ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: AT MYLAN LABORATORIES LTD
Preparation of HVAC Preventive maintenance plan as per qualification of machine and
schedules
Carryout preventive maintenance of equipment as per SOP and maintain records
Preparation of all drawing in AutoCAD with respect to facility like AHU schematic, HVAC
all drawings, plot plan, AHU zoning, differential pressure zoning etc.
Maintain condition (Temperature RH and diffeantial pressure and filtration level) in
production area.
Responsible for operation of utility equipment D.G sets, Boilers, chillers pumps, AHU,
Dust Collector
Responsible for handling preventive maintenance activity of utility equipment like D.G
sets, Boilers, chillers pumps Etc. as per preventive maintenance schedules and maintain
records
Responsible to handle preventive maintenance activity of AHU ,filter cleaning activity,
Daily status (readings) monitoring of HVAC filters operation ON /OFF records.
Handle manpower as per work load and assign work

 Responsible for preparing and execution of HVAC Initial qualification documents like
DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ
Carry out revalidation of HVAC system as per SOP
Replacement of HEPA filter as per schedules ,
Issuance and retrieval of documents, Formats as per SOP

Key responsibility maintenance of press tools as per requirement of production
interaction with machine operators, to ensure smooth flow of components within the
production cycle
Develop and maintain a motivated and disciplined production team
Constantly upgrade the skill level of workforce
Outsource material from vendors, Vendor Development, Vendor Evaluation excellent
hands on rate negotiation with vendor
Guide cross functional team to improve yield , reduce grinding allowance, safety issue
,inventory control ,quality control ,minimum rejection

schedule generated by Computer aided maintenance management system,
To carry out maintenance of Material handling system like conveyor belts, Belt drive,
Gear box, chain drive, fork lift, battery trucks, pallet trucks, Material handling
automation system, BOILER, Steam traps, Pressure reducing valve, Air compressor,
Heatless Air dryer ,Refrigerated Air dryer, Air Receiver ,Filter Regulator Lubricator ,
Refrigeration system, Air handling units, chilled water & Brine supply pipe line, AHU
blower. Centrifugal pumps, vacuum pumps, diesel generators, electric motors etc.
To handle the manpower as per the shift and assign work as per planning and
requirement
