Comments
We analyzed the water sample and submit the report as above.
1. Samples CT-IN-A and CT-IN-B(Which Are In Let and Out Let of
Cooling Tower) indicate the scale formation in the system
(Nozzles) in Ct Water about 0.7% scaling in one cycle , because
the spry water is directly contacting the dust particles in the
cooling tower, scale is in the suspended and dissolved form.

2. Regarding the process water the samples of process in water
is (Inlet to the Compressors and Mill cooling) and process outA, Process out B are out let of the same system. Across the
system there is scaling is observed about 3% in one cycle.
3. The bore water sample are observed and ranked as
compressor bore-1, and Discharge end of sump water are good
as compared to the other bores. (As compared to Silica TDS
and total hardness).
4. To resolve the problem of Scaling and deposition is possible by
installing a side stream filter and a softener or a reverse
Osmosis system.
5. The cost of water by treating with softener will be
approximately Rs. Rs.3/1Kl of Water
6. The Cost of water by treating with Reverse Osmosis will be
Rs.5/KL
