This logbook documents the discussions that you have with your supervisor and enables an accurate record of the formative feedback that you receive. Formative feedback is the guidance that you are given to improve your work and to learn from your mistakes. It is therefore essential that you work diligently and prepare for your supervision meetings, maintain your logbook and bring it to each supervision meeting.
