me about faith and to pray but it never really goes into how spirit, mind, and body can be used to enhance connection towards the Creator. Religion mostly says do and ask no questions. Go by faith is the reply. Martial art went more into spirituality, areas that religion left out or forgot. Martial arts mentions things like use the force, the power within, be true to yourself,

answers lies within, you have the power, exercise your chi and focus your mind and so on. Such statements affected my determination to be a great fighter mentality. Such questions and statements arose in me. Questions and statements such as, I believe in the Creator but what was this power that is within? How can I use the force and be totally true to myself? How does answers or power lie within? And if I exercise chi, I might be going against the Creator so what is chi? Crossed my then curious, wondering mind. I trod carefully into the art being careful not to hinder my faith and disrespect the Creator. So before practicing my martial arts, I would pray. From a young age to the time of this recording, watching television has been used to gain philosophy. Although television is a tool that can easily influence freewill negatively, it led my freewill to secure my faith in the Creator through philosophy expressed. Words of philosophy didn t only come from the television but it came from experiences, mistakes, and other people. I started to record the lessons that the events of my life taught me, adding to it and reading it in hard times. It served as a reminder of what I had learned. Sometimes to understand the moment and move past it, you have to remember the lessons of your journey. You have to remember how far you have come. Meditation was used to reinforce my lessons. Most people lie to themselves and so portray a false image of themselves which is a lie. Some people can only be true to themselves behind the scenes and even this is hard because they start becoming the lie they have created. It is called putting up a front. Most of the time this false image projected is one of ego.

. A vessel filled with ego can easily be manipulated by using ego against them. One only has to feed ego to manipulate the person. This is why Yashua (Jesus) also taught about humility. ME, Myself and I The spiritual vessel is the real you, the Self. If you want any real chance of being strong in this struggle that is life, you must truly understand that the physical vessel is just a suit, an instrument for exploration in this physical realm. The physical vessel is the ego, the I-ness. Both spiritual vessel and physical vessel together make the ME. Hence there is ME (spiritual vessel + physical vessel), myself (spiritual vessel) and I (physical vessel). The correct order should be myself which is the spiritual vessel), I (the physical vessel) and ME (spiritual vessel + physical vessel together) because one should always put spirit first. Spirit (soul) is life and when you go into Self which is the spiritual vessel you connect to the will of the spirit which wills the mind to build. The spirit also guides. Prayers, meditation, fasting and chanting are all methods of putting spirit first. They resonate with your true Self, therefore resonating with the spirit realm. They are all methods of connecting to Self, the real you, where the Creators spirit dwells. Reading, researching, studying and generally seeking knowledge are methods of enhancing the mind. Control of the mind means control of thoughts. Control of thoughts means control of life and life is spirit. Through control the alignment between spirit and mind will be complete and held for long, as the subconscious mind is tapped into. It is the subconscious mind that will create or give birth to the thought. In all the Diagrams, the straight line from spirit (soul) to mind can also be seen as control. As stated before the longer a thought is held,

the quicker manifestation begins. Mind is a part of spirit so connecting to spirit or rather the spiritual vessel is connecting to Self, the real you, where the Creators spirit dwells. So:
Spirit (soul) + Mind = Self, which is the Spiritual vessel (body).

Working on developing the physical vessels strength (or more accurately potential power), speed and skill through all forms of exercise makes it an effective and strong instrument for the Spirit, soul and mind, which it carries due to the spiritual vessel being inside it. A Soldiers physical vessel can become ineffective and weak if it has ego (I-ness) or too much ego to become egotistical. The egotistical mindset disconnects a Soldier from Self (the spiritual vessel). It is more concerned about the physical.

So: Spirit (soul) + Mind + Physical vessel = ME [Spirit (soul) + Mind = Self (the spiritual vessel)] So: Self + Physical vessel = ME You are made up of the spiritual vessel (your true Self) and the physical vessel (your material self) which is the ME. The Self or rather the spiritual vessel thinks and wills in 360 and the physical vessel moves and can move in 360. The physical vessel responds to the spiritual vessel being that the spiritual vessel

carries the mind which is the master and the soul which is the life force. So:
360 Self + Physical vessel = knowledge of ME to learn 360 360 720

he Self (spirit [soul]) is infinite and the physical vessel is finite and both express freewill. The physical vessel dies and the spiritual vessel with the soul takes a long time to reach nothingness. Nothingness is enlightenment; all lessons have to be learnt to be nothing and everything as essence without form. This may take a very long time to reach so the words eternity or forever are used in regards to the spiritual vessel but more so the soul. The infinite (spirit [soul]) is illustrated by a circle , which is freewill and the finite (physical) is illustrated by the square , which also illustrates freewill. So: Infinite (spiritual) + Finite (physical) = ME which is: Freewill + Freewill = ME This is already shown in the Diagram. See Diagram 39.
