Began with Barra, a global financial risk-management software and content provider for the financial services industry. Morgan Stanley
acquired the firm, which had been a client in mid-2004 to merge with its index business, MSCI. MSCI was again spun off in 2007 and divested
in 2009.

agreements and relationships thereof in integrating Barra content and software to partners’ products and services and partners' content and

acquisition by MS and managed a market data budget of more than $5M.
