Seeing the Aura This exercise is designed to see Aura for the first time and/or practice seeing

Auras. Choosing good conditions is important: not only you see the Aura better, but also to gain a confidence about what you see. 1. Situate the person in front of a ery softly illuminated !"A#$ %&#T' bac(ground. A color bac(ground will change Aura colors, so you need additional (nowledge about combining colors. Some combinations of bac(ground and Aura colors may cause misinterpretation problems. ). Choose *$' S!*T to loo( at. The middle of the forehead is +',- .**/. This is a location of so called 0row Cha(ra or the Third 'ye. #n some cultures 1#ndia2 they put a mar( on a forehead. Such a mar( in ancient times could mean the in itation to loo( and see the Aura. 3. "oo( at this spot for 34 to 54 seconds or longer 4. After 34 seconds analy6e surroundings with your peripheral ision, while still loo(ing at the same spot. Continuing the concentration is most important. Resist temptation to look around. -ou should see that the bac(ground nearby the person is brighter and has a /#77','$T color than the bac(ground further away. This is your own perception of the Aura. The longer you concentrate, the better you will see it. ,emember, concentration on one spot increases your sensiti ity by accumulating the effect of the Aura ibration reaching your eyes. Taking a SNAPSHOT of an Aura. After concentrating long enough to see the aura, close your eyes. 7or a second or two you will see the Aura *$"-. 0e prepared. -ou ha e only one second or two until your photosensiti e cells will stop ibrating and sending isual sensations to the brain. And if you miss is, you ha e to start concentrating again. Try to experiment how fast or slow you should close your eyes. Observing auras of other people The best is to loo( directly at someone8s brow cha(ra 1third eye or wisdom eye, which is located 91.: cm abo e the nose, between eyes2 and aim to achie e the state of mind similar to the concentration techni;ue described abo e for at least 34<54 seconds. # ha e tried also loo(ing at throat and heart cha(ras with similar results. &owe er, if you concentrate on someone8s chest it loo(s so unusual that the person concerned is usually ery uneasy about it. %hen you loo( into someone8s brow cha(ra you can actually continue con ersation. Again, +',- softly illuminated bac(ground, with no shadows is best. %ith practice, any uniformly illuminated bac(ground 1such as a blue s(y for example2 will suffice. Ho to see !our o n Aura

Stand about 1.: m in front of a good si6e mirror. #n the beginning it is best if the bac(ground behind you is plain white and there are no shadows. #llumination should be +',- soft and uniform not bright. 7ollow instructions abo e for seeing Auras. !,ACT#C' for at least 14<1: minutes each day to increase your sensiti ity and de elop Auric sight. ,emember that practice is re;uired to de elop Auric sight. Auric sight and after"images *ne of the most fre;uently as(ed ;uestions during my wor(shops is: =Tom, are my eyes playing tric(s on me >= The answer is no, you ha e ?ust learnt to pay attention to what your eyes are capable of. "ight sensors in our eyes 1,ed .reen and 0lue2 are ibration sensors which are highly non<linear and they ha e memory. The conse;uence of memory is that they can oscillate for up to se eral seconds after the isual stimulation has been discontinued. This memory of isual stimulation is fre;uently percei ed as afterimage. Afterimages ha e a precisely the same shape as original images. Afterimage of an ob?ect surrounded by its Aura is larger than the original image. The increase in such afterimage is due to the ibration of an Aura and actually represents a =snapshot= of an Aura. #t is therefore essential to focus at one spot when watching the Aura and resist temptation to change the point of focus, otherwise an image of the Aura may become confused with the afterimage of an ob?ect.

