Membuat Notifikasi (IW21) - Jika type Non EM otomatis akan mengirim ke SPV/SPT Maintenance sesuai Planner group - Jika type EM Otomatis akan mengirim email ke Manager user yang create. 2. Approval Manager user (IW22) - Ubah user Status: o AP1 (Approve User Dept Head) jika disetujui * Otomatis akan mengirim email ke Manager Maintenance. o RJC + NOCO / RJC / NOCO, jika tidak disetujui * Otomatis akan mengirim email ke User SPV&SPT. 3. Approval Manager Maintenance (IW22) - Ubah user Status: o AP2 (Approve Maint Dept Head) jika disetujui * Otomatis akan mengirim email ke Section Maintenance sesuai planner group. o RJC + NOCO / RJC / NOCO, jika tidak disetujui * Otomatis akan mengirim email ke User SPV&SPT. 4. SPV/SPT,membuat Order (IW22) 5. SPV/SPT, Release Order (IW32) 6. Confirmation Order - Otomatis akan mengirim email ke group Section User sesuai Notification Created by. 7. User, Confirmation Notification - Otomatis akan mengirim email ke group Section User sesuai Notification Created by. Pilih : o Accept : kemudian click NOTOFICATION COMPLETE, agar pihak maintenance dapat TECO Order o Not Accept: 8 Jika User menyatakan Notification Not Accept Maka pihak maintenance akan cancel confirmation, kemudian melakukan confirmation setelah melakukan perbaikan kembali (agar dapat mengirim Email kembali ke user) 9. Maintenance : TECO Order Note: Flow ini akan berjalan dengan syarat: o Notifikasi dibuat (IW21)oleh pihak User ( tidak auto create dari IW31) o Planner group harus diisi (agar mengirim ke planner group maintenance) 3 of 15
