Tow Master: Theres no need to offer a stock replacement when a unit with a great combination of parts can be had for very little extra cost. Two completely different units that need to be addressed in different ways. The E4OD/4R100 is already a stout unit as they are continuous apply. What that means is that nothing goes off, they just add more gears & clutches on top of the previous. Making them HD means increasing line pressure and durability, without sacrificing shift quality. Theres no reason a 4R100 should have a harsh shift. The 5R110 is a little more challenging as it is highly dependent on software. Tuners that do not defuel correctly nor address the transmissions requirements will lead to premature failure. In otherwise near stock form, with good tuning, a 5R110 will hold a surprising amount of power, the key is making the necessary changes & ensuring the customer is educated about the software needed to make this unit survive.

We offer our HD Allisons, basically only one way, with the best upgrades the market currently offers. The only optional part for the average customer is a deep aluminum pan. For the extreme, billet shafts and P2 hub can be added. Some builders and kit suppliers are going to try to lead you to believe that a brand-X kit alone will hold 1000+hp, if only it were that simple. Once a truck crosses the true 850RWHP mark, all bets are off. The best kit and best converter will only hold with proper tuning and intelligent driving, not to mention 300M Input, Output & Intermediate Shafts and a P2 Planet Hub upgrade. The bottom line is this, build the unit properly and it will likely hold all the power 99% of customers out there will ever make. Getting to a true 850+RWHP requires Billet Connecting Rods & either modified, de-lipped LB7 pistons or aftermarkets. Its also going to require dual CP3s, big injectors, compound turbos. This is the TRUTH.
The Premier Allison: Triple Disc Torque Converter with choice of stall speeds Suncoast Gmax-5 or 6-3 (dependant upon application) Full Race Kit Alto C5 Power Pack Goerend PTO Covers & C3 Case Mod The following hydraulic upgrades are performed to the Valve body and pump: Transgo Allison Shift Kit Transgo Allison Lock Up Boost Valve The Suncoast pressure regulator shim is deleted in favour of an even further upgraded piece. Stock PSI is 230, the Suncoast shim brings it to 255. The Mike L Spring brings main line pressure to 290! In applications producing more than 850hp, Mikes shim can also be added, bringing line pressure to over 320psi. Finally, Goerend PTO Covers & Case Modifications feed otherwise loose/sloshing transmission oil to the C3 clutches to assist in cooling & lubrication since the C3 clutch pack is stationary in the case. GM 4L60E Available in a variety of configurations, depending upon the customers needs. Our most popular package is the cost effective Tow Master Series. Designed for near stock power level trucks that require more durability, it includes such upgrades as: HD Torque Converter, Raybestos 3/4 Z-Pak, Alto Wide Red Eagle Band, Shift Kit, Hardened SunShell and an upgraded boost valve. For vehicles making more than 400hp, we offer combinations that include a 10 race converter, fortified input drum and billet output shafts. Dodge 46RE Using upgrades similar to our diesel packages, we custom tailor the unit to the customers needs. The Tow Master packages includes a Billet cover torque converter, High Energy Frictions & Bands, custom high pressure valve body, upgraded governor solenoid and all new electronics. This proven combination delivers the durability expected & the value needed. Customers can also opt to add the same Billet components found in our diesel units.

Dodge 545RFE Found in late model 4.7 & 5.7 trucks, these units can benefit greatly from upgrades similar to those in the 68RFE. The Tow Master series uses an HD2 Shift Kit, upgraded snap rings, a beefed up accumulator plate and a modified pump assembly to put the power to the ground.

Ford 4R75E/W 04.5+ F150s in particular are suffering premature failure, most frequently, loss of reverse. Our Tow Master package increases durability with performance clutch packs, an improved overdrive servo assembly, modified sun gear and a recalibrated valve body to deliver performance without creating a harsh shift.

LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT Powertrain & Transmission Components of Canada Inc o/a as PTC Inc (the Seller) warrants the following product(s): All products manufactured or rebuilt by the Seller are to be free from defects in material or workmanship which includes but is not limited to: Transmissions, Torque Converters, Transfer Cases and Differentials. The Seller warrants to the original buyer of the product (the Buyer) that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any product which is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period described below. Copy of original invoice is required to qualify for warranty. A defect is defined as a condition within the product that would render the product inoperable under normal conditions of use and service. The Sellers responsibility under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at the Sellers option, of any warrantable product returned prepaid with a complete service history and proof of purchase. A valid proof of purchase is a dated bill of sale or receipt. The Seller will be the final authority on the approval of all warranty claims hereunder. All repaired or replaced products will be returned to the Buyer, freight prepaid at the expense of the Seller if found to be defective. Accepted warranty products, which have been replaced, will become the sole property of the Seller. Until the Seller has approved a warranty claim, the Buyer will be responsible for all costs. Replacement parts and the labor costs incurred by the removal and replacement of the product while performing warranty work will be the responsibility of the Buyer. In no case does the obligation of the Seller exceed the original purchase price of the product as indicated on the original bill of sale or receipt. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any travel time incurred in diagnosis for defects, or any other contingent expenses (towing). Only once the claim is approved, and depending on if the warrantable product is eligible, labor costs will be considered for the removal and replacement if an eligible part at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour based on the Mitchell Repair Guide. In some cases the end user may be responsible for the difference between the sellers warranty labor rate and the installers labour rate. The seller highly recommends the end user negotiate these conditions before the service is performed. As well the end user will be responsible for additional freight charges from FOB Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. To the extent permitted by law, the Buyer hereby waives all rights other than those expressly set out herein and acknowledges that this warranty sets out the Buyers exclusive remedies with respect to products covered by it. This warranty shall not be extended, amended or varied except by written instrument signed by the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller will administer warranty requests on products sold by the Seller and not manufactured by the Seller by forwarding claims made by a Buyer under the manufacturers warranty to the manufacturer. The final disposition of such claims will be made by the manufacturer and ruled by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Customer assumes risk in purchasing product and within 30 days may return the product for exchange of other products or services only. No cash refunds are available. Please refer to Warranty time limitation per product. NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures of products caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence of the Buyer, accidents, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, repair or operation, use of unauthorized parts or other mistreatment of the buyer or his agent. Any competitive use, sled pulling, drag racing will void warranty on a product except those built & specified for that type of use. A sheared or twisted shaft, broken planetary gear sets, burned clutches, broken drive hubs, sungear damage, cracked housings are not covered. Damage caused from debris in oil contaminated coolers, improper fluids and filters or low fluid levels are also not covered. With respect to transfer cases, units damaged due to driveline issues such as vibration causing a crack from a bad universal joint on worn CV joint is not covered, nor are stretched chains due to mismatched tires. Leaks due to faulty seals installed during the manufacturing process are covered. With respect to torque converters, labour will be covered in the first year if the damage is found to be a direct result of a manufacturing error or faulty part. If the damage to the torque converter was caused by improper installation or lack of hydraulic integrity within the transmission (ie burnt lock up clutch) with no evidence of failure within the converter, labour will not be covered. Said labour payouts shall not exceed the original purchase price of the torque converter. Installation facility must prove it is properly tooled and has certified training to have installed or to carry out repair of product. The Seller also disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, repair labor, towing, rental vehicles, hotel cost or any other inconvenience cost. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guaranties, either expressed or implied, included the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and shall not extend to any Buyer or to any person other than the original purchaser residing within the boundaries of the continental U.S. or Canada. As well the seller is not responsible or obligated to update previously manufactured parts that are currently under the above warranty. NOTE THAT THIS GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID IF THE USER BREACHES THE CONDITIONS IN THE SECTION LABELED NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND IS ONLY APPLICABLE ON THE PRODUCTS THE SELLER MANUFACTURES OR REBUILDS. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Other than as expressly set forth herein, the Seller, together with its approved installers shall in no way be responsible for the products proper use and service. In no event shall the Seller be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind or nature, whether or not the Buyer was advised of the possibility of damage, arising or resulting from the use or performance of the product, and the Buyer hereby waives any and all such claims. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she/it is not relying on the Sellers skill or judgment to select or furnish goods suitable for any particular purpose and that the Seller has no liability that will extend beyond the scope of the limited warranty contained herein, and the Buyer hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, (including, without limitation, any obligations of the Seller with respect to fitness for any particular purpose; merchantability; and special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by the Sellers negligence. The Seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages related to the Buyers use of the product. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this Agreement and the Buyer agrees to indemnify the Seller and hold the Seller harmless from any claim related to the product and its use or performance. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any damages, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred as a result of by reason of the use, performance or sale of the product, including without limitation, any damages, liabilities, costs or expenses incurred by reason of the Buyers negligence related to those uses of the product as a result of the removal of the speed limiter. The Seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of the product. It is the installers responsibility to check for proper installation, and, if in doubt, contact the manufacturer.
