I, NANCI L. MEEK, declares as follows:

1. I am the Petitioner of record acting as attorney in pro se.

November 10, 2005; Attached as Exhibit “J” is a true and correct copy of a letter written

Attached as Exhibit “L” is a true and correct copy of an Affidavit of Robert Jones
