For speech As the Disec council, our agenda was to debate on the possibilities to continue with a term Multilateralism

considering the fact that it was 20 years outdated. Considering the councils decision and the Positive aspects of Multilateralism, we have taken up this to be the major part of our agenda and we believe that total Nuclear disarmament to be a viable solution to the agenda. We have mentioned the fact that the P5 nations of the UN will take up this as their target and stop research on Nuclear weapons immediately after talks are held and there is no need for Nuclear Deterrence. We also believe that the NPT is a supreme treaty and following it might be a very useful solution to the existing issue at hand and urges countries to follow these laws and those who havent to follow them. We, in our resolution have mentioned that while disposal of weapons we would make sure that it does not fall into the hands of non state actors.. As the council is aware many other points have been added and do consider this while voting as the global scenario is at stake. Against Speech: First of all the issue of Economic problems of the LEDC has not been addressed in this resolution and the reason why the P5 nations and other nations have nuclear weapons is for nuclear deterrence which has not been addressed. Second of all, the delegate believes that imposing sanctions has already been discussed and is followed. The delegate believes that stricter actions have not been addressed and therefore it is a more passive considering the fact that this is a serious issue. Also regarding clause 8 the only advantage for the LEDC and the economic problem is more pertinent to be addressed. Second of all there are organisations To raise awareness and even during the Syrian Crisis organisations like HRC and civilian protests did take place. The delegates believe and hope that the council, too that the IAEA has high standard of power to control and check Disarmament. Keeping this in mind, Delegates consider your choice Wisely.

Against speech First of all delegates, the previously failed resolution had more points than this resolution by the PPL Rbl of china. Some of the points mentioned here where actually a part of the previous resolution and therefore the delegate feels that it is highly redundant to discuss on it. Second of all it does not explain the solutions to this issue and therefore the delegate urges the council to table this resolutions considering that it does not produce effective solution on tracking the hacker and also on government archeives not on the internet. For example, as the delegate of Thailand brought up that stuff on the internet is not the only stuff that it is a proble. In, 2008 the pentagon was attacked by Hackers unsuccessfully and therefore It is not only internet archeives that are cyber attacked.
