Army Officers to face Serbia-type Trial

In Bangladesh, the unarmed civilians have been suppressed brutally who are vociferous and stand against illegal activities of Sheikh Hasina government in the last five years. It was not only limited to arrest, torture, imprisonment. Even many people have been forcedly taken out from their house and killed. Thousands have been carried off. Some lead astray army officers have involved with all of these activities. They were engaged themselves with these activities while they were in deputation in different forces. Sheikhnews.com has got some officers list. These officers are only a part of that list. Serbian army officers involved with the massacre in Croatia was confronted to the international court by a team of UN, in the same way an attempt is being taking to bring these officers under judicial trial in the international court for their crimes against humanity.

Followings are brief description of some highlighted army officers:

Major General Aziz Ahmed:

Controversial army officer BGB Director General (DG) Major General Aziz Ahmed is a Long Course commissioned officer. He was born in 01 January 1961. He was punished due to loss of 21 thousands round bullets during his stay in 30 Artillery Regiment in 2005. Court of Inquiry recommended dismissing his job. Sheikh Hasina government conferred three promotions on reward of his allegiance. One of his brother top most listed terrorist Joseph is now in jail. According to intelligence sources, another brother Harris entering into the country is taking part in killing mission. He is now coordinating the political killing mission even more horrible way than the Pakistani military. On November 30 at Natunhat in Satkhira, he coordinated the killing operation of at least 50 unarmed civilian and destroying their houses and buildings comprising of 26 BGB Battalion (commanding officer Lieutenant Cornel Motiur) RAB and police. He deployed BGB members to nationwide keeping borders open to implement the plan of the government and RAW so as arresting, torturing and killing of oppositions were possible. He had taken over 30 choices officers from army to the BGB to make helpful for implementing RAWs plan. Among them Brigadier General Shams (Jessore), Brigadier General Ahmed Ali (Chittagong), Cornel Sheikh Moniruzzaman (Maimensing), Cornel Shahriar (Comilla), Lieutenant Cornel Emad (Feni), and Lieutenant Cornel Motiur (Jessore) are most notable. These are the people who planned for the foremost operation for destruction, pillage and killing of oppositions in association with RAB and police. Already at least 1000 people were killed in the operation in many areas including Satkhira, Laxmipur, Kompanigonj, Nilphamari, Chandpur, Shitakundo and Comilla.

Colonel Ziaul Ahsan:

Colonel Ziaul Ahsan (BA -4060) is an infantry officer. He was born in 01 January, 1971. He has been servicing in RAB for last five years. Presently he is additional director. He is working directly keeping in touch with Major General Tareq Ahmed (retired). Zia is the main serial killer at ground level. Although he is commando, the service is very poor in his career. He killed himself at least 5 hundred unarmed civilian. They deceased is largely due to oppose the governing party has been the victim of murder. At least 1000 carnages were reported under his supervision. Among these killings garments labour leader Aminul, BNP

leaser Ilyas Ali are most notable. This is that Colonel Zia who was the operation in charge on May 5 massacres at Shapla Chattar. He mentioned that on television interview. Of his success in these massacres, he was promoted to Colonel from Lieutenant Colonel. He was involved in all massacres happened in the last month. For this he was conferred to the second highest rank of RAB. On last 25 November Laksam BNP president former MP Saiful Islam Hiru and Laksam city BNP president Humayun Kabir Parvez were caught by their mobile tracking and they were killed by the RAB-11 CO lieutenant colonel Sayed Mohammad. While the husband of Sheikh Selims daughter (son-in-law of Sheikh Selim) apostasy Bobi Hazzaz pleaded to Hussain Muhammad Ershad, Bobi was caught and sent to abroad by this Zia. Some military officers lost jobs by the plot of Zia whose story will be revealed later.

Brigadier General Mozibur:

Brigadier General Mozibur (BA-3421) is the commander of 46 brigade of army. He is the commissioned officer of 18 long courses. He served for DGFI and NSI. He also served as the additional director of RAB. Narayanganj Tolarama College student Mujibur Rahman was involved in Chhatra League (CL) politics. While he was in RAB, he involved in many killing events with the basic principle of the CL. It was reported that he was involved in carnage of BNP leader Ilyas Ali and labour leader Aminul. Former CO of RAB-11 Lieutenant Colonel Mostafa (presently NSI director) helped him in the killing mission of a BNP leader in Norsingdi.

