Just so you know, Pine Club is quite the little "family" apartment complex.

So the air aoutside is full of the screams of children...until 2 AM. I

mean, the partens, or rather, parents do not put their kids to bed. So
I get to hear the soprano voice of a ten-year-old boy scream "Fuck YOU!!!"
to his friends until the wee hours when the moving vans come, and it seems
that they do nothing but back up, because all morning I hear BEEP BEEP
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. Then the "Fuck you's" begin again. I can't
wait to get to Winter Park.
Winter Park is about seven miles away on the other side of Downtown
Orlando, and it the home of (don't laugh) Rollins College. The atmosxphere
there is sort of Ann Arbor meats Birmingham. There are a lot of quirky
college town things (including some really great record and book stores)
but there a lot of rich people there as well, so you are likely to find
an Elizabeth Arden boutique next to "Hippie Vegatarian Free Love Cappucino
House and Tofu Center." It's schizophErenic, but cool.
Like I said, I think you would really love it here. Come on down!

Next summer sounds like it would be a very cool one if you were around

to share it.
