Pressure Gauge Calibration Using Deadweight Tester

Pressure Gauges are first cleaned and then checked to ensure that they are not damaged STEPS: 1. Set up the equipments needed for calibration note: know first the maximum capacity of the dead weight tester whether it can acommodate the range of the gauge calibrated. 2. Prepare the manual and date sheet that will be used for details of the instruments to be calibrated. ome information needed for calibration to be input to data sheet: . equipment name/id no .ambient temperature . Relative humidit .date of calibration .date of ne!t calibration ". #rap the $au$e fittin$ of teflon tape in cloc%wise direction &.place the $au$e to be tested to the manifold assembl ' with $au$e fittin$ match to the manifold (oint) use correct si*e of wrench and ma%e sure there is no lea%. +. if the $au$e has to be tested has for e!ample , to 1,, psi ran$e- use the + points scale as readin$ reference. ,. /low pressure ' *ero readin$) .1,,. hi$h pressure 'full scale readin$) here are the i.e of + points calibration usin$ *ero to 1,, 000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 1percent000002000equivalent psi0000200000000000000000000000000000000 1000,.0000020000,0000000000002000000000000000000000 10002+.00002000002+000000000020000000000000000000000 10000+,.00020000+,000000000002000000000000000000000000000000 100003+.000200003+00000000000200000000000000000000000
