Admission Modalities
The admission modalities are with reference to the Ph.D. Program offered by the ICFAI University, Jaipur.

ADMISSION CALENDAR
Last Date for Submission of Completed Application Form July 12, 2013 Research Aptitude Test, Interview and Admission Decision at ICFAI University, Jaipur

Eligibility Criteria: Academic qualifications/ Work experience

Candidates with two-year postgraduate degree with first division, i.e. at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA, over and above a four year undergraduate degree will be eligible for admission into the PhD program. Postgraduate students who do not have a fouryear undergraduate degree will be required to undergo certain additional courses to cover the marginal deficiency. Credits for professional experience of at least three years in the field of study may be given to cover the marginal deficiency, as well as relaxation (not exceeding 10%) in the minimum percentage of marks or CGPA prescribed for admission. The candidates who hold only four year undergraduate degrees and have at least five years of professional experience in the field of study may also be admitted by specifying the appropriate marginal deficiency in each case. Each of such inputs will be decided on a case by case basis regarding admission. The candidates may be admitted on full-time basis or part-time basis. The full-time students would have to work on the campus, while the part-time students may work from their respective work place, but would have to attend contact sessions conducted by the University.

Research Aptitude Test

Research Aptitude Test will be conducted on July 15, 2013 followed by Personal Interview, (PI). Research Aptitude Test will be of 2 hours duration in the forenoon, followed by PI in the afternoon the same day.

Admission Process
The selection of applicants into the Ph.D. Program is made through Application, Research Aptitude Test and Interview.

Registration and Commencement of First Semester

The Selected Candidates would have to get themselves registered for the first semester on August 5, 2013 after payment of the admission and first semester fees. Original Certificates of academic qualifications and domicile certificates should be produced for verification at the time of registration. The original certificates will be returned after verification. All the registered students will have to attend the Contact Sessions at the University Campus during August 05 - 09, 2013.

Fee
Admission Fee
Admission fee of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid by all the selected candidates immediately after the admission decision is announced, but not later than Domicile: Students belonging to the State of Rajasthan with a Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority. The first semester fee is to be paid by August 05, 2013.

Program Fee
The P h . D . program fee is Rs. 35,000 per semester for students domiciled in Rajasthan and Rs. 40,000 per semester for non-domiciled students. Students should register for every semester and pay the fee at the beginning of the semester, as per the due dates, which will be indicated in advance.

Non-Domicile: All other students who are not domiciled in the State of Rajasthan.

Remittance
All payments should be made by way of Demand Drafts drawn in favour of The ICFAI University, JaipurFee Collection A/c payable at Jaipur.