#eaning of Aura and its colors The Aura is a reflection of our True $ature at any gi en moment. At this point it is perhaps necessary to explain what do # mean by =True $ature= and why some effort is necessary to =disco er= it. *ur society seems to emphasi6e symbols, stereotypes, habits, manners, superficial beha ior, pretending, following others and submitting free will to some =leaders=. *ur =education= seems to be based on iews and expectations of people who try to control the floc(. *ur True $ature is what is left when we recogni6e and discard all our habits, stereotypes, manners, and pretending, superficial beha ior and become fully conscious, truly natural and spontaneous. $ote that some people are so attached to their manners and habits that it is ery hard, if not impossible, to disco er who they really are. The only way to get an instant insight into their personality seems to be by watching their Aura, because the Aura shows their True $ature, behind any facade of superficial beha ior. #n general, the more colorful, cleaner and brighter the Aura, the better and more spiritually ad anced is the person. Also, the more uniform the energy distribution in the Aura, the healthier and more balanced the person is. /istribution of the energy in the Aura seems to ha e the potential of a powerful medical diagnostic tool, but usually re;uires using a complex e;uipment. The scope of this article is to concentrate on what we can easily see with our eyes. *ur Aura surrounds the entire body, but the interpretation of colors below relates to the Aura around the head only. @eaning of colors around the head presented below suggested in the literature has been confirmed by the author. %hen you learn to see Aura well, you can erify it for yourself, by concentrating on certain thoughts while watching your Aura, or telling people what their thoughts are when you see their Auras. Asually, people ha e one or two dominating colors 1strong points2 in their Aura. These colors 1or their Auric pairs2 will be most li(ely their fa orite colors. #n addition to dominant colors, the Aura reflects thoughts, feelings and desires, which appear li(e =flashes=, =clouds= or =flames=, usually further away from the head. 7or example a flash of orange in the Aura indicates a thought or desire to exercise power and control. *range as a dominant color is a sign of power and general ability to control people. Buic(ly changing =flashes= indicate ;uic(ly changing thoughts. #eaning of Clean Colors of the Aura $colors of the rainbo % bright% shin!% monochromatic colors&' Purple' indicates spiritual thoughts. !urple is ne er a strong point in the Aura. #t appears only as temporary =clouds= and =flames=, indicating truly spiritual thoughts. (lue' 0alanced existence, sustaining life, eased ner e system, transmitting forces and energy. !eople with blue strong point in their Aura are relaxed, balanced and feel ready to li e in a ca e and sur i e. They are born sur i ors. 0lue thought is a thought about relaxing the ner e system to achie e the balance of the mind or a thought about sur i ing. 'lectric blue can o erride any other color in the Aura, when the person is recei ing and/or transmitting information in a telepathic communication. 7or example @ichel /esmar;uet, author of =Thiaoouba !rophecy=, fre;uently glows with the electric blue during his lectures, especially when he answers ;uestions from the public. Tur)uoise' indicates dynamic ;uality of being, highly energi6ed personality, capable of pro?ection, influencing other people. !eople with tur;uoise strong point in their Aura can do many things simultaneously and are good organi6ers. They feel bored when forced to concentrate on one thing. !eople lo e bosses with tur;uoise Auras, because such bosses explain their goals and influence their team rather than demand executing their commands. Tur;uoise thought is a thought about organi6ing and influencing others. *reen' restful, modifying energy, natural healing ability. All natural healers should ha e it. !eople with a green strong point in their Auras are natural healers. The stronger the green Aura, the better the healer. They also lo e gardening and usually ha e a =green hand= < anything grows for them.

0eing in a presence of a person with a strong and green Aura is a ery peaceful and restful experience. .reen thought indicates a restful state and healing. +ello ' ?oy, freedom, non<attachment, freeing or releasing ital forces. !eople who glow yellow are full of inner ?oy, ery generous and not attached to anything. -ellow halo around the head: high spiritual de elopment. A signature of a spiritual teacher. /o not accept spiritual teachings from anyone who does not ha e such a yellow halo. 0uddha and Christ had yellow halos extending to their arms. Today it is rare on 'arth to find a person with a halo larger than 1 inch. -ellow halo appears as a result of a highly acti e brow cha(ra 1which can be seen glowing with iolet by many people at my wor(shops2. &ighly spiritual people stimulate the brow cha(ra continuously for many years, because they always ha e intensi e spiritual thoughts in their minds. %hen this cha(ra is obser ed when highly acti e, a yellow 1Auric pair2 halo appears around it, surrounding the entire head. -ellow thought indicates a moment of ?oy and contentment. Orange' uplifting and absorbing. #nspiring. A sign of power. Ability and/or desire to control people. %hen orange becomes a strong point, it usually contributes to a yellow halo, which then becomes gold, indicating not only a spiritual teacher, but a powerful spiritual teacher, someone capable of demonstrating his/her uni;ue abilities. *range thought is a thought about exercising power or a desire to control people. Red' materialistic thoughts, thoughts about the physical body. !redominantly red Aura indicates materialistically oriented person. Pink 1CpurpleDred2: lo e 1in a spiritual sense2. To obtain a clean pin(, you need to mix the purple 1the highest fre;uency we percei e2 with red 1the lowest fre;uency2. !in( Aura indicates that the person achie ed a perfect balance between spiritual awareness and the material existence. The most ad anced people ha e not only a yellow halo around the head 1a permanent strong point in the Aura2 but also a large pin( Aura extending further away. The pin( color in the Aura is ;uite rare on 'arth and appears only as a temporary thought, ne er as a strong point in the Aura. #eaning of ,irt! colors' 1colors appearing dar(er than bac(ground more li(e a smo(e than a glow2 (ro n' unsettling, distracting, materialistic, negating spirituality. *ra!' dar( thoughts, depressing thoughts, unclear intentions, presence of a dar( side of personality. Sulfur 1color of a mustard2: pain or lac( of ease, anger -hite' serious disease, artificial stimulation 1drugs2. %hy does the white color in the Aura indicate problems> %hite color is li(e a noise, rather than a set of harmonious tones 1monochromatic colors2. #t is impossible to =tune= the noise to an orchestra playing harmonious music, hence the white Aura indicates a lac( of harmony in the body and mind. $ature, which we are a part of, is harmonious. This harmony comes in discrete ibration =tones= or harmonics, partially described by the modern ;uantum physics. Se eral hours before the death, the Aura becomes white, and greatly increases in intensity. 7or this reason in most cultures =death= is depicted in %&#T' 1not blac(2, because in the past, people could actually see a white Aura before death. #t seems that our ancestors (new much more than we are prepared to admit. Amplif!ing !our Aura vibration and bio"energ! Things which can greatly amplify your aura are: 1. 2. 3. @editation 1purifying your mind from any thoughts2 Concentration exercise with the cross @atching your aura with the en ironment
