B. De-Chlorination Exclusions from Scope of Supply: 1. All civil works including for main plant, temporary plant, foundations, Concrete Sumps, drains, Cable trenches, supporting structure, RCC buildings, toilets, Sheds for Filters, foundation and anchor bolts, embedded parts in civil works including, puddles, insert plates, templates, liners, and shims etc. 2. All pipe work and valves to and from our termination points. 3. Monorail crane, Chain hoist and all associated structural works for the plant, mobile crane during Erection. 4. Insulation / Heat tracing if any. 5. Complete Electrical Works including DG set if any, MV/LV Switchgears, transformers, M.C.C., Power & Control Cables, Cable Trays and laying of same with local control stations. Power Supply will be made available to motor terminals. 6. Electrical control cabling including cable trays & accessories between MCC to PLC & MCC to Field Drives. 7. We have not considered PLC based control panel in base scope, as plant will be operated from DCS (Package P1 type). We have not considered instrument / control cabling with cable trays & other accessories from field junction box to DCS panel & as well from MCC to DCS. 8. UPS power supply for filed mounted instruments. 9. Earthing & bonding required for the package. We will provide earthing boss on every skid. 10. Plant illumination & lightning protection, related cabling & lighting. 11. All embedded materials like Sliding plates, puddles, templates, liners, insert plates, shims etc. 12. Instrument air supply at one point within the battery limit. 13. Laboratory equipment & apparatus with chemicals etc. 14. Unloading & storage at site. 15. Implication of HAZOP / Design review meeting. Per diem rate provided for attending HAZOP / Design review meeting. 16.