Lieutenant Colonel Kismat:

Lieutenant Colonel Kismat Hayat (BA-4490) is a 27 BMA long courses commissioned army officer. Although he is an officer of engineering core, it was found that he could not pass in engineering. In these present days, he killed more than 250 civilians in Dhaka including Tongi, Gazipur, Dokkhinkhan, Uttara, Baridhara. Taking over 7 people from Bashundhara on 4 December he killed them. One notable is Dhaka 38 ward BNP secretary Shajedul Islam Sumon of them. Taking over Dhaka Tejgaon College Chhatradol leader Torikul Islam Jhuntu on 6 December he killed him.

Lieutenant Colonel Tareq:

Lieutenant Colonel Tareq Sayed Mohammad (BA-4127) is the CO of RAB-11. He is the husband of Dhaka city AL leader Mofazzal Hossen Mayas daughter and it is his identity. He was born in 12 February 1972. He became ferocious day by day since his involvement with AL and he acquired trustworthy of Colonel Zia. He caught Laksam BNP president former MP Saiful Islam Hiru and Laksam city BNP president Humayun Kabir Parvez by tracking their mobile and killed them on 25 November. Tareq is involved in many operations in Comilla, Chandpur, Laxmipur and Narayanganj area.

Lieutenant Colonel Matiur:

Lieutenant Colonel Matiur (BA-4457) is the CO of 26 BGB Battalion. He is the commissioned officer of 27 BMA long courses. He is involved the genocide and carnage in Satkhira and Jessore. He killed more than 70 civilians in the operations of Satkhira, Notunhat and Manirampur. He also destroyed many houses.

Lieutenant Colonel Imran:

Lieutenant Colonel Imran inb Rauf (BA-4664) is the CO of RAB-10. He is the commissioned officer 27 BMO long courses. He is son-in-law of Gazipur Ahsanullah Master (husband of Ahsanullah Masters daughter) and brother-in-law of MP Rasel (husband of Rasels sister). It is reported that he killed many oppositions leader using the RAB as AL family member. He picked up 7 people in front of Dhaka central jail and killed them. A general diary has been filed (No. 1235) in the Chakbazar police station in this incident. Among these deceased Kotawali Thana Chhatradol Joint Convener Raihan Sentu, Sohel, Zohir, Sabbir, Chanchal are most notable.

Major General Md. Akbar Hossain:

Major General Md. Akbar Hossain (BA-2890) is the commissioned officer of 10 BMA long courses and presently he is the Director General of DGFI. He was born in 11 November 1965. It has been known that he is maintaining the main coordinating program with RAW. He seat for regularly coordination meetings with police commissioner Benzir, DG, BGB Major General Aziz. He took initiative himself and forced to take Ershad to CMH. It has been known that he even threatened to kill him if necessary.

Lieutenant Colonel Maksurul Haque:

Lieutenant Colonel Maksurul Haque (BA-3529) has worked for in G1 special operation, IB and DGFI. It has been revealed that he involved in the killing of journalists and he also involved in the attack on Chhatradol President Salahuddin Tuku in the area of Dhaka University. He extremely misbehaved with Begum Khaleda Zia during the eviction of her house. Attacking on Dr. Pias Karim and Dr. Tuhin Malik were supervised by him. G-2 in association with Tajul Islam of 36 long courses introduced petrol bomb during that blocked and blamed to the opposition party.

Brigadier General Shirajul Islam Shikdar:

Director of IB under DGFI Shirajul Islam Shikdar is most notable person of the planning team for killing of opposition party leaders-activists. He was born in 01 July 1965. It has found that he involved in the carnage and massacre of Hefajot Islami demonstration and also in Sitakundo and Mirersorai. Now he provides the mobile tracking information of different persons and NMC (Brigadier General Rashed and Brigadier General Ibrahim are assigned for this job) helps him in this work.
